We used this guy because he was local. He came out got the door down, and then came back when parts came in and repaired the door. About 4 days later the door hung up while coming down. We had to call him back out.... He said it wasnt anything that he had done and charged us again. Fast forward four more days....the door broke again with the exact same piece that he replaced a week ago. Not only did it break, but this time the spring came off and hit my husband in the back of the head. We called him back out and he couldnt even get the door closed.....he had to call another garage door repair person. He then said he wouldnt warranty it if we wanted him to fix it we would have to pay for everything again.STAY AWAY FROM JS OVERHEAD .....AKA.....SAND SPRINGS OVERHEAD DOORSHE DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK!

Jay came out as soon as he could & fixed our heavy door in under an hour. With heavier springs that were incorrectly installed by someone else. 👍. Plus he was super nice to my kids- and is a dog person. 😜

Great service. Fast and efficient. We called him today because our garage door broke last night and he was out here today. This is the second time we have used him. Our barn door broke about 6 months ago and he was here the next day. The best part is he is cheaper than anyine else we called.

J has come out to put my garage door back on the tracks twice over the past couple years. He has always arrived when he said he would and fixed the door quickly for a fair price.

During installation of commercial door and opener, my husband had to hook up all the electrical parts and supply the wire. They did not provide us with a manufacturers book, they said it got thrown away. We insisted they install the safety eyes at the bottom and had to supply wire for that too. Six (6) months later the door FELL and Js is not standing by the warranty on our receipt. They want more money to fix their faulty installation. Weve had another company fix the installation and they showed us what Js did wrong. I would NOT recommend Js for anything except maybe baking a cake...perhaps they can bake better than they install commercial garage doors and openers.
