Sold me the wrong size tire chains. I could tell the guy was hesitant looking for it. When I repeated the tire size to be sure he got it, he rudely said I heard you the first time. At the end he sold me chains that don’t fit my tire. Terrible service and very rude people. Don’t go there.

Hands down the 1st place to go for anything automotive related. Deborah, Rod, Marty, Lowell, and Phil are always there to get you what YOU need, especially if you drive a 90s import. Thanks again you guys.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years, and these guys are the best. Very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and they carry quality parts on top of that. Way better than “o-really” auto parts.

Went for gear oil. OReilly? Well you get store mystery store brand for ~$11 or royal purple for ~$25 a quart. Monument had Redline for ~$13, and had the same gunk remover as OReilly for a few bucks less. Save a bunch and check here first.

I have one bad experience at this place I was waiting in line and the lady was helping a customer another customer came up and just cut me in line and the lady at the cash register didnt do anything.. if she had just told me that she was in the middle of helping this guy I would have said no problem but you didnt communicate that to me so all I saw was this guy cutting me in line and her not paying attention... After he was done she told me and I mention to her that it would have been nice to know that when he cut me... It seems Petty and Im sure she was tired but communication is important!! I still give the place 5 stars because there is an older gentleman that is always very helpful and it is a great place to go if they have what you want!

My dad and I have been coming here for years.. the staff is pleasant and always try to find you an answer if they dont know it. Prices are reasonable for parts and theyre not just looking to upsell you.

These guys tend to know a bit more about cars than the bigger chain stores. If the person helping you doesnt have an answer, they can ask another worker and usually get you sound advice. Prices are competitive and I definitely prefer spending money locally.

Was in the area visiting and found them on yelp. drove over because my parents car (a 2005 toyota camry) needed a replacement tail light.in five minutes i had the part and the representative showed me how to access the part and replace it. simple and helpful. no muss, no fuss.

Purchased an air filter for Camry. This OEM product is priced 50% over Toyota genuine part. Not impressed with pricing. Better off at Autozone or Walmart.

Ive shopped here for 8 years now, and theyve always provided quality parts, and great service. While I could save a few dollars online, it often isnt worth the hassle as they have the parts on hand, and charge very little over what I can find things for online.
