Best hat store ever

Every time we have shopped at the Lids store Daniel has always waited on us. He is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Daniel has impeccable customer service skills! Keep up the great work! We will definitely be back!

This store is very organized, neat, and the workers are amazing! Super friendly and super helpful. Daniel the manager went above and beyond to help me with finding the perfect hat for both my husband and daughters! They are one of the best lids stores around that I have ever been to!

I arrived at this store at 10:55am on Sunday Jan 10 after looking online at opening time. Waited over an hour for some skinny 20 year old girl to come strolling in and finally opened the store at 12:30. They open when they want and dont stick to a schedule. Unprofessional and Ill never be back after driving 40 minutes to get there.

Always got what I want. In and out

I went to the mall and found a hat that I wanted. I put it back and was going to come get it when I left on the way out. The store was supposed to close at 9, it was 845 when I left and the store was closed. I was very disappointed.
