We have recently moved to the area and are renting two storage units at Buckley Springs Storage and have been so thrilled with the service that we have experienced. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Every time we go to our units they come greet us and offer any assistance or could they get us water. The staff at the front desk is always very welcoming and so helpful. We have been using storage facilities for years and we have never experienced this type of customer service. :) We are very appreciative of the service they have provided. It is well lit and always super clean. I come and go a lot and as a women alone at times on the property I always feel very safe. I would highly recommend Buckley Springs Storage for any of your storage needs.

I don’t write reviews. In fact this is my first ever, but the experiences I’ve had at Buckley Springs need to be told. Our modern way of living has seemed to kill the spirit of customer service. Employees are typically stripped of their power to assist and instead they can only echo back to the customer why their needs will not be met as the system dictates.Not at Buckley Springs! They are people who care, listen and respond. I am not the easiest person to deal with (I’m working on it). I was frustrated with the fact that the dump station was locked and I had to get the staff to unlock it for me. What about when I came back when they were closed? Mikey (hope the spelling is right) had to listen to me complain in a very unfriendly manner about this problem. She was very patient and assured me that she would come up with a solution. She did. They installed a lock box with a code that allows us to us it at any time. I didn’t like my spot and complained again. Mikey offered me water and offered to contact me when a different became available. They found me a different one in short order. The place is clean, secure, the open space is awesome and the customer service focus is what it should be. Bottom line, if you have a problem, they are going to do whatever it takes to solve it for you and do it with patience and understanding. The owner was just as amazing to deal with as Mikey. Love this place. Give them your business!

The best storage facility on the central coast, hands down! Everything is super clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and accommodating. We could not be happier with our experience here and I highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Everyone there was so helpful and nice. They made the entire process so easy and even came to check on us as we were moving out to see if we needed anything. Faculties were very nice and clean too. Highly recommend!

These people are AMAZING!!! I got my first storage unit here, and I never thought I would meet people so kind and it’s really really awesome. Last night, I was locked out of the gate because I thought it was open 24/7 and the man let me in and I caused a super loud siren to go off, but I would not be boarding my flight right now without his help!! Also, they insist you take coffee and cookies so I do that every time I come through :) really amazing storage place and they truly care about all of their customers.

The staff at Buckley Springs Storage unit were kind and very helpful for my move up to San Luis Obispo from San Diego. They called me when a unit became available, took payment over the phone, and helped me get set up when I arrived. The facility is clean and easy to get around.

I recently moved down here to SLO from Humboldt County and have been blessed by the gracious help from Buckley Springs! When I started loading in, it was a hot day, for SLO. Suddenly, a golf cart pulls up and Im handed a cold bottle of water. Now thats attentive, generous, service. This has occurred consistently 🙏 Restaurants can learn from this crew. Mikey especially, has been patient with me and my needs. I came with a big RV too! I wont mention the Nespresso coffee or the delicious cookies - oops! Buckley Springs is a fantastic storage facility. The facility is very clean and the staff are wonderful!

For semi trucks the entry point could be very tight if in a 53-footer or a Canadian split, once in the gates to the facility plenty of room to make all maneuvers appears to be new storage units.

I discovered Buckley Storage through a Google search along with several other local storage facilities. They were the ONLY company to talk through my options for storage with me. They are also the only business to offer a tour. Once you are in the door, that is it! Pristine! After the tour, I sat down with a sales associate and went over pricing and worked out what size unit was needed. The staff put me on a call list for my move date and called me as soon as something became available. Great experience all around!

I discovered Buckley Springs Storage this spring and they have been an absolute delight to work with. They have great, introductory offers (cheapest in SLO by far) and their newly built facility is state of the art. I have an inside unit, not temperature controlled, yet it is always a comfortable temperature inside.The staff have been great each time we have interacted. Not only was I thoroughly impressed with their level of security on the premises, I was also blown away by their amazing customer service. I needed storage for a sort of an emergency situation and due to all the college students out for the summer, almost everywhere was booked for 10x10 units. (I literally called every storage place within 20 miles of us.) Being a little further out they still had a few units available at a better price than the competition. I explained a little about my situation and they made me feel at ease that I would be taken care of while I was there. They answered all of my questions clearly and really made sure all of my concerns were addressed. With every interaction I was continuously impressed by their staff and their facilities. I honestly cannot recommend them enough to people in the area. I live in Texas so obviously I was concerned about having to store things out of my immediate area. However with my concerns addressed, I feel 100% confident in their abilities. If you store with them, I promise you will not be let down!

This is by far the best storage unit company in San Luis Obispo! I used them starting Spring of 2020- September 2020, when I moved out of my apartment during the pandemic. First off, they were extremely nice on the phone when I called from Seattle and this was the only storage unit place in SLO that allowed reservations over the phone. When I moved my stuff in in June, the unit was extremely easy to find and very clean. All of the buildings are very well decorated and the owner put a lot of care into making the place have character. All of my belongings were super secure and I had no worries. The staff was unbelievably helpful and so nice throughout the whole process. I definitely would recommend to anyone that needs storage, especially Cal Poly students like me, as it was super convenient. The sweetest company and the best prices. Incredible service! I stopped by unannounced and Mikey was with a customer but Vince promised to call me in the event an RV space opened up and a week later -- he called as promised! Hard to find great service these days! Other storage yards didnt even bother to call me back. Great facility too!!!

My wife and I were looking for a storage facility for temporary use while we began the process of moving from one rental to another. I explained my situation that we would be a month, maybe two, but that didn’t stop Vince and Mikey from going above and beyond to make the process nothing short of amazing. We got a 10x5 unit (10ft wide, 5ft deep). They made sure the unit was what I was looking for and had me moving boxes in within 20 minutes of arriving on site and filling out all the paperwork.The facility is pristine and well taken care of. The security is state of the art. Each unit has an alarm associated with your key code so no one can get into it without you onsite. They sell locks at the office for $10 which come with 3 keys. I highly recommend going that route.The hours of operation cater to many lifestyles with the site open to access your unit from 6am to 9pm everyday day, 7 days a week. If you’re looking for a professional storage facility, I highly recommend Buckley Springs Storage.

Nothing but a great experience here! Great service from the staff, they are all extremely nice and take care of you. The storage facilities are well kept, clean, and didnt get super hot when the temperatures rose!

BUCKLEY SPRINGS is by far the BEST of any storage facility anywhere! I have had the misfortune of having to use storage facilities all over the US.99% of them I wouldnt recommend to the devil 😈 himself. Their way of providing service is the way it should be done.

The facility is spotless, security is second to none, easy to access with a 5th wheel, very clean and easy to use on-site dump facility...no more long lines at campsites or driving out of the way to dump in Pismo. The EasyCode App for your phone is awesome, and you dont have to exit your vehicle when pulling in. Matt in the office was great to work with, and made the process painless and clear.
