I stopped going here because they close for a shift change or required break and close the whole store for 10-15 minutes. Its happened to me 3 times over the last year and a half. Also, most of the employees are rude...if you hate your job I suggest trying something different.
I have never been treated so bad as a woman in my life!!! The male cashier was so rude and refuse to answer a simple question I had about a cigarette.(I don’t smoke and I was buying a cigarette for my mom)I hope the management will read this and teach their staff how to treat a local customer!!!
Safest gas station in this rather sketchy cluster
This is my new favorite Chevron! I stopped here on my way to go hiking on Mt. Tam, the guy working there, Jesus, was super helpful and nice! I asked him for some help with something, and he gave me the info I needed! Great place! Would stop again!
Cashier lied to me and told me the air compressor wasnt working. I know it was because I had aired up a slow leak in my tire an hour and a 1/2 prior. When I threatened to report him he magically got it to work again !
How to lose a long term, local customer. Please have your owner watch tape of Chevron employee Jair, who was witnessed by myself, and his co-worker Trinaldo. The event was at 6:45 p.m. September 14. After a gas fill-up, I entered the store to ask if I needed a token for air and water in a normal, polite manner. With a grin, Jair told me that the machine would not work without one nice little word. This was completely gratuitous, and uncalled for. Im looking for Yelp next, to make this affront public. Totally unnecessary, and a needlessly lost long-term customer. Thanks, Dave.
Rudest employee Ive ever encountered. He locked me out, stared at me and ignored me without uttering a word. If you close at midnight, why are you looking customers out at 11:40pm?
Slowest pump in the west, and they dont care.
