I purchased a remnant of quartz July 1st 2021. After months of waiting for cabinets and the installation of the cabinets I was finally ready for the remnant to be installed. I had to wait a bit more for the remnant to be delivered (2 weeks) from Santa Maria to SLO location. My fabricator picked it up and the size was wrong. I paid for a 59 x 58 inch piece of Pental Avenza quartz. My fabricator called to tell me that the piece of quartz was only 54 3/4 x 56 1/2 inches. It was too short !! I called and talked to manager (it seems the person who sold me the quartz only communicates through emails) and is never there when I call. After talking with manager, he said I actually needed a remnant that was 61 or 62 inches long. My fabricator told me that is not true. 59 inches would have been perfect. Now, I have the option to choose a new piece of quartz or get my money back. it is now mid Oct. This was a small job but very disappointed that I have to choose a new piece of quartz entirely. I would be very hesitant to use this company again. They advertised the size of the piece on their website. In reality the dimensions were not what the website advertised. I would look for other companies when doing my kitchen and bath.

We use SLO Marble almost exclusively for all our kitchen remodels. Their entire team is courteous, professional and respond in a timely fashion. The installers for San Luis Marble are knowledgeable and detail oriented. As a construction company it is essential to be able to send our clients to a show room that will provide them with what they are looking for. San Luis Marble has it all, quartz, granite, marble and even some tile selections. I have never hesitated to refer them to anyone looking for counters or solid surface shower surrounds.

After not returning my phone calls and giving me the run arounds by Nick the sales manager about fixing a minor glitch after instalation,The operation manager Keigh responded in a very timely and buiseness like manner and fixed it within a week.Hugo,the installer did a great quality work as well.Thank you Keigh and Hugo for the effort.Overall a great company,good quality work would recommend it greatly

We jad new countertops installed in our kitchen, which has a lot of character, but slightly outdated. With new countertops, it looks like a new kitchen. We love the new countertops. San Luis Marble is top of the line and very professional. We had our countertops installed during this pandemic, and the staff were extremely respectful with installation and resposible of social distancing.
