Wonderful customer service! Ali was very friendly and super helpful when we visited this store. It was busy and Ali took the time to hook up the XBox and test it to be sure it worked. Thank you!

Steven was an awesome help and did excellent at explaining all my random questions.

I came in with a $25 gift card and wasn’t sure what i wanted, the guy was kind enough to print out a 3 page report on all the games under $25 after tax and even went and looked with me for a little bit, eventually i found a game that i liked, he told me what games he played overall and the game ended up being great, AMAZING service, and great game!!!

One of the best stores and the green/blonde haired girl that works their is super nice and seems very knowledgeable.

I do wish I could give zero stars. I drove all the way out there to pick up product, after calling immediately before I left to verify it was still available. I was told clearly they will not hold product as was my wife who located the product hours before and offered to pay for it over the phone and was rejected. I accept that statement, drove out there, and literally watched the employee take the product from a shelf and put it behind the counter. When I told them I was there to purchase that item I was informed that it was on hold. Both employee and manager fully and totally incompetent, unhelpful, and useless. I will never in my life set foot in or purchase another product from GameStop, especially this location.

The game selection here is great, have pre ordered games for Nintendo switch with no troubles. This store could use friendlier staff, though its probably todays teenagers that is the overall issue rather than the company.

Large variety of games to buy but prices are higher here than the same games at the walmart beside it.
