When my liftmaster garage door opener failed i called sandpoint garage doors.i think it was cindy took my call and set me up with my apt and a relacement garage door opener.she was very knowledgeable and polite.when the two guys doing install showed up on a saturday which was great for me they observed my liftmaster was locked up and said gear problem they then removed the cover and was exactly what they diagnosed before removing cover with the part needed to fix already in there hand.they sugested to repair rather than install a new unit.they wete honest and very knowledgable about there job. They had it repaired and working in about 45 minutes . I was totally satisfied from setting up the appointment to the exellent knowledge of the repair crew i would highly recomend sandpoint garage for any of your garage repairs.i like to stay local when i spend my money and glad i did.

We have a lot of garage doors at our business and we rely heavily on them operating properly at all times. Were so thankful for the awesome service Cindy and the guys provide. They keep us up and running!

Well, if I could give zero stars, I would. I have used this business in the past and always received wonderful service.Today, my garage door became detached from the opener. I called at 9:00 a.m. and was assured that I would be next after the serviceman went to Wildwood.I called at 2:00 p.m. and again, assured they had my paperwork and would be coming as soon as possible.It is now almost 5:00. I am thinking that they don’t need the money. That must be a great feeling. So unprofessional, and the lack of communication is unacceptable! Please don’t waste your time with this “business” What a joke!

What a great company to deal with. I called after hours on a Friday to let them know I needed a repair on my garage door. They showed up Monday. That quick business turn around and quality service is unheard of these days.The work was complete quickly and professionally and they also did some much needed maintenance on the other three doors as well.If you need garage doors, Sandpoint Garage Doors is the place to go.

Garage door broke on a Sunday, called and they were very polite and helpful on Monday morning. They agreed to call 20 min before their response, and they called by Monday morning at 12:40 pm and were done fixing/installing a new spring by 13:30 the same day.,We could not be happier with their service, and when we were mailed the bill, pleasantly surprised at the value and reasonable pricing charged.Definitely would recommend them to any and everyone.

(Posting this for my mom). What I love at SGD is their consistency. You can go several years and the promptness and quality of work is the same...excellent! And, yes, their rates are fair. Ralph even tracked down a cheaper accessory item for our boathouse door because he cared about the crazy high price quoted from another source. We live 75 miles away and having SGD step in and take over is such a relief. 5 starts from us!
