I have to say this is the BEST eye Dr I have been to in a very long time. The whole staff was awesome. Dr Zimmerman explained what he was doing every step of the way and the tech who helped me with my glasses was the best as well. She took so much time with me and helped me pick out the pair of glasses that looked the best on me. I have never had this kind of service at an eye appt. I would highly recommend this office.

As always, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Zimmerman always explains, in detail, procedures and tests as he does them. Kristin and the rest of the front office staff are extremely helpful. If you are looking for a great eye care group, look no further!

Dr Coats takes her time she is very thorough. The girls in the office are kind and caring. We have used Performance Vision since they were located in the Sandusky Mall and have followed them to their location now.

Had an emergency when my glasses broke and the staff answered my email right away was able to replace my lenses into a frame the next day. Dr Karen was outstanding and I highly recommend. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and not in a rush. She is there to get your prescription and anything else right and I am thankful for that. The girl at the front desk is also very courteous and professional.
