They fix my AC in my 2012 Dodge Hemi Charger they only charge me $200, it blows freezing cold air. The guys 👦 are professional. First time using them I would definitely talk to these guys if youre having trouble with your vehicle.

Ive used B&D Automotive since 1992. Mike keeps a clean shop. He is a likeable guy. I think I get a reasonable charge for his services.

Ive brought Multiple vehicles to this shop and each time Ive always got my car back sooner and cheaper then expected with honesty and knowledge about the issue that was going on.

The owner told my husband he will have my car done in 2 weeks. He was supposed to diagnose it and have it ready. 2 weeks go buy I call the guy he says he will start on it then itll be ready by Friday. I walk in Friday he said itll be ready Monday on Monday he says by the opening on Tuesday it will be ready. I walked in on Tuesday got my car but I still have an oil leak not as bad. I told my husband no more shops he can do the work on my car he should do it.

B & D (Mike) is a great mechanic. I have taken my 2004 Honda to him several times and he has it back on the road in no time, without breaking the bank. I trust him completely. And the shop and office are so very clean! He knows his stuff.

I had my car towed there and it sat for 3 days before he even looked at it. Everytime I asked (Mike at B & D Automotive) what the actual problem was he couldnt tell me, he just tried to change the subject. I know I have possible transmission issues due to the error codes I got before my car broke down. So he was just going to replace it instead of diagnosing the actual problem and trying to fix it. He was gonna charge me thousands of dollars for work that may or may not fix the problem with no guarantees or warranties.When I asked him about it and told him (after doing my own research)where he could find a new or rebuilt transmission with a warranty ( worst case scenario)in hopes he could still maybe do the work and save me a tow fee he got short with me and cut me off mid sentence and told me you need to get a wrecker over here and tow it to your dealer. Let me know when theyre on their way and Ill push it out to the curb in a very rude manner and tried to get off the phone with me. He clearly didnt want anything to do with my car and he was very rude and unprofessional. If he couldnt do the work or he didnt know what the problem was he should have been upfront with me about it, rather than holding onto my car and waiting my time and money. I had to pay tow fees to take it somewhere else. I have missed 2 days of work already. I do NOT reccomend them to anyone. If you have car problems take it anywhere but here.

Had my car sitting all week it couldnt start Monday I misses work, had no clue what he was doing to fix the problem, probly doesnt own computer diagnostic machine, he could have at least called to say he couldnt get to the problem instead if not answering the phone all week
