I am always finding new stuff to try here, and its great. The suggestions have been mostly spot on, and everyone is very helpful.Also, I think they have started doing wine tasting again, so check it out!

Great selection.Older man who runs the whiskey department hides all the good bottles and refuses to put them out on the sales floor. Either sells the bottles to himself or his friends, you wont get anything good because youre not in his circle.Asked him about a certain bottle and he was bragging that he doesnt put them out.

Found the wine I was seeking pretty quickly. They didnt have even one full case of Canadian Club, but I took the 5 bottles they had. Nice, helpful employees and an easy to find location.

This place is heads and shoulders above BevMo! It is so much nicer inside an out. It feels like an upscale store compared to BevMo. The staff is dressed much more professionally. The managers even wear white shirts and ties. More importantly, everyone you talk to, even the cashiers, all seem to be much more informed about procedures, locations, and specific knowledge of the various wines, especially the ones that are on sale. Everyone seems much better trained or has wine or alcoholic beverages experience. And it looks like they have a larger, more complete inventory. Prices look about the same as BevMo so there is no reason to go back to bed now.

Great selection and prices. Reasonable customer service.I had a somewhat poor experience with one curbside pickup order. Bottles were packed pretty poorly & one did not survive the short drive home. I popped my trunk to find 1.75 L of tequila spilled in my trunk. They replaced the bottle the next day (though my car still smells strongly). My next pickup order was also packed much better. I appreciate the efforts to make this right.

Small store than Mountain View, but nice prices compare to Costco, and sometimes deals and coupons can makes good purchases...

Helpful and friendly staff with fair prices.

My sister in law and I just attended the unpretentious pairings class given by Matt. We loved it! They had interesting combinations and all the wines, some I have never tried were great. We left with a few new favorites and cool stories to share. Thanks Matt until next time!

My favorite place to buy wine/liquor! The customer service is also fantastic. An employee saw me walking towards the cash register with a bottle of Pinot Noir in my hand, came over to me and asked if I had tried another brand’s pinot. I hadn’t, and he had such good things to say so that I decided to buy it.I drank it last night, and it is now my new favorite wine!! So happy for the recommendation!

Great staff knowledge and good experience with ease of shopping

I was very happy with the staff who was more than willing to help. there is plenty of staff walking around asking if anybody needs help not in an overwhelming way but in a genuine way to help.Exactly the kind of stored experience that I would want not just in the store but any store.I also witnessed that one customer swung his cart too fast, and a bottle of wine slipped out, fell on the floor, broke and there was wine spillage all over.The first staff member that came to him asked Are you okay? rather than What happened here?What a wonderful way to run the store... Nicely done.

I was approached by a representative and Im glad he did. I was looking to branch out from my usual tequila. He gave me his personal opinion on the tequila and I am very happy with his recommendation. So smooth and easy to sip.

I have to give this place high marks. Im looking for a very specific holiday gift; visited several grocery stores, higher end liquor stores, anything to avoid going online. this is the only place where I was actually approached by a staff member, treated courteously, and promptly directed to the proper item. one would think this should be the norm at EVERY retailer, but alas, no.

I typically have a question when I come in here, although the shelf tags detailing products are so helpful, theres consistently a salesperson right there to help me. The cashiers are friendly. The selection can be overwhelming but I always come away with something fun and new.

Love total Wine!!! Prices are great and selection is always good! The sales people are always really friendly! Happy to make a suggestion or just chat about whatever you just picked up. We were there on this particular evening for a sip and mingle event. Very fun! Great to try different wines and discover some new favorites!!

I would have to say that Total Wine & More has one of the largest selections of wine and more in town. Was cordially greeted and talked into buying a great bottle of Tequila that I thoroughly enjoyed. Prices are a bit higher then I am use to seeing, but that may have been associated with the location of the store.

If you are looking for high end spirits this is the only place with a robust selection that I have found in the area. Staff is knowledgeable and can assist in getting the best selection possible as well as share helpful hints. Make sure to look for coupons online as they can greatly help in lowering the price of items.

Employees are extremely rude. Especially if you call in to check inventory. One gentleman in particular is a nightmare to deal with. I have spent a fortune in this store, you would think hiring someone who makes me feel appreciated whether it be in person or over the phone would be common courtesy. If you dont like your job then quit!

This place has everything from high end spirits to simple table wine. The staff is both helpful and knowledge. For those whom have never been to one of their stores before, think BevMo but more upscale. You should not imply that their prices are higher because of their appearance. They tend to be pretty competitive to other places. It just looks nicer.

They need to get bags which will actually hold the weight of alcohol bottles. Highly recommend bringing your own bags here - the paper ones are weak and will break apart before you reach your car. It’s so common that the cashier told me to just carry things in my arms. But the staff here is very helpful and they know the store and product very well. Huge selection too, even of obscure brands.

Good place for wine tasting, only if the server can spare me any time instead of focus only on chatting with WHITE customers as if they are going to buy a lot, no! Chinese and Mexicans are the main liquor and alcohol consumers. Do your research!

TWM has a great selection of beers, wine and spirits; and staff that is knowledgeable to help you make a good selection. On top of all that, the prices are usually lower than competitors.

I went to this store for the first time to pick up multiple online orders this morning (10/15/2017). I asked a tall guy who worked at the store named Keith to help me. I didnt like Keiths customer service attitude, and can tell that Keith is not competent. At the beginning, Keith cannot find all the orders and had to ask someone else to find them, I asked for receipts of my orders, Keith told me that he will give the receipts after showing all the bottles. However, after finished showing all the bottles, Keith doesnt have all my receipts, and I had to wait for another person to get all the receipts. Overall, not exactly a good shopping experience I expected. The reason I gave a three stars is because the wine tasting lady is very kind, and all other folks who worked at the store are helpful with a good attitude.

Called to ask about a specific bootle of bourbon I was searching for. When asked the employee stated they didnt have it in a rude moderately rude tone. I asked if he could check his computer for other stores to possibly have it. He reluctantly did it, but could tell he was exasperated to...do his job. I heard him talking in a condescending tone about my asking him to search for it with a colleague. Its called customer service guy, and next time, mute the customer if you are gonna be a jerk. Normally like this store, but this guy was a bad example of professionalism and phone etiquette.

Very good place to get booze, price is ok. Discounts are not very huge.I picked up a small can of beer once and got charged around 3$ for it, so ensure you pick up items where price is marked, if its not likely ull be looted
