Visited the Mattress firm on Hammond Dr and Roswell road on September 17th. Hayden assisted me and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in my mattress buying process. He went the extra mile and checked sources to make sure I was getting the best price as well as quality. Although my mattress was not in store I received it in less time then what was estimated. Overall I am extremely satisfied with my entire mattress buying experience!

I called and explained that another furniture company I formed me that my bed was not being delivered as promised. Immediately I was shown compassion and told about the bed in a box being an option so that I could have a bed that day. Not only did she take her time making sure I was comfortable with my purchase but she also helped me put it in my car! The bed is super comfy and I’ll be shopping here again.

I told him what I thought I needed to but he asked the right questions to help him find me what I needed. He showed me 3 options based on what I told him and let me decide which I wanted. He didn’t try to pressure me one way or another nor did he hover. I took my time and came to a decision. The Labor Day sale made it even better! I got a great product at a great price. Purchased a mattress from the Mattress Firm in Sandy Springs, Lesley was my salesperson. She was extremely helpful and arranged delivery to a second home. The mattress arrived right on time, the delivery men were polite and perfect gentleman. I will use Mattress Firm again when I shop for another mattress.

I recently went in to mattress firm and spoke with Jordan, I was trying to find a mattress that would help with my sleeping . He was very rude and not helpful or understanding. Nor did he offer to show me any mattresses that would help my needs. I felt he was a little preoccupied and did not care to help.I walked out without anything and went to a different mattress store where they helped me out tremendously and satisfied my needs!!! I would definitely not recommend going here!!!!!!!

I went to the mattress firm on the corner of roswell and hammond. The customer service in store was fantastic. No pressure. My sales person was wonderful. Then when it was delivered the delivery team was amazing and courteous. Unfortunately, the tempurpedic mattress i purchased did not work for me. So I returned it. They very much mean what they say when they give 120-day guarantee. I really hate it didn’t work out. No reflection on the store just my personal preference.

We have been to other locations searching for the perfect matress for us and this location was superior, hands down. We were greeted, given time to browse, and eagerly assisted with kindness.
