The service was incredible! My watch needed a link to be added and when they were finished I asked how much I owed her oh, and she said no charge just remember Kay Jewelers next time. That is amazing and so generous! I will definitely refer and recommend anyone in the area that needs jewelry to go to Kay Jewelers.

We weren’t 100% sure what we wanted to do when we walked in...upgrade to a new ring or get a wedding band for the current ring. Jennifer was amazingly patient, helpful, and not pushy. We left with a stunning upgrade and the wedding band to make it perfect!! Thank you for a great experience

I took my wedding ring in for a repair and the staff was so wonderful. When my jewelry was ready I received and email which was great. Upon picking up my ring the assistant manager was super helpful and nice. Definitely recommend this store if your looking for jewelry

I dont often look for jewelery but from now on when I do I will be looking for Paula. First of all I dont wear much jewelery but, her eye for a nice bracelet had me seeing the VALUE of a nice bangle. I walked into the Market two get some gift ideas and 15 minutes later she had me wanting 101 pieces. Long story short best customer service ever from Paula.

Bought gold chain there. $1,500. Took it to a jeweler and am told it’s gold plated. Worth literally nothing. $20 chain for $1,500.

Worst kay jewelers ever. I have 3 pieces of jewelry from here and all have broken multiple times then fixed and eventually replaced. Now the replacements are breaking. Customer service is bad.
