Second missed delivery time in 10 days. Consistent “fabrication of facts” and frustrating. I detest liars! If you need a reliable delivery company, FedEx is Not the solution!
I went to print, used the wrong computer, ended costing me over 100$. Very nice employee came to explain why I should use another way to print. He did it for me, reimbursed me the difference. Very nice and understanding!
Ive had great experiences with this location over the last 18 months. They will e-mail a delivery notice along with a tracking number if I remember to provide my e-mail address. They carefully verify the recipient and sender address which is why Ive switched to this location as apposed to other similar services in the area that unfortunately were accustomed to delays. If I show up and mail off an item before 2pm, I can have it delivered to Southern California by the following day which is a great service. The staff work well together and speed up whenever there is a line. Ive noticed that even if there is a line of 5 people things move pretty quickly and the wait time is never longer than 15 minutes. I recommend this location to anybody who is looking for consistently great service.
DO NOT USE FEDEX This is my second experience with FedEx the San Ramon Office located at 2101 Camino Ramon specifically. My first experience was a package I sent to a Southern California address they mailed the package back to me at my home address. I was in the Walnut Creek Area so I dropped it there. From there the package was lost it had over $200 value. Now on 12/07/20 I sent a package and paid $42.79 for FedEx 2day of course it didnt arrive on 12/09/20 as I paid for. When I called FEdEx customer service they said they have no way of tracking the package. I then called the San Ramon office and they told me the package was out for delivery when I asked why I paid $42.79 for 2 day delivery and to have some sort of credit they said there wasnt a guarantee to be delivered on time and FedEx doesnt offer any credit.DO NOT Waste your money or time with FedEX what a terrible company. I have friends and co-workers who have shared the same experiences. I only put a one because there isnt a zero. Im out over $200 for the first lost package.
Sometimes ppl have bad days. Sometimes ppl are bad employees but you cant expect a great experience every time. I have worked for FedEx express for three years now and its really just timing. I have had great experience and bad ones.. but I see it all the time.. ppl come in 5 minutes before they close and they want the world giving to them.. if FedEx was able to help and wait for everyones packaging we would be the US post office lol. How do you expect next day delivery to new York if you come late and dont have proper information.. oh and during the holidays we pick up anywhere from 5 million to 9 million packages.. there are going to be mistakes, an us employees pay for them. So next time you are having a hard time just think that person is working 6, (10-12) hour days for like 16 bucks an hour, by that time we can no longer make every experience great...

Horrible customer service and shipping. I paid $75- $13 of which was to have them pack the shipment and the destination address was incorrect. The wrong recipient address was caught at check out but after verifying the correct address with the rep and on the receipt it still shipped to the incorrect address.Horrible experience.

I was sending off a phone for a trade-in option and my printer at home printed a bad label. I was waiting a couple minutes while the man helped another customer, and he checked in with me and let me know that they would help soon. They got another associate over to check my label and reprint it for free, and then taped it up and gave me a tracking receipt. Overall, super helpful when I was cutting it close with a deadline. I will definitely go back if theres something I need to ship.
This is a store of my choice to drop off any job I have. I love its 24/7 operating hours as I can drop off or pick up any time of the day I need to. I am super busy so its works out perfectly. The staff members are always friendly and very smart. They know what they are doing and have the can do attitude. Thanks guys!
I travel a lot and go to FedEx stores all over the country in order to ship packages, and this location is my favorite. The employees are helpful and nice. And I’ve never had any issues or long waits. I can’t say that about other locations. Plus the 24/7 hours are great. Great job!
If privacy and security of your personal information is important to you then DO NOT use Fax,photo kiosk or computers for anything important. Fax line isnt designated line & received faxes sent from here do not display the number it was sent from which is violation of federal law. If you use picture edit /copy stations your photos are copied, even the ones you arent making copies of. The fax line is connected to phone line of the restaurant Pearl Gardens. Ive checked all Fed Ex locations and NONE are to be trusted.

Took 5 minutes for anyone to even greet me. I saw a couple representatives look at me, but didnt say anything. Finally the 3rd person I talked to was easy to talk to.
I would have marked it 2 stars because the equipment didnt seem to function and nothing was working out just trying to get a couple papers printed (after like 20 minutes of struggling with their cloud printing options none of which worked) but the ladies in the store were friendly and patient and eventually I jist downloaded the Android app and sent it through that way. I suspect that using the app may be the most straightforward solution from now on.
This fedex is the worst I have seen and probably rate them worst among its peers who provide any similar service. I always had trouble with these guys. The customer service agent, the assistant manager are simply useless. They cannot help the customers with simple issues. They are very racial, demeaning to the customers and pick and choose who should be served and in what order. If there was a zero star rating, I would give them without any hesitation. Please don’t go and waste your time with these good for nothing guys. I instead recommend you visit the one in Pleasanton or other print / shipping services stores in the neighborhood.
I actually had a hard time giving it one star. I will not go back to this location ever, and may not use Fed Ex in the future. Two packages delivered outside of the guarantee that the clerk made who was apparently new and not well trained. I have spent one hour talking with multiple Fed Ex employees and several run-arounds. Topper - cant get a refund until the packages finally make it to their location and likely a week after that. Customer service, an all time low.
Came in to ask about my options of shipping a specific parcel. Rudely told me they cant and wouldnt say anything else. Dont come here.

Shipping is way overpriced. For my case it was $20ish, so i went to ups and shipped the same thing for $13. Their system was malfunctioning too, so my time was wasted.
The person that identified herself as the manager (Kim) needs to do some research on service dog laws. I’ll be reporting her to corporate and if I have another experience like today they will be hearing from my attorney.
So slow and you have to wait forever.!!!
