On the surface, Kevin is a nice guy and makes the effort to do a fair deal. His shortcoming is providing you with an accurate and detailed description of the current condition of the automobile before you arrive. Coming from out of town, as I was, I was surprised to see several other scuffs and scratches on the car that his pictures left out nor mentioned. When I pointed out one such scuff on the back window ridge he quickly dismissed it as purely cosmetic and acted as if it was news to him (a car that sat on his small lot for over a month... that I noticed in 5-10 mins). He assured me it was only a cosmetic blemish though. Well, the entire back windshield has since cracked after emanating from his cosmetic blemish that he A) forgot to mention before I arrived and B) misdiagnosed the severity of since the integrity of the entire window was compromised before he sold me the car. He reassured me during the closing that if I had issues in the future to call him and we could work it out. I did call him once this problem arose, and after first accusing me of trying to extort him... he then told me tough and it was my problem.In short, I would not go as far as to suggest you not do business here; but I would strongly recommend you get everything in writing and take pictures because his handshake and word simply dont mean what he claims it does as hes taking your check off your hands. Either he lacks the knowledge and competency to deal Teslas as well as recognize integrity issues in regards to their glass; or worse he just pretends to be clueless and oblivious in regards to the condition of his own inventory... even though it is his livelihood. Just something to think about before you shop here or if you are considering buying a higher end automobile from him. He used my goodwill and the fact that I had to fly in and drive back within a short timeframe as leverage... and he exploited it to his advantage to move a car that was sitting for a while.In the end, youre doing business with just another typical used car salesman even though he presents himself as anything but.

Kevin Wood (owner) has been a fantastic person to deal with. He is up front about everything dealing with the vehicles he sells and is very forthcoming when asked questions. The dealership operates by appointment but the staff is more than willing to work with your schedule and they are not pushy to make a sale. They want to make sure you know what you are getting and that it is the right fit for you. One of the best dealership experiences I have had, will definitely go back.

This place has been closed for good

It took us a while to find the car my son wanted because of the fact that all his criteria had to be right including the color, options and of course the price. So when he called me and told me that he found one at Alexander Auto sales, I asked him their location. He immediately told me to meet him at their location on Omega Rd which is just about a mile from our place and to my surprise. When I got there I met Israr, the salesman while I proceeded to check the car with my son and to seal the deal. In short, my son decided to buy it and in the process of getting all the necessary paperwork, I was able to chat and got to know more of their business and also had the chance to meet the owner, Kevin. I was impressed of the way they handled the transactions as well as explaining every detail of protection available for my son to have just in case. Overall, it was a great experience buying a car from this place as compared to the big dealerships. I will likely use them again in the future. My son was very with his Lexus IS250.
