Terrible Customer Service !!! Was needing a 100 lb. propane cylinder recertified and filled. I had my truck and trailer loaded, called to make sure all was good (around 1:30) and was told no problem they were there till 4:30. Got there about 35 minutes later then was told they knew I was coming, but the person to do the certification had left to do personal business and may be gone for the day.!! I called in advance evidently for no reason. !!!! Will never go there again !

Had a leak on my tank . 2 employees from the Sand Springs office came out and fixed it, They had too. make two trips out 6 miles north of town but got it fixed at no charge too me, Great customer service. Buying my has from them from now on

I purchased as a first time customer a 20lb tank and had them fill it for me. No issues whatsoever with customer service or quality of product. Was in and out within 5 minutes. 100% will return for refills and further service. Nothing bad to say .

No stars. Most horrible customer service. The girl answering the phone had the rudest, snappy disposition that would turn any customer away. As if we were bothering her! Will never use them, Ever. They lost our business before they ever got it

Ferrellgas charges top dollar, that would be okay if their customer service was worth a hoot. They would not coordinate a time to service my tank, I had a leak so they require someone to be home for a leak test, but they wont tell you when they will show up. They require payment ahead of time and show up when they want to. They couldnt even tell me a day that the service would be. I will be using a different company from now on. I will not have your staff get nasty with my wife on the phone when we request a service call.

I go here all the time to get one or two 20 lb. tanks filled. Just make sure you bring them in empty. Charges are not done on per gallon basis but by flat rate per tank size. Plus, they have a card that gives a free tank fill for every 4 tanks. No bad.

Well this is one of the first companies I have went to that has refused to help a customer. I needed my small 33lb propane bottle for my garage heater filled and they flat out told me NO. If Im not a customer with a big house tank they have no interest in serving me.Oh well there is a couple other propane places in town that actually help the little guy.
