Overall great experience. My car looks brand new again and it was done in the time frame they said it would be. Conveniently had a rental car waiting for me also! 4 stars because it took 2-3 minutes to be acknowledged by anyone 3 of the 4 times I went inside.

From the very beginning when Mike didnt throw an estimate at me but sat down and explain how the insurance company and the body shop works. He took time out of his busy schedule to explain everything. The time to drop the car off Omar had the rental ready and no deposit was needed. Omar even came in on his day off to let me pick up my car up on a Saturday. Pure professionalism.

The results were unreal to be honest. I severely damaged my 2015 Camry as a result of an accident at a fairly high speed. The speed and results of the repair were phenomenal. The customer service, including handling the insurance claim was just as good. I recommend Kasper Collision Center wholeheartedly.

Hate giving bad reviews but I was disappointed, they had my car twice as long as they said they would and never even called to let me know what was going on. They did do a good job but I wouldnt go back

I Refered a close friend to them for a rear end collision job and through the whole process they were extremely professional and knowledgeable and kept us updated during the whole job. When the job was completed the car looked brand new. Thank you Kasper team great work!

Great work and excellent service by the staff.

I went to Kasper Collision last Monday to get an estimate for damage to my vehicle caused by vandalism. I explained the situation to Mike and told him I use my vehicle for work on a daily basis. Mike went outside with me and seen the vulgure word that was scratched into the side of my vehicle. He immediately began planning my repair to get me into a rental and get my car in the shop in less than 24 hours. I am truely amazed by the outstanding service he provided. Mike lifted a weight off my shoulders in what was a truely unfortunate situation. Im beyond happy with the professionalism and curiosity I was shown by the company. My vehicle looks just like new, you are unable to tell a difference in color nor see any flaws. I also want to recoginze Cassidy for providing excellent customer service. She answered all questions I had and explained all the necessary paperwork in a polite and professional manner. Thank you Kasper!
