Things went fine during the sales process. They were fine and easy enough to work with. As expected, for when they still want your money. But weve had problems trying to figure some things out after the purchase and they have been basically useless. Just buy eyes wide open knowing youll be on your own 100% once the check clears. Do not believe the delivery dates or that they will be communicative. We ordered a Bullfrog - it was pricier than other hot tubs we looked. Paradise told us that because they were manufactured in the United States, there would be no problems with delivery. This was important to us as we were hosting a party mid June to celebrate graduation. The delivery date was scheduled about 4 months after we ordered. As we had not heard from Randy, we finally called him a week before our initial delivery date and he told us it was going to be delayed three weeks to the end of May. While we were disappointed, this still meant we would have the tub for our kids. Once again, we had no contact from them before the new delivery date so we called Randy again. Now, it is delayed until the end of July completely ruining our plans. So, look elsewhere for an less expensive model where they will reach out if any issues arise with delivery and work with you to make things right. I will update this.
No hassle service. Josh identified the problem and returned when the replacement part arrived. These are the folks to call when your spa has issues. Thank you Paradise Valley Spas and thank you Josh.
Terrible customer service. Unfortunately if you want a hot tub from Bullfrog, you have little option but to buy from here. And they act like they know it. Very helpful to buy a hot tub but once youve paid, they dont return calls, communicate about your delivery or help when something goes wrong. Avoid them if you can.
We have been a Sundance client for over 20 years. The spa is so reliable that even when we rented our home twice for a total of 7 years (with kids) it still worked fine. But the best part of Sundance is the field technicians. They have been prompt knowledgeable and so patient (even with less technical folks like me). Our current spa supporter is Dan. He is the best. Truly. Calls back quickly and knows all the old and latest system options and can explain it even to me.Hope he never leaves Sundance.SincerelyJeff M

Overall, the spa-buying experience was good. The sales crew was knowledgeable and very helpful when we were selecting a spa. The delivery/installation was less helpful, as the delivery person did not explain the chemistry process - the verbal and written instructions were different from each other, and different than what the bottles said.
I have been using Paradise Valley Spas for mostly troubleshooting and repairing spas for our clients.. They have always com through for them. I can recommend them with confidence!Working with a professional and responsive company helps make us look good as well.
I love my spa I am in it about four times a week .I did have an issue with one of the adjusters, but the repairman came out to my house in two days he had to order apart now it is running great. thanks guys for everythingMike
