Ive been client for several years and Im very satisfied with the company. They are caring and thoughtful men. They are very efficient and take the time to listen to you and help you.

They are very bad with servicing the hearing aids after they sell them to you. They give you one day between a couple hours that at thier convenience are there. If you work that day and cant come in they just ignore you. Like Oh Well! The hearing aides are always breaking and need little inserts periodically. It is super inconvenient to keep getting them. I spent $6,000.00 on a pair and supposedly upgraded for $3,000.00 and they were no better than the first pair. Now I cannot wear them because I cant get off work on a Tuesday at thier convenience. What a waste of hard earned money.
