I was very disappointed with the service I received at In A Snap Imprints. Last week, I took 2 shirts to them to simply have the word Alumni added. After a few days they called me and said that because the existing letters (on the shirt to the left) were not properly done by the manufacturer the burn/scratch marks on the letters G and A they made were not their fault and asked me if I wanted them to do the second shirt. I said no, asked for and received a refund. They were unwilling to reimburse me for my shirt. I took the second shirt (the one on the right) to Big Frog Custom T-Shirts in Snellville who did a perfect job. Rather than take responsibility for the mistake they obviously made, In A Snap blamed someone else. They will NOT be getting anymore of my business and shouldnt get any of yours either.
