Great place to dock. Friendly and family oriented. Pool clubhouse and other amenities. Wonderful staff and owner.

It is our first year as a member at the Venetian. So far everyone has been nice and helpful.

Organized updated pavilion areas. Nice and clean bathrooms.

Place is clean, pool is great, and its a really cool place to hangout if you need a boat docked for the season.

We use this marina to rack store our boat. We receive excellent service. The gas attendants are pleasant and the lift operators clean our boat before putting it back on the rack. From Day 1 of this season, we have not waited more than 2 minutes to get someone to move our boat in or out of the water. Mike is our favorite friendly operator but they are all wonderful. Both catered events we attended here were very nice and inviting.

Great staff, clean pool and shower rooms. Very friendly staff and the marina staff are very helpful. The docks are kept clean and the water is deep enough for large boats. Carts for loading and unloading are very useful. I highly recommend docking your boat here!

We have belonged to the marina since July 2013. Wonderful hard working staff who are customer focused. There are 5 docks that are about 65 - 70% occupied. Some docks more livelier than others. New staff at fuel/pump out service. Pump out machine updated at end of season.No restaurant/bar. Club house has a big screen TV and some vending machines. Showers & restrooms always clean. Members are very proud group and help keep it clean. Very secure facility. Service Dept. is very timely and experienced.

Fun experiences and a good marina

My father has been docking his boat here for several decades. In the beginning, they gave good perks to members but now they cant offer high quality service for what they charge. Its one thing if you just want to dock your boat here however if you want them to service your boat, go elsewhere. Overpriced, long wait, and poor quality repairs that youll end up having to repair yourself or take to another marina. Disappointing as weve been here for many, many years.

My husband and I have been docking here for a couple of years and we love it. The location is great.. so close to cedar point, restaurants and shopping. Not to mention short ride to the islands.

Do NOT recommend this place. I visited this marina and it is subpar for the area. Definitely not worth the money to stay there for the season. Met Tim at the boat show; extremely unimpressed with his customer service skills. Keep looking, you can find better. Trust me. Any bad review results in them stating they have no record of them being a customer. I know for a fact a few of the people that left reviews were customers there for at least 1 season.

Although I do not know who Tim is ( I have been to Venetian Marina many times the past few years ) The law of numbers tells us it is very unlikely that every negative review here actually does respond with no record of the customer as if somehow the fact they had no record of the person trumps any claim xyz person has made. Quite Low Level. If theres a problem lets find the solution.. Problem here is that if theres no problem then its not my fault.. Nor did it ever exist anyway. Quite the quandary..

I rack store a boat there.. Danny that drives the Tow Motor to put the boats in and out is the Boom.. Hes on his game..

Great Customer service keeps my wellcraft in great shape.

Been a rack holder at this marina for years and had always been a believer in their service department as well the office staff. Never in all my life have I seen anyone disrespect me the way this place did. I signed a rack agreement in the spring of 2018 with a deposit given and balance due when boat arrived. My plans changed for the boat so I called Venetian and told them I wouldnt not be coming but out of good faith please keep my deposit. They said they had a wait list for that spot anyway so it would not be a problem. 6 months later this marina tried to sue me for the balance of the agreement. Awesome way to do business considering I have been a dock holder for years, Sandusky resident for 20, am very well known in the offshore community and live one street over from the owner. This would have never happend when Dick Henry was running the place. Very disappointed. You can save the you have no record and im not a customer bs to which you respond to everyone else. Ive paid my dues there and then some

The staff are very helpful and right there as soon as you need them without even having to ask.

Had the opportunity to th work there for a few months doing boat pulling and winter prep this year. They are awsome to work for and they are very professional I was impressed with how well Tim bot the service manager handles the boats each one and each coustmer matters. The owners are friendly and care about their staff you could not put your boat at a better place.

Clean nice layout, good staff, limited parking, great bath house, small pool for the number of people using it, very clean all around, easy in and out any time of the day, great location

Had them seal and store our boat for the winter, just unwrapped it and every vinyl surface inside is covered in mold! Absolutely disgusting. Will not be using them again, as their staff obviously doesnt do quality control.

The staff are courteous and polite and always have good advice, they are always there when you dock with the boat and hand you a hand.☆☆☆☆Thank you ☆☆☆☆

This is the second weekend I have been compelled to leave the Marina Early. I have work I anticipated doing from my boat 100 feet away from the Venetain North access point. Radio coverage is good but the DNS servers keep dropping out in the DLINK clubhouse access point/router. I can ping the router but cannot resolve names on the web. We will go elsewhere this season if this is not fixed.
