Friendly & very professional... Great work! The estimate I was given was solid and within what I felt was well justified. They used all OEM replacement parts to repair the damage. The paint was a perfect match and the clear coat set it off so smooth, just beautiful! I love my truck and I am extremely meticulous when it comes to my baby (truck). My experience was horrible after having my side mirror knocked off by a passing car who had AAA & BAF was on their list of repair shops I choice them bc of closeness & reviews but in my case not so good waited over a month for the mirror they said they ordered only to call 5wks later after not hearing from them to find out they havent even ordered it yet the staff was very rude & unprofessional I would NEVER recommend this place

My experience was great they did a great job the vehicle was very clean when I got it back

My car was vandalized twice; one by an unknown person and one by this body shop. My car was do to get painted for a 10 day job, but it took them a total of 60 day to get it done. Most of the time it sat behind the shop disassembled and with a shattered front windshield which was new. When I finally got it back every trim and fender plastics including the windshield molds where GLUED yes glued back on; I stood there looking at my car that cost me 60,000 dollars with residue of glue that come out the trims, just horrified. They did ended up replacing them with new clips but did I really have to ask??? Also later find out the workers took my portable compressor from my trunk. When I asked the manager if they forgot to put it back in,he was offended by the implication and extremely angered by the question. Manager never spoke to me again and ignored my calls or would hide in his office when I tried to talk to him. I took my loses and just wont be going there again.

Sam and his crew are the best. Unfortunately I’ve needed them more than I’d like and everyone has been friendly and polite. More important they did great work. Thank you BAF.

I have been taking my car to B.A.F for over 4 years and have never been dissatisfied. JR is one of the most efficient and timely Auto Body repairman that I know. He will keep you updated ( Good or Bad report). Should something seam to be wrong with your car after repair. Just take it back to B.A.F and it will be checked and repaired if B.A.F was at fault. Customer Service was superb!! Very friendly & when he said it would be 20minutes, it was 20 minutes!! He was attentive enough to see my daughter was tired & escorted us to waiting area, told my daughter to have a seat & pull up chair for your feet. Being a woman, Ive experienced shops hiking up prices & horrible customer service. Was very refreshing to be treated like a customer. After calling around, BAF had best price for wheel alignment in the area. Thanks BAF staff!!!

Visited BAF for an estimate on my BMW X5 which was rear ended. Without any questions or concerns they immediately made me feel unwelcomed. They told me they wouldnt give me an estimate just so I can have a higher quote than what insurance estimated and not do repairs. They just assumed that I was there to commit some type of fraud. I know its a black thing, So sad
