We came for ice cream. They have glacier ice cream and it was very over priced. $7 for a waffle cone. I understand it was handmade, but we had to get the sugar cone because we just couldnt afford to pay $35 for a family of five to get ice cream. As it was the sugar cone was $4 and it had very little ice cream on it. I felt a little ripped off when the server handed me my tiny little bit of ice cream. I probably wont go back for ice cream. That being said, the shop looked nice. The server was friendly and handled it well when my husband choked at the price of ice cream lol. The patio area was pleasant enough but could use a little tlc. I enjoyed browsing the selection of stickers and gifts and I liked the location. Im sure there are plenty of tourists and rich people who would love this kind of place.
Stay away from this place ! Rented two bikes. We are experienced riders. Bikes were in significant need of repairs and tune up . One brake didn’t work. Gears didn’t transition well and slipped . My wife’s bike squeaked loudly the entire time. Frames are too small for anyone over 5’ 10” tall
Best donuts! Can not wait to try their milkshake. Also the ebikes are very spiffy.
This place has DELICIOUS donuts. They are crispy on the outside, but so fluffy and chewy on the outside. Great flavors to choose from too! They make them right in front of you and the staff is super friendly. This place is a repeat for me
Well, dont get confused. THEY HAVE A DOUGHNUT MACHINE! They were made with exceptional attention to detail and were DELICIOUS!!! Going to be my go to Friday 🍩 office spot. ☕😇
Great fun place. .so friendly
Post hours or dont be closed at 2pm on a Sunday, Memorial Day weekend. They arent even posted at the establishment and we saw people inside. Not sure how places like this survive...
The owner and her daughter are so sweet! the donuts are lovely and remind me of being a kid. altogether an adorable place and the vibe from everyone working there is awesome as well. all smiles and kindness
Had our sons 6th birthday party there today, the owners/staff were AMAZING!!! They went above and beyond our expectations to cater to our needs. True small town hospitality. Highly recommend if looking for a kid friendly party place or place to grab good eats. We will definitely be back often!!
Had a great time renting some of the sweet electric bikes from Murphy’s! Lisa and Murphy were both super nice and met us at the shop on a day off. Defined check out everything they have to offer!
1st actually time in there & wow good stuff. Freshly donuts and breakfast sandwiches literally right in front of your own eyes
Great bike rentals, great mini donuts and an amazing, friendly and knowledgeable family running the place! Note - several negative reviews were left for previous business and are NOT related to the new bike rental business. 5 Stars - check it out and you will have a great time!
Delicious! Staff are friendly and helpful. Cute little shop.
Owner and her children were scooping ice cream when we visited last week. Super kind and a nice selection of high quality, classic flavors! Very large servings.
A great atmosphere to hang out in. Theres a warm fireplace to relax by. But most importantly, the donuts are freshly made and the daily soups are delicious!
Love this place. On top of the hardest-working upstart owners and kids I have seen all Summer in Sandpoint. They are also adapting to local needs - Yesterday I bought the best pastry at Murphys since I moved to Sandpoint about 9 years ago--and they tell me they are perfecting others.A very good coffee menu (without waiting-lines) with a sweet homemade treat--combined with owners who actually take the time to talk and listen to their customers is the type of new business where I give my money.Thanks.
I went there for a waffle cone of ice cream, and they were out. That was unfortunate, but I still got a scoop of ice cream. It was STILL over $5 for a small scoop of ice cream in a paper cup, no other cone or cookie or crunch. I wanted a waffle cone, not a price-gouge. Will not be going back. Dairy Depot is closer, better, and consistent.
Peaceful setting, homemade donuts and good coffee. Great place to relax and visit
May want to call before trusting their hours...weren’t open at 8am on a Sunday when we tried.
This place is now a bicycle rental, ice cream shop and donut shop. It has the best donuts and some great ice cream. Customer is great too.
Love this little shop!! Icecream is very tasty, the homemade donuts are delicious!!They also rent pedal assist bikes and tandem trolly bikes and have a few nice vendors that sell various items from a Antiques to home made.
Awesome and unique mini-donuts! Welcoming, friendly place! Right on the bike path, this will become an iconic part of Sandpoint!
I love this shop they have amazing ice cream and there wrap is sooooo good.
Great out of the way place for coffee, good prices comfortable seating
Its been a mixed bag, sold me a great little chain saw, then took 4 months to fix my snow blower. Brought in lawn mower, done the next day. Jason seems like an honest person. Next closest shop is 30 miles.
They have Ice Cream and bike rentals. Solid spot, happy to have them in the neighborhood.
Really good donuts and cinnamon rolls
Its a fun place to be, the food it delish!
Had Stihl chainsaw repaired. Cost almost as much as a brand new saw and still doesnt work. Also had them repair a wheeled string trimmer with a B&S engine. It will not start. This place is a rip off and should be avoided.
Fantastic service and donuts.
RIP OFF Had them order a rebuild kit payed up front, special order, went in a month later to see what was up, after waiting patiently while he tells customer after custumer that hes not done or wont have there chains sharpened for another day, finally it was my turn to be let down, he couldnt find my number my part or recipe. Do not shop here
My mower was sitting for months, they did nothing. Something wrong with this place. It would be better for all of they got it together.
Well Much Better, After my horrible experience of trying to deal with the incompetent staff over at Pac West, and their ridicules pricing. I am so glad I found Murphys Repair. After a short phone call to find out their pricing, and hours I was on way down to see what Murphys could offer me. The new owners are so helpful, they answered all of my question, and even kindly educated me on the proper ways of handling my saw and the proper fuel to put in it, I handed over my saw to one of their techs, and he took a quick look at it, with in a few minutes he cam back out and told me I had bad gas, and that my carb needed to be rebuilt, and that they had the parts on hand and it would be just a little bit of a wait. I learned that they have a Quick fix Tech on hand that deals with just these kind of problems, it was really easy and within the time it took their tech to fix my saw, the wonderfully nice lady at the counter had me payed up, and ready to go. After this experience, I feel that Murphys Repair and its new attitude is going to go places, and I will be right there with them, as a valued customer. Thank you Murphys Repair for being so Awesome.
Beware! After 3 months of calling, I was charged $80 to repair drive system in riding mower. I was told and written on paperwork not to pull anything or use upper gears or go up hills. At home, I found it was as bad as when I took it in. I went to new shop, they installed new drive kit, was shown worn out parts from drive assembly. Done in less than a week. I gave only 1 star because it wont let me do zero.
Beautiful!
