Ive been going to Mickys for my BMW service for over 20 years and 3 BMWs over the years. He is quick and efficient, keeps in contact about other fixes he might run into. Very accommodating and fair price. Much more affordable than going to a dealership.
No worries. I purchased 2 BMWs from Mickey over the past decade.and stands behind the cars he sells and his work 100% I am very happy with them both. He gave me a great deal complete with warranties. He gets things right the first time, does not waste my time, charges less than BMW too.. I appreciate that as his client when I call Mickey with a need, he typically orders the part that day, I drive over in a day or two and he fixes it while I wait. He is very efficient using the latest technologies, yet provides good old fashioned dependable service.
Service was friendly, professional and quick. I will certainly be back!
I purchased my current car from Mick over a year ago and I have been very happy with it. The only time I had any trouble with it, the radiator broke because it was too old, and I brought my car in and Mick replaced the radiator as soon as he could. No worries. :^)
High end German car repair and service. Was kind enough to look at my car on short notice.
Called to see if German Motors could fix my disconnect and broken head lights and the guy ask what car needs to be worked on and I answer with a honda and the man sounds disappointing. He say Oh we dont work on honda...At that point I was super disappointed that they dont work on honda.
Dont bring or purchase from this owner! He is rude and a thief. Sold me a car and when I came in for help, he didnt want to bother with me. He is was very arrogant and started screaming at me on two occasions! He never replaced oil filter, never changed oil, or changed fuel filter. He claimed he put quality brakes on, they were the cheapest brakes he could purchase. He said, you can go 50,000 miles and no problem! He told me to not let car get to low on gas......1/8 of a tank and the car dies!!! Why??? Spark plugs old and faulty.....there were numerous problems. Took to another mechanic who showed me everything piece by piece....what a shock to see all the old parts!Beware of this seller!!!
I would recommend this place they do great service
I went to German Motors to fix a broken serpentine belt in my BMW M5. Mick was very rude, overpriced and tried to convince me that the belt broke because the power steering pump had siezed. I calmly suggested that I didnt think that the pump had siezed because it turned freely by hand and the symptoms of a siezed pump werent apparent when the belt broke. He became irate and said Look, I dont have time to discuss possible problems with you. I told you what is wrong. Figure out what you want to do and let me know. I was shocked and taken aback by his retort because I had been there before. So, I contacted a few other shops in the area. I found another one within a block that gave me a much better deal. In case I was wrong, I asked what the pump would cost if it needed to be replaced. I was quoted a price for the part that was $250 cheaper than what Mick quoted. So, in giving Mick the benefit of the doubt, I asked him if he could find a cheaper pump. He said No. Look, you have an expensive car, so it is expensive to repair. After paying Mick $85(!) to put my car on the rack (he had it back together and off the rack in 5 minutes) I took my car to Autowerks European .Going back to German Motors would have cost me well over $1000 and I would have had to pay for a pump I didnt need. Getting a second opinion and taking it somewhere else cost me about 70% less than what Mick would have charged me. Oh, and my car runs perfectly, so his diagnosis was wrong to begin with. For some reason, this review isnt calculated in the overall review. That seems off.
Good care after purchase a car
