I cant believe how awesome this staff is. I was in there for a long time then other day, (just way over thinking my party) and they say Hi to every single person that comes in. One of the employees helped me figure out economic and cute ways for me to decorate. What a life saver. Should have went there first!!!

In regards to Shawn OHara s review. I was there that night and I seen this encounter. You sir are the reason your daughter was crying. You came in the store wanting to exchange the item you had purchased,which would have been no problem, but you did not even have any of the original packaging. She politely explained to you the company policy.You sir then blew up at her and assaulted her by throwing your bag at her and cursing at her. Then you started threatening people so thats when the police had to be called and your daughter started crying. The manager could of pressed assult chargers on you but she didnt because of your daughter, she said you already traumatized her enough. So I guess you sir should tell the truth and say how you were the rude one and how you assaulted the manager, not leave a one star review. I believe the manager should of pressed charges on you.

Was there with my grandson looking for trinkets ..saw some stuff i was going to pick up, BUT got discourage due to being followed around..I left the store due to being uncomfortable..And decided to call while still leaving..and mention the situation to the person that was following us.. Said..its are policy to have someone in the back room at all times while customers are back thereI understand that clearly, but to each ale??? Where are there cameras??? Really?? I was made to feel like a criminal???..Its a sorry place anyway..have not been there in years.Attitude city..for sure.

Prices are far too high

Ive never been so embarrassed in all my life..the manager was so rude she made my 8 yo daughter cry. Ive never dealt with such poor customer service. I will never step back into that store.

They had what we were looking for...the only drawback was how brash the one cashier was.... Ive worked enough places to know that if your having a bad day or are irritated fine but you put on a face and dont take it it on the customers smile a little it doesnt hurt anybody to be courteous.

3 employees behind the counter not wearing masks. 1 of them was coughing horribly with the mask only over her mouth. Needless to say, I wont be back since this company doesnt respect the health of their customers.

I didnt know what I was looking for but could describe it. Devyn was amazingly helpful and listened to my ramblings when she clearly knew what I needed in seconds. Highly recommended for customer service and products

They have an ok selection, prices were very good. They have Halloween costumes and decorations during the season. They do a very good job of staying relevant for the current holiday. While the store isnt massive they pack a ton of things in. The store is always organized and clean.

My friend and I went to look at costumes wigs, and accessories.the store was nice and prices were ok. The negative part: no returns on costume, wigs, or face masks. The store didnt allow opening costumes ( no trying on) or wigs to check the quality.

To expensive to fill balloons with helium there. 1.25 per ballin for just regular old balloons . The staff was nice though .

Lots of party decorations to choose from. A bit overwhelming but the categorization of supplies was logical. Overall was easy to find the right decorations.

Go elsewhere to get balloons. Terrible product and customer service. Trust me, go to Party City or Dollar General. I love shopping local, but I expect to get what I paid for. The same balloons were taken to Party City last week and lasted 24+ hours, the same type of balloons filled here lasted less than 5 hours. Not to mention 4 were missing.... They say its because its not their balloons........ right...... myself and family will never go here. Male manager working was extremely rude. Cat- not bad.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They also have a store cat 🐈 that is also friendly but she was not able to find the tissue paper for me so I got human assistance.

We got everything we needed for both our wedding (food serving wise) and later our baby gender reveal party in the colors I wanted. However, some of the specific items like when you get into the actual wedding or baby shower things can get a little expensive for what youre getting.
