Very disappointed with produce manager. When I asked her about the raspberry sale, all she said was “we are out!” Nothing else. (I know that I had interrupted her long conversation with the deli ladies!) She just walked away, so I followed her asking when they might be getting more. (She made me feel like it was quite an imposition to have her answer my questions!) i finally asked if I could substitute the organic raspberries for the sale price and she reluctantly said “fine”. When I got to the checkout, the cashier had to call back to check on getting the sale price. Finally the manager said ok. This is just another time where the produce dept is unprepared for a big sale. If you don’t go immediately on Sunday morning, don’t count on finding what is on sale readily available! We have to travel 20 miles to get to Meijer, so it is not convenient to stop by every day to find out if the items are available. What would also be nice would be a sign posted saying that they are temporarily out of a sale item (Customers should not have to search for someone to ask if more product is available. This happens quite often..maybe with some signage, the manager would not have to be bothered by customers!)
They really go above and beyond. For some reason our birth dates were mixed up among family members so the prescription was saying that it wasn’t going to be covered under our insurance. The pharmacist looked into it for us and found the mixup.... she could have just as easily gave us back our insurance card and told us to figure it out but she didn’t and we are very grateful. Thank you! Problem solved.
Very friendly staff. Very accommodating. Id choose this pharmacy over any other one for pricing and staff.
My husband and I use this pharmacy for years and the service has always been excellent. Five stars is not enough! These guys are fantastic. No matter what problem we have, the figure a way out and we dont even have to trouble ourselves: they always solve them for us! Early this year our insurance changed its policies and we were forced to to to RiteAid. What absolute contrast! Those women at the RiteAid pharmacy look like they hate you and if you very politely disagree with something they tell you, boy, they jump at your neck. So many people complained our insurance reverted back to their prior policies. We couldnt be happier to leave the harpies at RiteAid for the nice ladies and gentlemen who work at the Meijer Sandusky Pharmacy. In fact, I plan to write a review about RiteAid!
