Was given a quote on a welder with tig package. First quote was no tig package. I caught it, second quote with tig package I told them to order. They ordered the kit without a controller. When I asked about where the controller was? They said they would check into it. Week went by, they called back, said I told them to order the kit without the controller and it was not there problem. Sorry about your luck! I will not be going back. That same day I bought a propane torch set. They included an acetylene tip with it. Customer service is terrible.
We got 3 wheel chair ramps, a transport chair and a wheelchair from them. Excellent service and decent prices
Ive been trying to open an account to rent gas bottles for over a month now. They dont return phone calls, the guy at the welding counter acts like youre an inconvenience for even coming in. I have great credit and listed references to back up my financial responsibility. If you go here just buy the bottles out right or dont waste your time.

This company penalize you for being more efficient with your gas and charges you a tank fee because you dont buy a whole bunch of gas every year this is terrible havent paid a tank be for 3 years all at once I have to pay a $40 a year tank fee because I dont buy 500 gallons of gas a year so they are trying to force me to buy that much gas even though I dont need it the woman I talk to is named Jerry dont know what her position is but I can clearly see by talking to her over the phone that she doesnt care if I am her customer or not I am not going to buy their gas and pay their ridiculous fee if I buy their gas at their high price and their price is high i should get the tank with out a fee i think this is dumb and ridiculous its just one more way to force somebody to do something they dont want to do

This is the worst medical equipment company I have ever seen. The secretary is rude, manager is rude and the only one helpful was the repair guy. They refused to bill medical insurance for repair parts because they said it wouldnt pay, even though I got preapproval 3 days prior from the insurance. Refused to call them. Refused to contact or bill secondary insurance. They should have a big signs saying CASH ONLY! They were this way years ago and apparently still are. THE WORST!
