Sunday in autozone two employees to serve 30 people per hour lasted 55 minutes to attend to me to charge a guarantee of very slow change the employee azael V as he has no idea about auto parts work

Employee was making a personal call then helped another customer before me, when i got there no other customers were inside the store,waited more then 15 minutes just to pickup a part I ordered

It is very difficult to pay. If you only go for oil (example) nobody wants to charge you. There is no cashier. You have to wait until they charge 1 part. And then they charge you. Too bad that.

Good service but the man who helped me only sold me 4 spark plugs for an 8-cylinder Ram pickup. It was not the only thing I bought if he trusted me that he was not so Intelligent and gave me 8. But hey. The second man laughed and wanted to know who that so intelligent is. Another thing please add cashiers so they dont wait so long. The lines get really long when everyone goes to lunch.
