Yesterday I came to buy some parts for my vehicle and I was assisted by two employees Delmus and Rodolfo and both employees were great. Silvia the store manager has done a great job gathering such a great team. I have gone to other locations and the service is always not pleasant. By far this has always been the store to go to. The help is always genuine and the staff is always eager to help. Great job to the store manager, shes always in the front making sure everything is running smooth. The community appreciates her!

Ask for the free Auto Battery test store clerk said it was the alternator and the cost for parts was around $500.00. I thought something wrong. Went to a mechanic shop, Had the battery replaced for $98 by AAA. Autozone gave me misinformation to sell parts.

This is the only store I line to come in always parts in stock and knowledge workers.

They didnt me at all getting my money place back on my debit card on a return I waited 15min for the Manger too not pick up the phone *%$# up an shud be fired that I fill because evertime I return anything bought with card I would swiped an money was back on my card but this time it didnt I an I need the gas money that I was save for work now I cant get too work!!@@@

Employees are present but seemed to be disengaged or complacent as it applies to customer service, the store itself seemed gloomy and disorganized. The reason I gave three stars was due to a young woman working on the floor that was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have shopped at AutoZone for as long as I have owned a car and love the brand. This experience just did not meet what I am accustomed to when I visit AutoZone. I hope this helps.

Very good experience! The employees are very professional & make you feel welcome. They helped me install my headlight even thought it was raining, he did it with pleasure, i believe his name was Alvaro . after i decided to go back in, a young man named Rodolfo helped me pick out some cleaning supplies for the inside of my car. I would give you guys 10 starts if i could.

As soon as you walk in that door you can feel the good energy. Everyone is willing to help. The store does seem to get really busy out of nowhere but man i’d rather wait here a good 5 min in line & get helped. Friendly, helpful albeit it took about 8min for sister store to locate the item I needed but they had it at a great price. Was a little taken aback by the lack of awareness of the pinole stores staff not wearing their mask over the nose made me real nervous as its equivalent to not wearing a mask.

This is by far my favorite autozone to come to, well the only autozone i go to because i’ve gone to the other autzones in the area & the employees are mostly rude. When i go to this store i feel very welcomed & always get helped no matter how busy it is. I notice that every employee is attentive to their customers. Every single person in that store is so sweet & nice & such hard workers, & that long haired store manager i think her name is Silvia is running a great store. When they first opened up I was curious even though all autozones are alike, the staff there is extremely helpful. I bought a battery for my dads car and the manager came out and wanted to know if it was truly the battery, ran some test with his machien and bad battery. Long story short this is a place with good customer service, keep it up :)
