Excellent Services 3 Days ago. 8/21/2021Classic Collision in Sandy Springs is an excellent business. I recommend their services to everyone. My 3 year old mercedes was hit from behind on the freeway by a truck. I was so amazed when I picked up my car. It was beautiful. I could not tell the car had ever been hit. The repair and paint was excellent.Lauren was my service rep, she is very professional with a beautiful personality. She take her business very seriously. She treat your vehicle as if it was her own. No one wants to be in this position. But If you do. You want someone that cares. Please give them a call. Classic Collision have several locations.

DON’T USE THEM!!! Dropped my car off two weeks ago and my car is still not done. They said they were waiting on a piece to come in but the bumper is painted and put back together. They never call to give you an update on your car. Whenever I call they tell a different lie everyday about the status of your car. I think they are milking my insurance company. I asked to speak to a manager and never received a call back. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately, Mercedes uses Classic Collision as a preferred auto body shop. My wife took her car in for a repair to the drivers side rear door. Classic advised that the repair was finished. When we drove away, there was a sound of wind as if the window was down, but it was not. The repair was not done correctly. We had to bring it back. After the SECOND time, the problem was not resolved. We had to bring it in for a THIRD time to sit there for HOURS while they did something that should have been done correctly the first time. The manager offered NO compensation or understanding, and was rude and condescending! Please, do yourself a favor and AVOID at all costs. You can get better service elsewhere!

Took my car in for repairs after someone hit my car. I had already dealt with the drivers insurance so the overall process was simple. Classic collision clearly explained the process, dealt with the other drivers insurance company to complete the bill for the repairs, and actually completed the repairs earlier than anticipated. Make for yourself a BIG favour and don’t go there .They told me that to fix my car my car will cost 2429$ I agreed for that . Pot my car on Thursday and been told that till Monday it will be ready and then it’s started....The car was not ready on Monday and they told me Tuesday and then on Tuesday i got a phone call the it will be ready on Wednesday and also that the Symbol of the car not included in the 2429$ and if i want a new one i need to add another 300/400$(that they didn’t told me nothing about it when we close the price) I said that i will stick will the old Symbol part .On Wednesday 8:15 am I’m getting a call and they telling me that the price jumped for 2900$ because the vendor had to install the Distance sensor recal that from some reason in the estimate it was 406.25$ and suddenly it’s became double in the price. Now here is the thing that when a business want to add or install one more thing or to change the price they need to ASK the client, in this case they didn’t ask, just did the job and i never had the chance to agree or not .When i came there and ask for explanation they wash my brain with things that if you not a mechanic you have no idea what is that so they literally are scammers .Obviously I had to pay the $2900 with no other choice. When the manager came in and explain me he was so arrogant and not even listen to me and they don’t really care about what you saying they just care about the money and they know that you need your car and if you’re already paying $2400 you can pay also $2900 make for yourself a favour and don’t go thereThe manager name was Chris and the sales representative was Jordan.

Very disappointed in the lack of transparency and the quality of their work. They charged the insurance company an obscene amount for a minor fender bender. The insurance estimate was $800 for the repair, somehow they ended up charging approximately $3000, which the insurance company paid.I would definitely not bring my car back to this location. Poor quality of work. Rear bumper cover and trunk led were misaligned(trunk wasnt damaged and did not need any work) we had to bring the car back 2 times for them to take care of the problem. At one point, the manager questioned me as to where we bought the car and was insinuating the car was probably damaged before the minor accident. I was out of town, I felt like they were trying to take advantage of my wife. Anyway, when we told them we purchased the car at RBM of Atlanta, his tune changed. This is a very expensive S class Mercedes that was in perfect condition before my wife was rear ended.

I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt and add an extra star. I think they made some type of effort to replace a rear bumper on my 4-runner.Geico recommended them as preffered body shop so I entrusted them to what I thought was a small repair. It did not turn out that way.Round one took almost three weeks and the bumper fit was terrible.Round two was not much better as they blamed Toyota for the problem. They told me Toyota had issues with these bumpers but failed to mention it was the front bumpers not the rear bumpers.I travel so some time passed and when I went back to correct the issue I was told we are out of the bumper business. They were unwilling to honor the warranty on their work.Fortunately Geico stepped in and sent me to Nalley Collision in Doraville where they diagnosed the problem quickly and did a great job.The arrogance of Ray (regional manager) and Chris (shop manager) was extermely unproffesional.

Passenger side door was damaged and brought it into classic collision on Roswell Road.Very poor communication from the start. Every time I called up to check on the vehicle I would get a voicemail from the main number and my only option was to leave a voicemail. I received a couple of estimates from other body shops around town and the majority of them said that they could have it fixed within a week and a half. The repair took Classic Collision over three weeks to fix a door. Also be aware of them overcharging your insurance company with supplements that are not needed. A supplement to your insurance company is used to find additional damage related to the incident that your insurance company is paying for. I found that after looking over the estimate they were billing my insurance company for unrelated items.I spoke to Travis Roberts the general manager about this and his reply was, Don’t worry about it your insurance company paid for it already. When they brought the vehicle out for me to inspect to take delivery and sign off on the finished work the door that they fixed needs to be re-sanded and painted again. The reply I got was don’t worry about it we will make it right. But that requires me to drop off the vehicle for another estimated four days for them to repair.

These guys were professional for sure, but lacked attention to detail in my experience. I had some minor front end collision damage. They had my car for 30 days which in my opinion was far too long but I still would have been fine with that as long as I got my car back fixed right. When they returned my car to me it had been professionally washed and that was AMAZING! That won me over even though it took them longer to fix my car than what I expected. However when they returned my car it still was not fixed. They had replaced an a/c line, radiator etc. I drove my car off their lot and my low coolant light later came on & I knew something was not fixed. Inconveniently, I drove my car back to them to fix it. They said they fixed it this time. I drove the car off their lot a second time and noticed a few days later that my coolant level was low again! At this point I didnt trust them anymore so I took my car into my Toyota dealership only to find that Toyota said when Classic Collision made the repair they didnt bleed the air in the system and so I ended up having to pay my Toyota dealership $170 to fix the problem that Classic Collision should have fixed in the very beginning. I will not go back to this collision center as a result. Their communication was through text primarily and I could never reach anybody by phone. It was always a voicemail I would leave then I would get a text back. I didnt like not being able to speak to a live person when needed. I am sure they do an overall good job, but with the time they had my car (30 days)...to return my car without making absolute certain it was fixed is not acceptable. I would rather have them not wash my car, and pay attention to detail fixing my repairs.

I got rear ended in September of 2018. The insurance sent me to Classic Collision. I just had bumper damage from the accident. I also had previous trunk damage from a car backing into me at my complex. They started circling all the things green they needed to fix and I told them no on the trunk since the driver did not do that damage so they circled it a different color. It was funny they circled some dirt on my car in white as damage. I laughed and rubbed the dirt off.I walked over to get my rental. When I returned to my car to get my things they circled it green. I explained that they didnt need to fix it since he didnt do it. A manager told me that they appreciated me for being honest and they could fix it for free and it wasnt a big deal to fix. That made my day.Second time there was last week (April 2019) and I needed a side mirror installed. I purchased the mirror since I found it cheaper (genuine Honda mirror) and they installed it. It took maybe 15-20 minutes. Austin is the person who helped me this time. He took care of me and did not disappoint at all.Everyone there is so nice and courteous. Everyone is smiling. They help out and make sure you are taken care of.

This review is not necessarily intended for this particular location but, the chain in general. While they do good work, they tend to oversell the repairs. Blending is always the lead pitch. Needed or otherwise. Make sure you keep your receipt for the limited lifetime warranty or they will no longer have it in their records in as little as 2 years.Their pricing is higher than most but, they do handle the insurance carriers very well. They are polite, have a beautiful shop and will follow up. Could use some training for the receptionists though. Between manners and knowledge they vary greatly.Bottom line? They are more expensive than the rest of the chop shops in town and do a better job for it. They do offer a warranty and will honor it IF you keep your receipt. Do NOT rely on them to have a record of your multi-thousand dollar repair. Also, be careful not to let them take a 3K job and push it to 7K. Take a look at their shingle, someone has to pay for it and most likely, it will be your insurance carrier. Just get everything detailed upfront. They will have it done when they say they will and the transaction is fairly painless.

This was the most infuriating experience with a business Ive ever death with. I took my car in for a small dent repair. The next day, we were informed that one of the employees had backed into my car. They had to replace the entire front end. At this point, picking up my car and going as far away from this place as possible would have been the best decision. Unfortunately, I let them try to make it right and fix it themselves, mostly because of their convenience to me. Huge mistake. Besides paying for a rental, which was no question, this company acted like they were doing me a favor by at least telling me they ran into my car and not covering it up. I fought with them for days on the fact they owed me diminished value on my car. They wanted to do everything under the table, since it wasnt worth it to file under their insurance. I asked them to fix a small 2 scratch on a back panel of my car to make up for my cars diminished value. I was told that since they didnt file a police report and it was on private property, I didnt get diminished value anyways. Maybe its because Im a female, maybe I came across as naive, but contrary to their belief, I know whats owed to me when someone backs into my car Ive made one payment on.Tab was easy to talk to, but unfortunately was the middle man of me & this terrible company. I spoke the the GM, Roland, who was the most condescending, rude, and narcissistic person Ive ever dealt with. Not once was there ever a Im sorry from the GM. In his words: At Least we didnt cover it up and mistakes happen. Never mind the fact he yelled at me for threatening him of going to the BBB for terrible business practices. Which, after research, they arent BBB accredited after all. After two weeks of being in this shop, I get my car back. The window they had to replace wasnt sealed properly. Back in the shop it went for a couple more days.I wouldnt never recommend this business to anyone. Mistakes happen, I get that, but the way it was handled was absolutely terrible.

Poor communication, disorganized office, and incomplete work. I brought my car in for them to fix cracks in paintwork they had done about a year before. Over the course of three weeks no one contacted me about status - every single contact was initiated by me asking for status. One person started texting me, thankfully, but admitted he wasn’t responsible for the car and was just trying to help. Even when it was done no one bothered to call me. The work was okay - not exactly factory quality work - and they forgot the emblems on the trunk lid. They also didn’t screw in the interior trunk handle fully and I had to do it at home. In all, lousy communication and not work worthy of a certified Mercedes collision center. I wouldn’t recommend this facility, it needs a management and customer service overhaul. A vastly different experience than when I was here before.

After I told the receptionist that I was not pleased with how I was initially being treated, another representative of the company sitting next to her chirped in again extremely rudely and unprofessional stating rules are rules, thats how it is. Well lets just say Im not playing their game as I will give my business to someone who appreciates my business. I would be extremely cautious if considering a place of business like this. I also informed my insurance company about my experience as they have a partnership with this company regarding insurance claims. Maybe they will reconsider their vendor list so someone else doesnt have to go through an experience like mine. Remember you should be able to use a vendor of your choice when going through an insurance claim. Like anything else I would use someone that was referred to you.

In September 2018, my car had both passenger windows busted out by thieves. I figured it would be a fairly simple repair, so I made the mistake of not researching this shop. I had heard of Classic Collisions, and they work with Geico, so they should do fine. I was wrong, and I wish I had done the research. My adjuster estimated the repair would take 4 days - it took nearly a month. The shop attributed it to a back-order on parts, which I can understand. I drive a 2018 Alfa Romeo, and I know the relative rarity may make parts hard to come by.After I drove off the lot, I noticed a significant rattle coming out of the passenger side door when certain bass notes hit in my music. I took it back the next day, at which point Travis took it to the back, and said they had found a loose spring in the window control unit that hadnt been put back on properly when they were putting the door back together. He said that they fixed it, so I turned the radio up a bit, and it appeared the rattle was gone. I thanked him and left, glad to finally have my car back. The next day the rattle was back. I am a very busy person, and although this rattle was maddening, it has always taken a back seat in terms of priority, especially given CCSS is nearly an hour drive one-way and they are impossible to get in touch with. In short, Travis admitted one day that the screw had been irreparably bent out of place and had patched it with some sort of compound to prevent it from rattling. He asked if I would like him to replace the unit, and I replied of course I do. He did just that, and assured me he would fix it no matter what, just asked I please not leave a bad review. I do not usually leave reviews, and I did not anticipate this getting to this point, but I have been patient enough.I get to the point where the rattle is driving me mental. Travis tells me what days he is in and to bring it by. I come in at 8am on a rare off-day and tell him I am prepared to leave the car there and get a rental for as long as it takes to actually diagnose the issue and fix it, and to tell me if he is simply not able to do it so I can take it in to Alfa Romeo. He was busy at the time, and I had come in without an appointment, so I was fine with him telling me he couldnt look at it that second. We reached an agreement in which he was going to look at it that day, and if he could not fix it he would take it to Alfa the next morning. I set an appointment with Alfa at 10am the next day, and told him to let me know by the end of the night whether I had to come and pick the car up to take it to Alfa in the morning, at which point he told me he would take it to Alfa himself for the appointment time should he decide it was necessary. I got a rental and left.I heard nothing that night, nor did I hear anything the next day. I tried calling CC multiple times and getting their voicemail, to the point where I actually had to call Alfa and ask a very confused receptionist whether they had my car... They did not.I get caught up with work, and stay patient with CC, assuming they had kept the car to fix it and that they would let me know when it was ready. Nearly a week goes by, at which point I start calling incessantly. 4 times the receptionist patches me through to the shop, and 4 times I get a voicemail box that isnt even set up. I leave a voicemail each time. The fifth time I call, it is about an hour to close, and I tell the receptionist she needs to physically hand the phone to somebody that can tell me what is going on with my car. The person finally says the car is ready. Would have been good to know earlier..I rush to pick it up, and they tell me that they couldnt hear a rattle, and that nothing had been done... In a week. I take the guy thats there to the car, and put a song on. The rattle is right there! Did you even look at it!? I expect not. He says he is sorry, and that I should just take it to Alfa.My mistake for not doing so in the first place.

I wouldnt take my lawnmower here. Dropped my car off for a week while I went out of town. No one called me. I had to make all the phone calls. No updates. This place is terrible. When I called I had to tell them I was on my way to come pick my vehicle up, was expecting my car to be washed as the general manager promised once their porter drove my car over speed bump going 45 mph. You figure its the least they could do right? Nope, my car up had new sticker residue on it as if it had gotten a parking ticket.. and it wasnt washed. I had to tell the team to take my car back and take this sticker that wasnt on before I got there off of my car, It took more time to pick up my car which had nothing done to it then it did to check in and drop it off. I would literally rather have Humpty Dumpty fix my car. Literally take your car anywhere else.

UPDATE: on 8/22/17. I took my car back to get the rear mirror installed, which they forgot to do 7 months ago. You would think it should only take a minute to do. I had to leave my car, and was promised a call back. More than 24 hours later and no call back and they still have my car. They place need a new management for sure:I used other classic locations before with no issues. This particular site in my option is the worst. After I dropped my car, I immediately started getting text notifications about the status of the car, with an estimated completion date that was 4 weeks after they work was authorized. Finally, I received a notification letting me that my car would be ready tomorrow, so I decided to call just to confirm. I couldnt get hold of anybody to know what was going on and finally somebody called me back and he was oblivious to why I thought my car was supposed to be ready next day. I was at a loss. He told me later on the notification is always wrong. So I ask about when my car will be ready and he kept pushing me one week after another week after another week . So instead of taking 4 weeks It ended taking about two months. The repair was expessive, and after I picked up my car the read views mirror assembly was not installed, weeks later I discovered the tray on my trunk is also missing..

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! HORRIBLE customer service! I came to drop off my 2018 Tesla on April 11, 2019 for minor damage, (after hearing that they are a Tesla approved body shop). They looked like they had won the lottery when I pulled up with my $110,000 car and Chubb insurance paying the bill. I later came to find out it was because they are all about getting the insurance payouts and not at all about taking care of their customers in a timely manner.I was told by Austin that Tesla parts take a long time to get, and it could be between a month to 6 weeks until the parts came in. I accepted that because unfortunately that is common knowledge. On May 7th, almost a month later, I received an update email saying my car was 51 % done and to expect a pick up date of May 31 at 4 pm. I figured the parts had arrived and they had begun work. Literally the next day, I received another email update saying my car was still on track for May 31st. Meanwhile, keep in mind, that no one from the shop had called me- I had only been receiving email updates. Just 9 days ago, on May 20 th, I was happy to read my latest update which said my car was near completion and they would CONTACT ME if there were any delays. Again, the update said I can expect to pick up my car May 31st at 4 pm. Still with no phone call, I finally decided to call the shop myself to confirm I could pick up my car ( which was supposed to be ready in 2 days). I spoke to Austin, who simply and unapologetically informed me that they still didnt have all the parts in and have not yet begun work on my car other than to take it all apart!! I was in complete shock. They REPEATEDLY told me that it would be ready May 31st and even told me they were nearing completion 9 days prior! I asked when they could expect the parts and he said he had no idea because it was all computerized and there was no live person he could speak to for an ETA. If that answer wasnt frustrating enough, he further said that once they got the parts, the repair work would take a month and a half to two months!!I could not believe what I heard! I understand Tesla parts take a long time to arrive, but to say that once they had the parts it would take them up to two months to fix?! Ive never heard such a thing in all the body shops Ive been to over the years. It was like they got their check from the insurance company and had no interest in getting my car done. They must literally have cars sitting around on their lots not being attended to while they check in other cars to get the insurance payments rolling in. From countless other Yelp reviews, it is obvious that is the case.Austin essentially called me a liar for stating that they had given me a pick of date of May 31 st. He told me verbatim that they had done nothing wrong, assuming no responsibility for their lack of communication and poor customer service. He was so concerned about talking over me to make his point that they had done nothing wrong, that he failed to acknowledge and try and understand why I could be so frustrated and confused. Classic Collision truly made me feel like they are all about taking the insurance money and not at all about HONEST communication and customer service. I texted Austin screenshots of my updates to show him the proof of their ongoing email updates. Not surprisingly, he didnt respond. Well, actually, he did an hour later, by simply sending out my latest update which now says my pick up date has been changed from May 31 to July 31! Im sure after writing this review that date will be extended even further. But I feel I must warn others before they bring their car to this place.

The team at CCSS made me want to wreck my car every day if it meant that Id be going back there... I did not know them from Adam, but they treated me with an amount of professionalism that is rarely seen nowadays. The repairs exceeded my expectations, and they worked with me and my insurance company every step of the way... trust me, a guy who is as nitpicking as they come, this place does GREAT bodywork. I cannot tell that my car was ever wrecked. My car is a 2015 Audi A6, and normally, I can walk up to a car and tell you its been wrecked, but not my car. It is perfect.

I took my car to be fixed after an accident, and they just made it worse. First they said it would take 2 weeks, but when the pick up date they said came my car wasnt ready. I understand that maybe they found more damage or had to wait on a part. My issue was that I NEVER received one phone call, text or email about the delay. It seems there idea of customer service is to only call when the car is done.As to the repairs I have had to take my car in multiple times to fix the so called work they did. They also told me that they filled up my antifreeze, but when I checked the hood there was no antifreeze and the cap wasnt even on.My major issue is that I have just been told by a real mechanic that they used they wrong parts and wired everything completely wrong.

Ive been dealing with this company since September and 5 months later, our car has still not been fixed.Weve been dealing with not only 5+ dropoffs of this car but constantly getting lied to about where our cars been taken for work and how long they will have it.They will tell us that theyre waiting on parts or waiting on Geico to approve the parts and most recently, we were told that they were putting on new struts in the front, but I changed the oil this weekend and they did not put new struts on the car. Which if they did actually run it by Geico, would constitute insurance fraud so I hope that Braxton is in some way misinformed about what hes telling me.If you have a problem with your car, you might as well drive it off a cliff rather than taking it here because you will want to after you have to deal with this place in the aftermath of their repairs.

I went to Classic Collision because my insurance asked me to go there to get a fender bender repaired. It took them 8 days longer promised to me and my insurance company. As such they said they would cover the 8 additional days of rental. They have failed to do so and giving the run around to my rental company. The parties involved were:Travis Robers. [email protected] Boyd. [email protected]: 6/26/19Management reached out, explained exactly what went wrong and where the miscommunication was on their side. Theyve resolved my issue. Thanks,

I received some of the worst Service. I took my car there because of a accident they replaced and painted my truck. On receiving my car back I noticed red under the black paint job. I brought this to there attention and thought that they would take care of the issue...WRONG. They used a black marker to cover up the red lines on my trunk. Still waiting to get this issue resolved.

We bought a 2006 BMW 3 series with a few minor scratches and some paint had been rubbed off on the back bumper. The car was purchased from a broker, so any work is out of pocket. We took the car to Classic Collision to correct the rear bumper where the paint had been rubbed off. This was less than six inches long on the corner of the bumper. We went to pick the vehicle up about 36 hours later. The rear bumper was beautiful, but while the vehicle was at the paint shop, a four-inch spider crack appeared on the front bumper. Classic Collision claimed no responsibility.Initially, we were quoted at $500 to refinish any minor issues on the front bumper (prior to having the rear bumper repaired). I spoke with the shop manager, who insisted the spider crack was not the shops fault and thought I was personally accusing him. I only wanted the issue corrected in lieu of practicing good business. We were offered a $200 correction for the entire front bumper. When we picked up the vehicle for the second time from Classic Collision, they only fixed the portion where the spider crack was created and the front bumper ended up being two-toned. Only part of the paint job was glossed and finished. The portion around where the spider crack was created was an unfinished matte and looked horrible. We were still charged $200, otherwise the $20,000 vehicle was not permitted to leave the shop that damaged it beyond its original flaws.A complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau, to which the company never replied to.Dont take your vehicle here unless you have an insurance claim to stick to the shop. Out of pocket repairs will only cost you.

INSURANCE COMPANIES BEWARE: My car broke down about 3 blocks from Classic Collison on Roswell Road on a Friday. Although I was instructed to leave the car and put keys in dropbox, I wasnt aware the entrance gate would be locked. In the early hours of Saturday, the tow company left the car in the oversized driveway with plenty of room on either size for entering and exiting. Very long story really short an employee dropped my car causing over $20k damages and told me to let the insurance company pay for it. What a scam! A broken upper control arm resulted in headlights and fog lights destroyed, a damaged bumper, damages to the hood, brake lines and the list goes on. The manager Russell had the audacity to tell me he wasnt going to get into a pissing contest with [me] over whos responsible for the damages, but it wasnt Classic. Hes blaming the tow company. Keep in mind, the car was towed several miles without damages. Classics employees moved it but its somehow the tow drivers fault. On top of everything else, they expect my INSURANCE company to pay the bill. UN FREAKING BELIEVABLE!!!A week later I received a survey using my email address using another persons name. When I clicked to start the survey I was sent to a link stating the survey had been completed. I guess this is how they get to keep high ratings... they rate themselves. SAD.A RATING OF ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH☹

The manager Russell was so disrespectful. He blamed me, for not seeing parts that needed to be fixed. I did not broth my car to them because I knew what need to be done. I expected from shop to tell me what need to be repair. My husband notice that they did not fix everything on car and when I ce to shop, the manager Russell acted like its my fault. When I pointed to new light on car and asked why is look old he got mad. So not profesional. They did very bad work on my car. Please find other place if you can.

Went in to get some small scratch and dent stuff fixed on a door and somehow spent three months trying to get things right. Now I’m left wondering if this is all incompetence or?? Just getting them to call me back to figure out what was going on at times became an ordeal and I had to continue to badger them and insist they fix the problems they caused.
