Drove 20 minutes to this store when it says open on both Google and help only for it to be closed. It doesnt even say anywhere on the storefront if its closed completely because of Covid-19 or just has different hours. Furthermore, this is one of the much smaller stores.

Found what I needed with no help from anybody at the store. I called while driving to see if they were openand asked who I found out later was the manager of the store exactly where in the shopping center they were and I was trying to ask a questions and all she would do is over talk me and I couldnt talk to her anymore so I hung up the phone. when I got there I asked where the product was I was looking for she just kind of pointed me in the direction was giving me bad information and then when I went up to the cashier to pay the cashier asked me if I had an account with them I shook my head no this manager didnt see me do that and spoke to me like I was a child telling me I should answer the gal who asked me this question and I told her please Ive got it taken care of and then she said youre the one who called and then hung up on me and I said I didnt really mean to hang up on you and she said if you call and hang up again youre no longer allowed in this store. The general manager was a very rude person and I will never come back to the store again.

Paint your nails, color your hair

I bought Andis trimmer in Sally Beauty Supply twice. First one cut my clients skin, not sharp and missing hair so I have to go 4 times to make clean line at the neck.Second one didnt work in the beginning. I paid $70 for each this trash. For second one I didnt get money back. It was sign in Sally Beauty Supply no returns on trimmers. But it is not right. I needed it urgent and I didnt have money for another one. Very disappointed.Now I have trimmer from Target for $30 and it works perfectly. I will never buy Andis anymore. Im going to let Andis know about my experience too.

Good attention, the girl helped me to decide the best color for my hair and worked perfectly, so patient and explained to me all about it, higher recommend!
