Just love this location, the associates are friendly and professional. One Sunday morning we came in to get something and an informal meeting was going on with 3 associates on the floor. The tone we saw showed us they all take their business seriously. The store is always clean and associates polite and friendly. I had to write this because on my last visit, even the associate gathering the carts said a nice comment to me as I left the store. That is exceeding expectations! Thank you all for your hard work!

I love the staff here! Everyone is always very welcoming, kind and helpful. This location is always clean, has a Starbucks with expert baristas, and has almost every desirable item in stock. Great parking situation, always enjoy every experience here

I went to the Starbucks around 3:15pm today (7/15/21). The gentleman who was behind the counter was AMAZING!!! He assisted with my selection and made it perfect just for me. Thank you for making my day even better. You were a big help.

The last two times I’ve come here for coffee they are on break. Today I was here at 9:55 AM and they are already on break with 3 of us waiting in line . Unfortunately, they do not leave a time when they will be back only a sign that says -Register temporarily closed. This statement leaves the customer with many unanswered questions. Why is it closed, when are they coming back? Poor customer service!

I used to get tops, like simple tanks or simple ts at Target. I am a regular medium size. I went in today, to look around. I had time on my hands and decided to pop in. Their whole womens clothing selection is size XX or larger. I asked an associate to make sure I am not in the plus size section, I was not. There were barely any clothes if at all for small and medium sizes. Very disappointing.

This Target is not my usual, but whenever Im in the area I love coming to this store. I was in yesterday (Sunday so it was busy) but I shopped comfortably and got everything I needed. Jorden helped me at checkout and his energy was infectious. He was so kind and engaging, and we had great conversation. I was in and out of line within a couple minutes, but felt so good after checking out with him. 10/10!

I visited this store location at 5570 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs GA on March 28th between 8:20 - 9:00am. NOT ONE PERSON I ENCOUNTERED GREETED ME WHEN I WALKED IN OR WHILE I WAS SHOPPING. It was as if they all had an attitude about working. There was one gentlemen that looked me up and down with disdain that I later found out was the store manager! The ONLY person in store that was professional and engaging was the young lady monitoring self-checkout. Me and another were checking out and she was so sweet & engaging with us both. I asked her who the store manager was and she pointed to the same guy that passed my by twice and did not utter a word of hello or can I help you find anything! Never again! Just an FYI, every other Target I visited that morning in the Atlanta area exhibited stellar customer service but I will NEVER return to this Sandy Springs location!

I wanted to give praise to an associate who helped me at this location. I have been looking for gluten free Oreos since Jan 18th but haven’t been able to. When I finally saw it was at this target I was stoked. But when I arrived at rye aisle I was disappointed to see it not stocked. I searched for an associate and found Charles with another associate as well. They both were kind enough to look in the back for me and couldn’t find it in the back. A little while later Charles found me with the gluten free Oreos in hand. He decided to take a deeper look and luckily found them at a different part of the store. Thanks to him I left a happy customer. Kudos to associates like Charles.

A little nicer than the other local targets. This one always seems to be slightly better organized than the rest. Starbucks inside is also top notch.

Every time I come to this Target they never have the Urban RX Clear Skin Cleansing bar. When I ask an associate if theres any in the back they act like its an inconvenience for them to check. When I ask when the shipment comes in, they dont know. Im tired of the lack of supply and poor customer service.

Store associate was coming outside with my order before I could get back to the trunk to open it!!! They are on top of their process and it was a pleasant pickup experience!!! I used to have issues at this location but they have made noticeable changes!!!

Most employees are overly friendly and seem proud of their job which makes it a pleasure to shop here. During Covid many items have been out of stock but it seems they are working hard to restock shelves. We love our Target!

In the past few years, I have found Target in my area has improved dramatically when it comes to customer care. In the past, it was difficult to get help, but now team members are willing and able to assist customers throughout their shopping experience. Even if they are about to go on break or about to leave for the day, they will stop and happily help you.

Just had a great experience. I was buying some furniture, big bulky boxes, and Jacob helped bring them up to the register while I still shopped. Then Genevieve at customer help rang up all my items and showed me how to get discounts via the app.

I came into the store with 15 mins until close with just a few party items I needed to celebrate my sons birthday the next morning before I go to work. I found most everything but the only helium tank I found was already opened. When I went to checkout it was already closing time, but I mentioned to an employee that I was concerned that the opened box may have been a return.Taj then quickly scanned the side of the box and told me they had another one in inventory and he immediately went to go get it. I waited just a few minutes and Taj appeared with an unopened box of the same as I had found.Taj went above and beyond to serve me as a customer, it was past closing, it was an inconvenience to him and the rest of the employees ready to go home, but he took care of me.It may seem like a small thing, but Taj didnt have to go the extra mile. Thanks Taj, for showing excellence and dedication!!!

They are slow! Lines like Walmart..Im not using self checkout I dont take away jobs and if I wanted to work a register I would have made other career choices.

This Target is located in the Prado shopping Center. What is great about it, is it pretty much has its own parking so you are not fighting with all the other stores in the complex.This store is big and well organized. I always find what I am looking for and there are always people in the aisles who can help you find something.I have had an occasion where the lines start to back up but they call in for back up and they get the lines moving.I have used the pharmacy and the pharmacist has always been very helpful. Once when I was filling a prescription without medical coverage he told me how I can get the medicine at a discount or maybe free. They have always been helpful with general and specific questions and getting prescriptions filled quickly. I have been wary about filling a prescription on a chain department store but they make it total easy to do. And they have a rewards program that gets you 5% off after filling 5 prescriptions.This location has a grocery section and a Starbucks in it. You can pretty much get everything done in here and top it off with some Starbucks!

The staff here goes the extra mile for you, they make sure you came here to get what you came to get. We’ve gone to four targets to find a specific item and finally found it at this one in sandy springs because the staff went the extra mile and checked absolutely everywhere. I went to pick up nicorette patches. I ordered them tues evening when i went weds morning around 10am. I was told by Romance at customer service that they were put back and i could probably find them on the floor. Now this is after i wandered around no one asking if i needed help as im trying to locate customer service which i found out is a kiosk set up next to self checkout. So much for sicial distancing. I found my item in pharmacy and asked if i could pay there since there were no customers and i was told you can pay up front wth? So as im trying to avoid self check out since it was crowded and hardlt anyone wearing a mask as I was i went to self checkout. That target has a weird atmosphere and employees are distracted. The one star is for the fact i found my item alobg with others for a decent price.

Physically took items out of my shopping bag at the self checkout that were already paid for. Reason being that there was a limit rule that was not posted. Said that she received a email. No transparency and disgraceful actions by their employees.

This Target location causes no problems for me. Im able to find what Im looking for and then checkout pretty quickly. The store can be crowded at times, but they seem to keep the lines moving. The associates are helpful and inviting. The store is clean and organized. No issues here.

This is a great Target location! Products are well-organized, and the store is clean. Staff is fairly friendly. The parking deck is large and easy to navigate.

I would say this is one of the slowest stores Ive been to. Also there is no notice of things not being allowed to price match until December. Unfortunately for me the store is walking distance and the service I get from the self-checkout is able to make up for the low level of customer service I get from the employees, which is pretty much the only reason why I come back.

I was able to use my coupons without any hassle.

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! The Drive Up service is so convenient!

I specifically went to Target in Cobb to buy a Conair Foot Spa for my daughter. I was told by an associate that their stock had come in & sold out on the same day. The product was a hot Christmas item on sale for just over $18. The associate checked another store (Roswell Rd. location) to make sure they had then item in stock. We were told that the manager personally checked. We drove to the other location to pick up the item. When we brought the item to the register it rang up just over $24. We explained that this is not the price we were quoted in the other store, nor on the phone. They tried to tell us at the register that the item must have been a clearance item. We explained that it was not on clearance, just a hot holiday item on sale. The manager simply told us that Target doesnt match prices with other Targets! We were outraged, but peacefully left, after all the inconvenience of driving to 2 locations to find 1 product & being charged an extra $6! I can understand not matching the price of a DIFFERENT company or competitors, but we were sent there from a different location of YOUR OWN COMPANY! Then, we called corporate to discuss the matter- they hung up in our ear while we were explaining the incident! We werent irate or disrespectful on the phone in any way possible! How retarded is this?! Needless to say my family & I will never be in Target for any reason after this, and Ill definitely be negative publicity for Target from here on out...

Good store deals and some credits for your purchases

Just moved to the area and drove 20 minutes away to a “better” Target. I had the worst customer service I’ve ever received HERE out of any target l have been to. Fitting room employees huddle up (4 or 5 of them) and having conversations the entire time, did not greet me or help at all. Too busy talking amongst each other to see me trying to get past them with my newborn! Very hard to maneuver around them with a newborn let alone carrying the carseat she was in and the clothing I was trying on. The employees started to snicker, laugh and roll their eyes at me!!! Like I was interrupting them! Other employees in the store all had snotty attitudes and were not inviting at all. Even my cashier. Disappointed in my entire experience and would not recommend coming here.

Cashiers had long lines because we were there at a particularly busy time on a Friday. A very kind cashier came to open up a new line & had noticed my pregnant wife & told us to be the first in her line. Everything else was as to expected & in good shape & plenty of items in stock, priced affordably.

I visit this target 2-3 times a week for the past 2 years and there is NEVER more than 3 registers open. This is one of the busiest Targets in the city. There is no reason to be so understaffed. Location is clean and the little staff they have is friendly

While walking around today I was looking for a certain item by trying to talk to him three of them ploys standing in a huddle just talk about inappropriate stuff ignored me for about 15 minutes until I came over and push my way in the conversation to ask for help and by that time they seem like I was upsetting them one of the employees informed me that what I was looking for was not an area went back to talking while the other one informed him that he was incorrect this employee ended up hastily showing me what I weigh thought I wanted which is incorrect and then shrugging it off and walking away I understand customers may approach employees who are in the middle of a conversation but if you want to work somewhere age put your job first

I didnt feel welcomed at this store at all 😬. Extremely slow and passive staff. I even watched management embarrass a costumer, going behind the employee at the register checking the customers items accusing them of stealing. When he found out he was wrong he just walked away with a snotty attitude. Wow!!!! No apologies or nothing.I would not recommend this Target store to anyone. Get it together guys no one owes you anything if you have other dreams then pursue them but dont blow off your job as being an employee here and refused service the correct way. Very disappointed in the store. Even more disappointed in the management staff

I was shopping here for an ipad and had challenges with everything being sold out while inventory was still showing on website which was disappointing as I had to drive all the way there to pickup the item. What made the experience much better than initially thought was the manager spent the time and effort to explain the situation as well as call other locations nearby to search and verify there was stock of the item before I went there

It’s target so nothing fancy just the essentials you need on a day to day. Beware of the cashiers. They will talk to you to distract and short change your cash back. Not all just this tall black older lady in particular.

They dont have a good variety of merchandise. While the service and quality at their food counter used to be good, it has become terrible in recent times. Today, it was not busy, I was the only person at the counter. I paid for a hotdog and soda. It took the girl forever to shrug some gloves on, then mess with the popcorn machine, then look at something else, then finally take a dried-out hotdog and put it in a equally dried-out bun. Then she not only wrapped it but squeezed it flat. I went to the soda machine and only water came out. I asked her to check on the Dr Pepper, it appeared to be out. She said she would do so later. Obviously not while I was still there. Obviously I wont come here again. She wouldnt give me a receipt, I suppose she thought that would forestall any bad reviews. Target needs to either deal with this person or whatever conditions led to the resentment this person had oozing out of her pores!

My mom purchased an item at target last week for full price in buckhead and saw that it was on sale at this location. She went in the evening and the staff was great and did a price change. Then today I went to do the same thing and said we cant do that, even though it was on sale there still...go figure. They made up some story that it used to be on sale, so I wasted 1 hour driving there, 30 minutes in store and 1 hour back. I even called the night before and they said it was fine when I come in. I guess if you want good service evenings are your best bet or go to Buckhead. We have 2 businesses in the same area and going to boycott this location and spread the word to our 4000 members as well. Such a waste of my time. I think this target has the worst customer service for the mourning side of things. Please note this was all based on management if anyone is to be blamed.

Im an Uber driver an had not taken a break. I decided to go into the Target store on Roswell Road here in Atlanta. Before I realized it.. I began losing my balance while walking towards the bathroom. So much so that it caught the attention of an alert store security guard named John. He asked if I was ok. I told him no... I was dizzy from sitting and not taking a break as I braced myself against a wall while the dizzy spell subsided.Why am I writing a review on this? Its because we live in an era of barbecue beckys and Starbuck Suzies and this gentleman checked on my well being before anything else.
