Awesome. Exceptional customer service. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful about hearing loss. It was like I could only hear I black and white before and after I could hear in color is best way to describe my experience. I never new how much I was missing. I was so reluctant to even get my hearing tested. Coastal Hearing made it less threatening. Cynthia, despite the many clients she has, always made me feel like she had all the time in the world for me. She is efficient, smart and knows the literature.

Bought my hearing aids a couple years ago. Started wearing them again and found one wasnt working.. Called Cyndi, got a fast appointment, she cleaned them for free, and gave me supplies for a very reasonable cost. THANK YOU, for the great service.

Big shout out to Cyndi and Coastal Hearing. I just relocated from CT to Mashpee and needed to find a new audiologist to care for my Starkey Soundlens hearing aids (which Ive loved for 3+ years now). My left aid was sounding dull and needed adjustment. Cnydi brought me in for an appointment on short notice, cleaned the aids and adjusted the volume using the Starkey software. In less than an hour I walked out with aids that worked liked new. Thanks Cyndi for such great customer service. Id recommend your company highly to anyone looking for an audiologist!

I highly recommend Cyndi and the Coastal Hearing Clinic staff. They are incredibly responsive to the needs of their clients and always go the extra mile to be sure youre getting the most from your hearing aids and that you understand the importance of them. You always feel well cared for.

Coastal and Cindy as the owner have been very customer serviced oriented with my hearing aids. I have had Iphone connection problems with the Starkey brand and Cindy has worked directly with Starkey several times while lending me other hearing aids. Great service and very helpful.

The Coastal Hearing Clinic is a family owned business right out of yesteryear. This small, family owned company is just like family the businesses I knew back in the 1950s. They provide a warm, but truly professional service unmatched by those mega-hearing firms you see on television. I recently had some minor repair issues. Cindy and Brennan could not have been more helpful. They took care of my problems both with professional confidence in what they were doing and competence in knowing their job. Coastal Hearing has been a very positive experience for my husband and I.
