5 star staff, 3 star pricing so settled on a 4. We did search the web and found a 20% off coupon which helped some. When it was a different craft store, things were cheaper. Nice inside, nice staff, just a bit higher price than Joanne Fabrics.

Very happy its open on Sunday! Michaels has a little of everything. What they dont have in store, I order online, and pick it up there.

They did a GREAT job helping me figure out new framing on a 42 yr old pastel potrait of my sons. It is beautiful and as it is a pastel will outlive me!

Not what I expected went for artificial flowers. Very expensive not much varieties

Its okay... Good stuff as always but more overpriced than Patcatans and honestly is just more basic. Its a good craft store but youre better off buying the stuff you want online because its cheaper and easier to look for. I like to come in here every once and a while but it just makes me miss Patcatans.

I went into Michaels, because I had an idea for a project Im working on. After spending a couple of hours piecing together my thought process and vision of what I wanted, with the extreme help of an associate, I found everything I needed for my project and more. I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and I even signed up for their loyalty program, because I received A+ service. The employees I encountered were very nice, and one even assisted me in piecing together everything I needed and where to find it. Thank you. Ive been back 3 times in less than a week already.

First time there on 3-2-20. It was nice and clean. A lot like the Pat Catans that was there before. The prices are okay. There were a lot of sales that day and they also offer good coupons for regularly priced items.

I work here so obviously this place is awesome. As a job, its very easy and laid back. As a customer, theres so much to choose from. Lots of things on sale right now! More advanced (but a bit more pricey) things compared to Pat Catans but its worth it!

Craft store where you can find the normal things. They offer sewing, painting, wood, and kids craft supplies. They do have a decent selection of some items, but lack a variety in some areas. I would recommend that you call the store ahead of time if you are looking for a specific item. they do offer a wide variety of seasonal decorations and supplies.

I love stopping by Pat Catans when the new holiday decor comes out .Whether its Christmas or Halloween Im always pleased to stop in and get my hands on the newest stuff.You can get seasonal items for the house or office and the crafts are trendy and fun.If you are into Bullet journals or stamping, jewellery making or painting, they have something for everyone.I recommend this amazing shop and believe me if crafting is your thing you will thank yourself for going in.

Im incredibly late in writing this review; however I still have to write it. I came here with my sister talking to me through FaceTime and the employee Krystal was absolutely incredible. She helped us find the perfect floral arrangement for for Mothers Day. We had a special situation considering our circumstances and Krystal was very helpful in that regard. She helped us the find the perfect flowers and perfect candle and made us a completely custom arrangement. She went absolutely above and beyond in helping us get exactly what we wanted. I will always go here to get my floral arrangements done.

Had alot of awesome stuff!!

Nobody said anything to me. Stuff was all over. I was looking at stuff and things were completely out of the package or things were falling out of packaging. Everything is kind of scattered. It wasnt cluttered but isles empty. Carts of stuff not put away all over.

Good craft store. I come here often for materials for my business.

Way over priced

The clerk at the framing counter was amazing and helped me find just what I was looking for. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

Staff helpful, but stock is pitiful compared to previous store owned by Pat Catans, which was also much less expensive.

Things I wanted werent on sale. Coupons they have are only on regular priced items

If you need craft or hobby supplies, Pat Catans should be your destination. My only complaint about this store is it is hard to navigate through the aisles. Sometimes there are displays in the aisles that prohibit and easy walk through the aisle. Also I ran into trouble trying to get around the ends of some aisles. I realize they are trying pack a lot of merchandise into the store; but if I cant get to what I want, I am not going to be able to purchase that product!

Not much help available, the spring supplies not available. Lots of Christmas 85percent off all over the store. Lot of empty shelves. I am a vendor and I have a show in 6 weeks and need flowers and decorations to use with my product. I liked Pat Catans much better . Only one person at the register. Store is messy. I drove one hour and fifteen minutes and was very disappointed. This is my 3rd visit and I dont plan on coming back.

It isnt at all like Pat Catans. The prices are very high. Store lay out isnt smooth. Employees dont know where items are. But if there is a sale the prices are ok.

They have a lot of nice stuff. Bought some after Halloween decorations. Was not a member, though. When I got up to the cash register, I told her I wasnt a member. She said, do you want to be a member, and I said, yes. The merchandise would have been $42 and something, but I got it for $9 something because I was a member. Good deal!

Do not like their new setup for the cash registers seems stupid. I feel like a cattle Gathering to feed. Service was Superior my an employee named Karen. She shined and helped me very much. But when it came time to check out, I felt like a cattle, being gathered up to eat the way the path to the register is.

Emily was the only associate who cared at all about us & that was pleasant & helpful. The store is still awesome, would love the paint markers to be in a more unified section. For the most part everyone was good but Emily was stellar.

Way overpriced! On most inventory even on sale. Cashier was surprised we bought 1 item. I was about ready to say I cant afford a small personal loan to afford something!no one will buy a 2000 thousand dollar metal christmas tree truck holder. I see 150 tops. I love it but at 2 grand Ill walk. Dont carry enough models and chrome model paint.
