I visited Walmart for the first time in my life. Since I moved to US during the pandemic, reliance was on home deliveries until today.My experience was great ! Huge space stocking most of your needs. Rates of food items cannot be beaten by any other supermarket I guess. Its our go-to store for groceries and dairy needs. Staff was helpful and things were constantly being refilled. Great management of the store.I did not find things like crockery and garden equipments though.

This store is terrible, never any shopping cart, no help, stockers on busy shopping days dont help customers get what they need. Pallets left on the floor with nothing on them a OSHA nightmare!

The check out lines are no longer open, you have to do everything yourself at the scan and go. Workers are too busy doing instacart. Long lines of people waiting to scan and bag items theirselves. Its fine if you have a handful of items but this doesnt work when you have a cart full of items. Yes the food is cheaper but Im not coming to the store to scan and bag items myself.

Quality products at cheaper prices. Went looking for some products, the store manager was very helpful. Got a mix of everything a neighborhood market will have.

Terrible customer service . No one wanted to open the window sliding cabinet door so I can but tide. I pressed the button for assistance and no one showed up after waiting 5 to 10 minutes. A Walmart associate walked by so I asked him to open the sliding door for me, but he said he didn’t have a key and to wait for someone. Horrible customer service.

My guess is this place is poorly managed. The shelves are mostly empty, it needs to be stocked. Theyre out of almost everything. The floors are wrecked, its poorly maintained. The employees are all nice and hard working, but scattered. This store needs a leader and a management presence.

This place is not clean or organize,the workers I feel them whenever I go Walmart depressed, they have no knowledge about the products, the vegetables and fruits just so bad, even I saw they put the vegetables and the raw meat at the same place(pic attached), I don’t know why big company like Walmart have such bad work environment and the worst shopping experience for their customers, the quality of the products also cheap and bad, Walmart need seriously to look at everything in their stores .

I bought 3 chairs online each one cost $190. They came in a color which was not my choice. I returned them to this Walmart in September 2020. I got a refund for two of them. I called Walmart may be 6 or 7 times, everytime I get a different response(we will refund you, you got your refund... etc). I tried to talk to the manger but everytime they tell me she is not here!!!Lastly, I gave up.Horrible customer service

This is a good neighborhood Walmart, doesnt carry everything, mostly food items. I know what isle am going to. Moved to East Dublin now, I miss it at times, because its easier to locate items I want without walking around and be tempted.

If you need to use the money center or customer service youd be better off going to a different store. There is rarely anyone working at it and the managers and other employees will refuse to help. Im leaving now to go to a different store after I talked to a manager and she wouldnt help and went back to just cleaning the underside of a self check out machine. Ive been in at several different times and they always have a sign up saying theyre closed. 2pm and nobody is working.

Store has best prices for organic and healthy food but not friendly to the customers. Because I used my own bags, they placed my purchases everywhere around cashier and started to put other customers purchasers on the top of my purchases without stopping and giving me a time and any explanations . Cashier Nik was rood. Manager Charlie said he does not work with the customers… not the first time of the unfriendly relationships… updated 10.03.2021

I go here pretty often and don’t usually have a problem. However there’s a really terrible short asian woman who works here whose horrible. She usually is restocking and will play tagalog youtube videos very loud and take up the whole isle. If you ask her questions or try to go down the same isle she’ll tsk at you and mutter something in taglog under her breath. It’s a small thing really but somehow it always ruins my experience.

This Walmart store is Unbelievable. No one . not 1 human to check out. This is unacceptable. At 1015 am! Evidently they want you to do their Job. And no pay. FT

Typically Walmart has a better variety of Asian items and at least they are stocked on the items I need unlike the one in Dublin which is usually sold out on on several of the things I need.

Awesome grocery store although a bit pricey. Its never busy with lots of people, therefore, it makes my shopping experience comfortable. Everything is great quality and staff are nice.

Things were clean and well maintained. The lines were a little bit long but not a terrible wait.

Some of the Great. Value grocery items are at phenomenally low prices and are good quality.

Horrible customer service. If you need help, forget it. Need a return? Forget it. Need a manager? Forget that too. You can’t even get someone to pick up the phone. Worst location I’ve been to in the entire Bay Area.

Sadly this Wal-Mart grocery is a bit of a mess. The isles are disorganized and messy. The produce section is small and not well stocked.

Some good, prices but a good cleaning would do it justice.

I love shopping here, they always have what I need in stock.

I dont usually go at night. The place was trashed. Couldnt even score a gallon of milk. A few days earlier they could not accept cash. That didnt affect me, but for a store I normally recommend, they seem prone to catastrophe.

Good selection, usually not crowded, ample parking. Staff is generally unfriendly and more often than not cant speak English well.

Empty store, not sure why it’s such a hassle to have employees work (there are a dozen doing nothing), and no shelves stocked.

Out of stocks. Out of date meats. Floors dirty with broken tiles. The grocery pick up in the front. Ugly and the crew in the store ignores the customers

This place was a terribly dishoveled mess with full and empty crates blocking aisles, unstocked food on the floors everywhere and the self checkout kept locking up. A Horrible experience!Update: A second visit went much better. The place was more orderly but only one checker and I had to wait for a full Bart ahead on me. Sell checkout is not an option if you have alcohol or a lot of produce to look up. They had a better selection of meats than Lucky.

The young woman on duty at the entrance at 1pm was very attentive and discovered my cell phone and placed it at customer service. Her honesty is to be commended. Deserves recognition. Please do so.

Well it is Walmart so that is both the good news and the bad news. For me it is closest option and appreciated for that as well as broad selection.

Theyre excellent. Except for the fact that theyre in SanRamon and lm in Oakland. Quick and Professional. Never a long wait for curbside pick-up. Loss if two stars for distance traveled. Please add curbside pick-up to stores closer to me.

Bright, Clean and the Associates were Extremely Nice, Great Expansive Grocery Store where items are easy to find down the wide isles. Fast check out as well.

First of all I’m very mad about the boxes everywhere. I fell 4 separate times in this store. The managers are unhelpful, there’s the manager who’s very awkward with no communication skills and seems like he can’t run a store correctly. Very disappointed.

You should take out all of the cash registers and put in an employee lounge. 3 employees watching CUSTOMERS be cashiers for free.

We used their curbside pickup. We got nearly everything for much cheaper than instacart. Easy and quick.

I ordered items online then we my order was ready for pickup they sent me a text. You park where it says order pickup, call the number on the sign, tell them the spot number and they bring out your groceries.Being my first time I didnt know but bring your own grocery bags.

They have so many things locked up and no one to help customers. I waited over 15 minutes for service. Apparently, they are understaffed. Theyre hiring if you need a job.

Great place to shop for groceries. Decent produce (fruit and veggies), although choices are sparse. Very good meats (but no deli or butchers to help w/meats). Most groceries are about 20-30% less than other stores sales prices (especially, dairy and canned goods). Gave 4-stars instead of 5 because (on this visit) they had no eggs/dairy out. Those shelves were just bare. When I asked a stock-person when they would be filled again, he had no idea about anything (clueless?). From time to time, they are poorly stocked in one thing or another but this was a 1st for diary. I dont like wasting a trip to Walmart. So, I put back everything I picked out and left the store empty handed.

Typical neighborhood Walmart Market. Shelves are usually stocked and staff is friendly. They have limited hours now so check their website before heading out.

They no longer carry something that I needed and Walmart is not the kind of store that I would bother asking an employee any hard questions.

I dont wvwn know why I bother coming here. Every single experience has been terrible. Every single employee has the worst attitudes Ive had to deal with.If you are looking to need assistance at the customer service desk, dont count on it! If they are even open, there isnt anyone in sight to help to help you. Every employee that walks by and sees you waiting for someone just ignores you. God forbid you ask anyone gor assistance!

Large selections and great prices

We do our weekly grocery shopping here and save a ton of money. The produce and meat selection are pretty good. We have to get some of the specialty items elsewhere but all the basics and staples we buy here. The employees are always friendly and helpful which makes the daunting task of grocery shopping a little better.

Walmart Neighborhood Market was a horrible experience. If you have the nerve to actually shop in the store yourself, rather than online, the shelves are empty theres nobody to help you and they chastise you for not doing self checkout. I used to love this Market Common now its intolerable

Lots of parking, several Self Check-outs, GREAT PHARMACY, (Jason always remembers my name) and good prices. I do wish that they would stop moving items around though. Great for picking up one item or for doing your weekly grocery shopping.

One lane open with 6 people with full carts, waited 15 min im hba and nobody ever came. This is the worst walmart in the USA, whoever management is they need to be retrained in how grocery works...

Still waiting on my W2 from all the self-checkouts throughout the year.Never any cashiers and the place is out of stock and rundown.Disappointed and consistently go back for more expecting it too get better.

Nice clean store and not crowded

Had an issue where I purchased an item, and came to realize that the price was cheaper online. After providing the necessary information proving my case they were able to quickly, and easily adjust my price without coming to the store. Stone Manager Andrea turned a potential negative into a big positive for me, which is refreshing to see.

Generally have everything I want. Overall has the best prices in the area. Usually easy, close in parking. Lots more self check out labels, I wont use them - too many people out of work, why take more jobs to the trash?

I went to this Walmart yesterday around 6:30 pm with my 7 year old son. His face mask had fallen under his nose and the door greeter proceeded to yell at him to put his mask on. I was appalled at how she was agressively yelling at my kid. I fully support wearing mask so that was not the issue, but I reminded the woman that children under a certain age are ot even required to wear a mask. The woman then yelled at me that it was only children under 2 years old. This is incredibly wrong and this woman needs to read up on the alameda county face mask ordinance passed on june 5th. The ordinance states that children under 12 do not have to wear mask and children under 2 should never wear mask because they can suffocate. This woman should not be yelling at customers especially children and especially when she doesnt know what she is talking about. Walmart inform your employees better

Went to get cereal and skin products, they had cheerios and had a small selection of skin products. An employee asked me if i needed help so that was helpful, directed me to the skin isle. Also helpful that it is open till 12 am.

Better stocked now, TP, hand sanitizer, masks, paper towels and most items on the shelves now.

Self check out is super easy to use now that they have a new system in place with camera. No more annoying pauses in the system to wait for assistance from customer service. This is a big plus since there are not enough employees hired to work here. Which is exactly what the company is going for, Im sure.

The store is good but it is not big as of the Walmart. Only the daily usage items are available here. If you are thinking of buying some clothes, toys, bike and other stuff like this, it is not the place you should go to.
