Unable to fill my controlled prescriptions. Sticking eith Sycamore line
The pharmacist went above and beyond to help me and he didnt have to. I believe his name is travis.he is amazing and has the biggest heart. We need more people like him.
Never used the actual pharmacy but have purchased items from the store. Found the staff friendly and helpful. Big selection of health and personal hygiene products. Prices are in line with other pharmacies in town.Only downside is that during heavy traffic time, which is almost always, its pretty hard getting in and out of this location.Traffic backs up across the Campbell St. entrance/exit and the traffic never stops to get in and out on Perkins Ave. 😐
We were forced by our insurance to quit the Meijer Pharmacy and go to the Perkins Ave. RiteAid, both in Sandusky. What a bunch of harpies! Starting with the pharmacist herself, these people are rude and should take a lesson on how to treat customers from the Meijer pharmacy. They are all rude, and seem to always be in a foul mood. Getting any of them to crack the shadow of a smile would be an incredible feat, if it could be accomplished at all! We were used to the friendly people at the Meijer pharmacy, who are all very nice, polite, and incredibly helpful--even if they dont know you! What contrast when compared with the rude, uncouth, nasty harpies from RiteAid! They kept doing something wrong with my husband prescription; my husband is extremely patient and kept trying to explain what they were doing wrong, but the pharmacist simply dismissed him! Fortunately we are SO incredibly happy that our insurance reverted their policy--too many problems with RiteAid, bien sure!--and we are back with Meijer! We couldnt be happier!
Terrific employees.
Pharmacist was a dick
