We walked into the store on a Monday morning, and were pleased to be the only people there. We were greeted by Kristine DuPont, who was personable, friendly, and provided the perfect balance between contact and providing space for us to explore. We found more than several pieces we were interested in, and her product knowledge and advice helped us narrow our selection to a sofa and accent chair. We lucked out and also got a GREAT mattress and accessory package on sale, and never felt pressured or upsold. The warenty on our items is also amazing. You should definitely visit Ashley when youre looking for new furniture, and ask for Kristine. We will go back in the very near future (we have two more rooms to furnish), and recommend this store to family and friends. Thanks Kristine!

Very friendly, greeted at door but not overwhelming. Our saleslady Carrie D. was the best! Very helpful, listening to our special needs and directed to appropriate place of the store. She was very helpful, checked on us and provided adequate time by ourself to discuss our potential purchase. Readily available when we were ready to discuss our plans. Highly recommend her.
Very friendly staff. Knowledgeable, answered all questions we had. Was told they would match online pricing, which they did, but would not honor online discount. Also told us the 4 year warranty is not available online. After leaving the store I found that a five year warranty is, in fact, available online. Would cancle my order and just order online, but they charge a 25% cancelation fee.
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Ashley furniture store in Sandusky Ohio. Kristine greeted us as soon as we came in and helped us look for exactly what we wanted and we also seen more items that we would like to purchase in the future. We love our coffee table.

Today my visit Sandusky Ashley HomeStore was quite delightful I was greeted by Miss Carrie who treated me like royalty she was most helpful and kind and attentive. Everything I needed and more I highly recommend her services whenever your need of beautiful furnishings and accessories.

Purchase a electrical recliner when received it had broken electronical parts call to return it they did not want to accept the return said theyll send someone out to verify that its broken I said thats fine but Im still returning it and they said thats fine but were taking 25% of what you paid for it now nowhere in the paperwork that I was given ever mentioned this if you Google their return policies there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days theyre claiming that they dont have to do that thats only for online but if you look online it states all stores not to mention when I went in to purchase the chair they were twice as expensive as online so if you wish to purchase from Ashley Home Furniture make sure you purchase online and not at store
Great experience they were upfront and honest on lead times for delivery. We will go back again. Kristine did a great job helping us pick out the right furniture and décor. The delivery people were very professional overall great experience.
I highly recommend working with Carrie at the Sandusky Ashley store. She gave me the numbers right away and was honest with the delivery times. I shopped other places but came back there and bought items twice. She was not like other sales people as she wasn’t pushy and showed me everything they had that I was looking for. If I am in need of more furniture, I will definitely be going there and working with Carrie!
It was a wonderful experience to shop at Ashley furniture. Chrissy DuPont was are sales person, who was very nice, and very helpful. We ordered a recliner that is well made, and very comfortable. We have bought many pieces of furniture from Ashley, and very happy with all so far.

Trey S from the Sandusky, Ohio store is nothing short of AMAZING. My husband and I had been looking for a sectional for a very long time, and found one at the Ashley store in Sandusky. About 6 months after having it, We started seeing some fraying and rapid wear. Trey and his manager Let us we pick out a different couch not once but twice! We cant thank the Sandusky Ashley furniture store or Trey enough! Theyve been seriously amazing throughout this whole process and will go to them from now on for all of our furniture!!! The entire staff was very helpful and very accomodating!! Thank you again for everything!!

ZERO STARSOur experience was absolutely awful. Yes covid made things a bit difficult I get that. But there is a line, we ordered our couch September 27th 2020 and was told we were to receive our couch in December 2020. We understood the wait was due to covid and we were ok with that. December 12th came along we got our couch, I mean most of it.... Our last piece was wrong so they said it was going to get tous end of January, then February and then March. We got our last piece on March 15th, it was broken and bent. It was the last straw, it was 6 months of waiting and screwing around. The only thing left for Ashley Furniture to do was to refund our money and take the couch back. They cant screw that up right?.Wrong. We waited and waited for our return then finally we called and they were supposed to call us to refund back to our card, that would have been nice to know so we could go and find a new couch, which we did and it actually comes in today. Furniture Palace was able to order our couch and deliver it under a week by the way. I will never shop with Ashley Furniture again, the disorganization of that company is insane. Dont shop with Ashley, save your money and your sanity.

I am very disappointed in how this store, in particular, handled my order. I found a dining set I liked on the their website and went to the Sandusky store to order it. We had to hash out lots of inconsistencies in the pricing, but we did and I ordered the table. When the table came in, my husband and I went to Bowling Green to pick it up from the warehouse (Im cheap, didnt want to pay delivery). About 3 days later, I unboxed it and assembled the set. I looked it over and noticed a few what looked like) deformities that may have happened during the manufacturing process. It was clearly not damage from being shipped as it looked at though the protective coat had some type of material touch it during the drying process. I called the warehouse and they ordered a new table. On the day they were supposed to exchange them, the delivery men called me to say the new tabletop was also damaged. I told him I didnt want it and to not have them reorder it (I noted the quality of the table was not great, so I figured I would redo the entire top myself and give it a better protective coating). Fast forward 2 weeks and they texted to let me know that my new table was going to be delivered. I called the warehouse and made sure they knew not to bother. We didnt know it was coming and we wouldnt be home. I added that I had told the gentleman not to have it reordered and I got put on hold several times while she confirmed that. Then she came back on and told be she would call the home store and have someone call me to see if they could extend a discount for the one we kept. I paid cash for it so I didnt think it was a huge possibility but I was hopeful. Guess I dont have to worry about it because they still havent called. Its been weeks now.Let me now add that Christine (not sure of the spelling), just called me, I assume after reading the upper portion of my review. She was so rude and accusatory, that she just got my message last week and she did call me (I assure you, she did not), I dont know why else she would have been calling. I was caught off guard by the hostility in her voice. I told her if that was her attitude towards me, there wasnt anything she could say to make it better. I hung up the phone. Just WOW.....

My husband wanted a recliner for hisMan cave. It took less than 1/2 hour to pick as chair, pay for it and get it loaded in my truck.

We purchased couch, loveseat, tables and chair for the new addition to our home in the beginning of September. We finally received loveseat & tables in time for Christmas. Was told couch & chair should be in by end of February...... Kristine Dupont was very helpful & friendly. Heard from her today, she said end of this month. As I said it was for our addition, so we have pieced together old furniture to fill this beautiful new room. We were told 8-12 weeks. IT Has been 5 1/2 months. My hope at this point is we have it by Easter!! Our loveseat that was delivered at Christmas will look used by the time we get our couch.
If I could give zero stars I would! I am so upset with this experience. I ordered a mattress and box spring back in July, and was told 6-8 weeks for delivery with everything going on right now which is completely understandable. So my delivery day came and they were on time, And the guys were extremely nice, but my box spring would not fit up the stairway in my house. I was told that they would send a split next time, and my delivery was rescheduled.. a few weeks go by and my next delivery date comes, and they sent the exact same thing, and I missed work to be home for the delivery. After that the salesperson finally texted me and gave me options for a different box spring, but I had ordered a bed from the website and no longer needed a box spring so I called to cancel. She was unavailable, and apparently no one else could help me, and a few days later I get another email saying I had a delivery scheduled.. I was already irritated so I just said whatever I’ll just take it since they obviously aren’t willing to work with me on it.. now here I am delivery day for the THIRD time and THEY SENT THE EXACT SAME THING AGAIN! I called the store and my sales person said that there is nothing I can do because I signed a ‘contract‘, so I can either get the box spring that I don’t want, or pay a restock fee for an item that I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED! I was finally done arguing and said that I will just pay the fee, so she told me that someone would call me back on Monday and then hung up on me! I was happy at first and I understand that things happen, but once there was a problem they were so unprofessional! I will never be ordering from here again!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Purchased furniture July 5, given expected delivery date of 8/16 I called on 8/10 and was told looking good and that I would receive a call on 8/13 with delivery time. I had my furniture hauled away and carpet shampooed. On 8/13 I received a call furniture not in and would be in August 26. I callAnd then told 2nd or 3rd week of September. Called again, October 4th, next call mid October. Told I can’t cancel order. If it’s in deliver it, if not why can’t I cancel...never again will I buy from Ashley!!

Thanks for making my move to New apartment. The worst experience ever. I order a month a head of my move .and 4 months later. I still dont have what I order. Ashley furniture is not welcome in my home anymore....wronge mirror/missing screws to bed... i could go on ... but i wont let this company waste anymore of my time.
Lots of stylish home accessories such as wall, table and shelf art. Majority of the tables, dressers and night stands are made of particleboard, which is okay, if you understand what you are getting for your money. Staff is nice though.

Customer service was aweful, old blonde followed and nagged me from the minute I walked in. Left within 10 minutes. Not sure how you can keep your doors open when Nothing is available for 8 months or when your sales team drives customers out before they shop. Theres a reason the parking lot is always empty.

I was looking for a sectional that is online for $1000 and the family store is $1000 for exact same sectional the Sandusky store was very rude and was charging $3800 for the exact same sectional and would not price match Finley store price! They are scamming people! And like I said very very rude

They are WAY too pushy and trying to make a sale. I wish they weren’t as pushy and always trying to make money off customers. Very nice store though.
Long story short, I will never order from them again. Over priced for the quality. The Sandusky stores grand opening sale prices were more expensive than on Ashleys website. Delivery is slow and gets pushed back. It took multiple deliveries and service technicians due to incorrect pieces delivered and some that were not put together properly.

Never again will I make a purchase here I ordered two bed sets for my kids in December paid in full said that they would deliver it January 6 they didn’t come in that day they moved it until the 14 only half of the furniture came in and one was chipped and they had forgotten to order a piece for a bed set here I am still waiting they gave me a call saying that they will be in until the 22nd of January and then called me once more that they we’re going to move it till the 28th this is ridiculous very disappointed better off ordering from Wayfair or driving to IKEA
People in the store were nice, but that’s about it. My daughters bedroom set got delivered on a Thursday AM. They are putting it together and realize that the footboard was put together wrong prior to arrival and they couldn’t fix. They blamed the manufacturer and said “at least you can put her on a mattress on the floor.” She’s 2.5 years old, yeah okay. So then they call me later that day and say the soonest they can re-deliver that one piece would be Tuesday. So that’s 5 days without a bed for my daughter (I took her whole bedroom set down at 1am when I got home from work, prior to them coming.) they said it’s in stock at their BG location, but that they don’t have availability to deliver it. And that if I wanted it sooner, I could drive to BG and put it together myself. Also, not happening, because then you lose warranty. I called the store to try to figure it all out, they’re sending me a $50 gift card (which doesn’t even get you a pillow in that store).so lesson learned. They left the bed half put together with screws and pieces all over the room, so no room to even put anything in their for her to sleep in. Tried them out Bc they’re new to this area and fully regret it!! They got their money and didnt care that they screwed up or that I had no bed for my daughter. Completely ridiculous!

Prices are way to high, you have to order everything off of computer. The sales guy didnt not know any prices or availability. I can go right down the road and can get the samething without ordering and cheaper same brand and model.
