A guy named Ryan took the time to help me even though the store was closing. Helped me find a hybrid I really love, and some new shoes. Great customer service, great policies in place to ensure youre happy with your purchase. I bought a used set of irons here a couple months ago, love those too and the price was great. Got my friend set up here, who got his friend set up here. Im a fan.

Ive now been here 5+ times and have always been served promptly. In fact, I brought in 3 clubs to get re-gripped and they did it while I waited. I havent bought new clubs so I cant comment on waiting for a salesperson to help me with that. The selection in each department is incredible, great nets for trying clubs, and a turf putting surface.I have called as well and they have been courteous on the phone.

Great place… driving simulators to try out clubs and other things

Pretty happy with their 90-day return policy. They had and did swap out a shaft and put into new driver head, but with no ifs, ands or buts... Here you go sir Thank you guys!

Good selection of clubs, gear, etc. Almost all of the staff is helpful (especially Tyler), but others don’t really care about customer service or customer wait times. It’s like they know there’s not too many stores in the area and that you as the customer are expendable.

One of the best golf stores I’ve been in, period. All the staff I’ve met have been very helpful. They are knowledgeable, and will answer any questions you may have. The cool part is that you can have your space to browse and look around on your own, or have the staff point you in the right direction without any pressure .The used club section is by far the best I’ve seen, and my favorite part of the store. You can go take any of the demo and used clubs right off the shelves, and compare them to one another by trying them out using the launch monitor. I’ve been there for several hours on multiple occasions hitting balls, and not felt pressured or bothered whatsoever. I’ve bought several used clubs here for great deals, most of which are better than what I’ve seen online.The other great thing about this location is that they have equipment and clothing that range from decent pricing and deals, to some of the nicer stuff that I’d have to save up a bit to purchase. The wide variety of gear and clothing is great and helps a lot when shopping since they have all types of gear.I suggest giving this place a look next time your out looking for golf equipment or clothing. I’ve picked up some clothing here to both play in, and wear to work since I liked it so much

Great golf store. The entire staff is very helpful. I had club fittings with Sam (driver) and Ryan (irons) and both sessions were fantastic...bought new clubs ordered to my needs. Absolutely my go-to golf store in Marin.

Great golf shop. Fair prices. Worked with Kyle on finding a new used driver. I was looking at the newer T2, but after swinging it a few times he went to the shelf and found a couple other drivers for me to try out. I settled on the Callaway X16 driver with 8 degree loft. Club felt great playing a round the next day.

Trash service, employees pick up and hang up phones almost every time.....I ordered a set of clubs from them, their process for tracking is writing the ship date in a binder and regurgitating that date everytime you call, and tell you that they will call you.

This is more of a review for my club fitting, with Nick, than it is for the store, though I love the store, itself, and its convenient location.Did you ever just wish you could find that one person; that old (hes not that old) wise, golf sage, whose been around the game, his whole life, and could tell you just what clubs are right for you and your swing? Someone who could probably make alot of money hawking training aids on an infomercial, but who could never do that in a million years, because hes too sincere and loves the game of golf, too much? Someone whod rather just sincerely help people get better? Thats how I see Nick.I have had a few fittings, though never by anyone I had a lot of confidence in; club pros and a Titleist rep. None of them seemed overly knowledgeable or terribly interested in my swing. They just picked the prettiest club, watched a few swings, and said go with that one.It was a whole other story with Nick. He spent over an hour with me. I hit, probably, 50 shots. He analyzed most of them on the swing tracker and used data to show me how the various clubs were responding to my swing. He carefully considered what I told him about my game (youve got to be honest about it if you want the right clubs). I probably hit 10 different combos of shafts and heads. I ended up with a set that feels fantastic and cant wait to hit them.Nick has made his own golf clubs. He works on them, all day, in the shop. Hes a savant about the equipment and speaks to it in nuanced and informed ways. If you truly want a good fitting, go see Nick.

The club fitter Nick is awesome. He is bust and in demand but worth finding a slot that works for him. Will not sell you things he does not think you need, will help you make good club choices. Worked with him last week now in the quiet period waiting for club to show up...Might offer 6 star review if they work!

Super helpful and good vibes, good prices

Nick, from Repairs, help me out big time yesterday. My older driver had a couple of ferrules missing and Nick pulled them out from a jar of collected miscellaneous spare parts! I am definitely gonna be heading in there again soon to get my clubs re-gripped.

Swore never to go back to this store. Couldnt find what I wanted anywhere else. Went in and was pleasantly surprised that the store had completely turned around. Customer service was HORRIBLE last time this time, Great.

Poor poor customer service

Very helpful staff. They spent a couple hours with me getting my fitted for my new set of sticks. Ive been back a couple of times to pick up some more gear.They have all the latest gear and also sell used equipment to cover the price spectrum.

Lots of great deals on individual clubs and sets. Plus it has a hitting net that helps to measure how well the club fits to your swing. Some of the most knowledgeable staff about golf.

Best sales staff. No pressure; go in and take some swings on the simulator.
