The folks who came to install were gentlemen and did a great job. The customer service experience I had w.r.t the invoice is terrible. They refused to even consider returning the hardware part and instead stuck me with the cost of the hardware which was neither installed nor received. That is unacceptable.

I have used them over the years, from putting glass inserts in my kitchen cabinets, to making additional glass shelves for a display case and China cabinet. They do exceptional work and always have my orders completed within the timeline given- just a few days.(Plus I always like to use local businesses that are in my own back yard.)

Phoned and asked a simple question about window replacement for a sun room. Never got a call back so went to store. Woman at counter said no one was available to answer my question and I asked about getting a answer the following day. Was told no one would be available the following day. Not sure about their work quality or cost, but found it extremely frustrating that I could not get a questioned answered or any time frame as to when I could get some help. Almost seemed like woman at counter had no interest in me as a customer.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! This company is a joke with shower enclosures. They installed a large shower enclosure and the install looked like garbage. I was forced to bring in another company Alcosta Shower Door of San Ramon to reinstall the enclosure.
