My experience at shoe carnival was okay however I think the staff could have been more helpful, they walked around a lot and watched you but didnt offer any help.

Large variety of shoes for all ages. Mostly medium width for women. There are a few wide styles but not many. Thats the only downfall for me. I need wide width but classic styles for work and casual loafers for everyday wear.The store also carries slippers, socks, purses, womens wallets. Winter boots, construction boots, rain boots are now in stock. Make sure you sign up for their free rewards card online or in-store for extra savings. They usually have buy one pair of shoes get one pair half off. In-store specials daily just ask at the counter or they will announce overhead what sales they are running. If they dont have a shoe style in stock, the sales people can order the style and size you need. You can have it shipped to your home or pick up at the store. Very friendly, helpful staff. Just tell them what you are looking for.

Ive never had any luck finding styles Im looking for in my size. They do have a lot of good prices on their shoes if you can find what your looking for.The store has always been clean and neat, and the staff was friendly every time Ive stopped in. 🙄

Decent selection of shoes. This is not to place to go to for the latest styles. But they do have a nice selection of top name brands.

Very helpful friendly and great prices

I drive from Lorain to Sandusky just to go there and check what shoes they have. They always have a pair in the clearance and have so many deals that you will for sure walk out with 2 pairs of shoes for a great price. Having a big foot, its hard to find shoes in size 14 or 15 and they always have so many to choose from. I will always be a customer and recommend this place to everybody.

Found shoes I liked. However, the service was poor. And all the high-end shoes was not included in any of the specials.

They where so so halpfull.For 10 years I have always wore velcro shoes. When I told the girl that my hips hurt when I walk. I now wear air monarch 1V and my feet or do my hips hurt. So thank you so so much shoe carnival for your help. I will be back

A good place to get good deals on shoes if you have shoe size bigger than normal you may want to call ahead they pretty much only carry standard sizes in store so for women if youre above a size 10 you may have to special order or order online or call ahead to have the store order it then if youre above size 12 the same would apply for you.

Seems to always be a buy 1 pair get 2nd pair half priced. Wish more reasonably priced shoes were available too

Store was clean, sanitizer available, friendly staff. BOGO deals seemed high. Not much was on clearance. Did find another $10.00 of coupon if you download their app.
