I do not usually do reviews but this time I am going to take a moment to thank the spectacular and amazing attention that they gave me in this store where I bought my wedding dress, from the first date to the last it was a wonderful experience. They are all too nice, patient and professional. But who is absolutely the magician of the place is Nina who was in charge of making the alterations that I asked for my dress and she made it incredibly more beautiful. Thanks!!! Im from Michigan and hadnt had much luck with finding what Im looking for. Im and older plus size bride and Kathy was incredible at helping me find the dress! Actually, the entire staff was so helpful and kind when it came to making sure I picked the right dress for my body type. Y’all, I cannot say enough good things about this place. I’m sure all the staff is amazing, but I worked with Nancy and she is absolutely incredible. She is down to earth, doesn’t pressure you, works with your budget, and really takes her time to be sure you’re happy. I honestly dreaded the whole dress buying process because this whole wedding stuff just isn’t my thing, but I will recommend this place to every bride I know in the future! These ladies made the search for my wedding dress the easiest part of planning a wedding! I was wanting a particular dress (long sleeved lace) and was having a very hard time finding one and when I found these guys they had about 6 of them! I chose 4 and turned out that the last one I tried on was perfect! They were wonderful through the fitting process and even accommodated some last minute fabric alterations. They are quick to respond to emails and always happy to see you, thanks again ladies!

I recently ordered a dress from Bridal Sense that I found on a pre-owned wedding dress sight. Nancy was wonderful and immediately contacted me offering to FaceTime and see more pictures of the dress as I live in California! The dress was priced amazingly and packaged with care. So much more beautiful and perfect than I had imagined, I couldnt be happier!! I strongly recommend Bridal Sense for their amazing customer service and honesty!

Great boutique with many stunning dresses at reasonable prices. My budget was $1,500 and I found plenty of options to choose from here. Kathy was incredibly friendly and helpful. I didnt feel rushed or pressured at all and I really enjoyed my appointment. Plenty of options both off the rack or for order, and everything was perfectly organized. I actually ended up purchasing a dress here and I am very happy with my purchase!

Bridal Sense was able to help our daughter pick and size her wedding dress despite the tight (3 week) timeline due to another shops error. The dress was PERFECT. I had been to 3 or 4 other salons and Bridal Sense was our last stop of the day (we called last minute and they fit us in)—I was feeling a little discouraged and over it. Nancy immediately changed all of that. She knew exactly what I wanted even when I fully didn’t. I found the perfect dress and got tons of compliments on my wedding day! Had a GREAT experience at Bridal sense from booking the appointment to actually arriving. The online inventory on the site really helps you get an idea of what they have in-store. Upon arrival, my bridal party was greeted and informed on how the experience would go and we shopped from various dresses. They have a great selection of styles and sizes. Plus the prices are affordable and range from $99 and up! Youll definitely find something you like here!Nancy was so easy to work with and helped me find a beautiful dress! Nancy was great helping me find my dress! I came in with all these ones I saw online, had fun trying them all on & then Nancy pulled one and said I think youll like this. It fit great and was one I had scrolled right past online. Her expertise and personality were exactly what we needed during this tough time. I needed someone to help steer me to what made sense for me, my shape, my location and for a great price! If youre looking for an elopement, minimony or a full blown wedding, Bridal Sense is where its at!

I bought my wedding dress here. I went in knowing what I was looking for, i showed it to the sales lady and she took me to a dress that was so beautiful. I tried it on and it fit perfectly. It was the only one and the perfect size. I could not have been happier. It was in my price range. It was the perfect dress and fit for me. I was so excited. Completely happy with my purchase.

Nancy is AMAZING. We decided to get married in two weeks and she was able to find, ship, fit, alter, press and deliver my dress in less than 14 days!! I didnt think id have enough time to get a dream dress but she made it happen for my dream day. Very lovely people! I called them to inquire about donating my wedding dress. I took it there and before even seeing all of the dress, they knew the style, decade and maker..lol! They even shared stories with me. The one that touches me the most is how they take donated dresses to a wonderful foundation that makes sweet little pockets for babies that sadly never get to come home from the hospital. They are sweet people with beautiful wedding gowns.

Went in during a sample sale not expecting to find a perfect dress (it was my first dress shopping experience), but I found one! It was so affordable but required many alterations. So I was a bit nervous the seamstress wouldnt be able to make it look exactly how I envisioned it. But the alterations ladies NAILED it. Now I have the perfect dress for my day! Love Bridal Sense!

Amazing dresses, staff, and prices at bridal sense! After trying on a few dresses at Bridal Sense, Kathy didn’t put any pressure on me make a purchase in that moment. After trying dresses from a few other places my heart returned to the dresses and the team at Bridal Sense. I ended up trying on 2 more dresses at here, and found the dress of my dreams (it was 1/3rd the price of similar dresses I tried in other shops!). Thank you Kathy for making the experience comfortable and fun!

$2500 Judd Waddell plus size dress for $99 and a belt retailing for $1100 only $19. The Kathys get an A+. Off the rack ready to get married in a week. I am so happy!!!

The price ranges was awesome, the help amazing, the services (alterations etc) were on point, and the dresses were directly equated to happiness, all dresses could be ordered, in all sizes, but can be bought of the rack right away if it fits you. Its family and friends owned...Saturdays are crazy tho, but anytime else you can walk in with or with out appointment...

I have not purchased a dress from Bridal Sense, but I have visited twice and I just wanted to leave a review here because I think that both Cathys are great! If you are looking for no frills and just a great selection of dresses at a reasonable price point, then Bridal Sense is your spot. They are nice, dont rush you, and really listen to what you are looking for.

I tried on wedding dresses at Bridal Sense in November initially, and then again in March when I was really ready to buy. I found beautiful dresses at wonderful prices both times I went. The ladies who helped me out were amazing! They are truly committed to helping you find a beautiful dress that is IN YOUR BUDGET! I ended up finding my dream dress at another store, but if I had only gone to Bridal Sense I would have left happy with one of the gorgeous dresses I tried on there! So impressed!

My experience at Bridal Sense was outstanding! This is absolutely the best place to look if you are on a budget. I got my dress for an amazing price and one of the employees, April, actually picked out my dress for me and explained to me all the custom things we could add to the dress, and she did a wonderful job by bringing me styles she knew I would like. They can pretty much do anything to make sure your dress is exactly the way you want it, and they are very conscious of your budget and are not pushy at all. All staff was very professional and accommodating. I was very happy!!!

I LOVE THESE GIRLS! Their prices are awesome, and they allowed me to fully customize my dress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I’m not one to write reviews but after my experience at Bridal Sense I feel that I have to show Nancy as much love as she showered me with today!This was my first time trying on dresses and I went in not knowing what style, size, or cut I was looking for..I just came with a few screen shots and a smile.I am not sure the total number of dresses I tried on but I would say maybe in the upwards 50s...because the collection she has is fabulous and it was hard to choose! I really loved most everything I tried.Even with the amount of dresses Nancy put me in and out of she still encouraged me to try on more dresses and acted happy to do so. That meant the world to me and my Mom!It was down to the last 2 dresses, ironically the first and last dress I tried on. She gave time in each dress never rushing me or making me feel that I had to choose. She accessorized me and gave me her honest opinion and truly helped me make my finaldecision.The 3rd contender dress was the most expensive and even though it would have benefited her more for me to choose that dress she guided me choose what was best for me even though it was 1/2 the price! This shows how much she finds value in her brides and that to me is top notch.While I was there (trying on every gown in my size 😂) I asked Nancy about Bridal Sense and the story. I am glad I asked because I love the depth and the years she has invested into this industry. She grew up watching her mother have her own shop and now runs one of her very own. This might not be special to some but to me that was everything.So a big thank you to Bridal Sense for the PERFECT dress and a bigger thank you to Nancy for the one on one experience that went above and beyond any expectation I had for what this day would be!

My sister got her accessories at Bridal Sense and referred me to do the same. I purchased my gown from another local bridal store and had a great experience, but just couldnt see paying an additional $700 for alterations when my gown was already over 3k. Im an out of town bride and was only in town for the day to have my gown fitted at the store I purchased from. I ended up leaving when I found out how much the alterations were going to be. I called Bridal Sense and they brought me in without an appointment and completely last minute. They pinned me up and had me out of there in no time. In addition, they are taking my vintage veil and adding a comb which nobody else was willing to do. I know these ladies are in business to make money but I appreciate them not taking advantage of brides just because they can. I am so excited to see the finished product. Thank you ladies for taking care of me and for truly loving what you do..... making brides happy. Im leaving Atlanta with a smile on my face.

Amazing Experience!I could not be more impressed with my experience at Bridal Sense. April has literally been the best part of my entire wedding experience. She helped me pick out a beautiful dress in my price range and had an unbelievable sense of how to add to it to make it perfect. When I had some medical issues come it, she worked with me every step of the way to make sure my day would still be amazing. The care and attention I received without any pressure or pretense was so wonderful!! Simply fantastic!

Worst experience ever! They try to gouge you in every area financially. We were clear from the beginning of our budget and it was completely disregarded. The woman who handled our visit was very rude and impatient to begin with because she knew the bride had purchased her dress elsewhere and apparently had not been told that we would be making bridesmaid dress purchases upon finding the right ones. I guess she was rude because she expected we werent purchasing anything and just wasting her time. We left out of there spending close to $500.00 for 2 bridesmaid dress BEFORE alterations in which we later found out would be close to another $100.00- $150.00. Upon asking and before purchasing dresses they would not disclose price of alterations and even told us we should order a size larger because they sample dress ran a different size. It was all a scheme to make more money off us while completing disregarding our wishes to stay under budget and while completing disregarding that the experience should have been an enjoyable one as this is one of the most special times in a woman life. Horrible! Horrible experience!! I have apologized repeatedly to my friend, the bride, and her family because I referred her based off my experience 2 years before...wow have their ethics changed since then. I will NEVER again refer anyone, instead I will be sure to warn everyone.

Awesome ServiceI found just what I was looking for online. I contacted Nancy and it was still available, so I made the 3 hour drive through rush hour traffic. Kaitlyn quickly found the dress and it fit almost perfect. April was able to make some minor adjustments and sent us on our way. They have an amazing staff and Id highly recommend them to my friends.

Even though I didnt purchase anything from the store, I really appreciated the excellent customer service. I made a last-minute appointment and the woman who assisted me was also assisting another bride at the same time. Im pretty sure that the other bride had an appointment booked in advance! So I really appreciate the manager squeezing me in while still being attentive to the other bride. They also had all of the dresses that I wanted to view already out and ready for me to try on when I arrived.

I cant say enough good things about Bridal Sense. They have awesome, relaxed service, which is quite a contrast from some other pushy salons I went to in the search process. The salespeople are so sweet, really listen to what you want, and dont try to pressure you into anything. They have GREAT prices, and a surprisingly big selection. I got my dress for $200!! For plus sized brides who are tired of the big women like tacky things mindset that so many designers seem to have, this is an especially good place to go.For regular sized and plus sized brides alike, I would recommend everybody begin their bridal gown search at Bridal Sense. The prices really cant be beat, the staff is wonderful, and the selection is fantastic. I found my dream dress here and I cant wait to walk down the aisle in it!UPDATE: Took my best friend here over Christmas to look for her dress. It was the first place we went, and she got the third dress she tried on which looks gorgeous. Same wonderful service as before. Definitely go here!

I had my very first bridal appointment last night with Bridal Sense and it was fabulous! I could not have been happier with my experience! I found a dress that I absolutely love! I have a couple more dress appointments at different stores, but the bar is set so high now, Im not sure other places can meet my expectations! This is a little gem in Sandy Springs! If you are looking for great customer service and a good selection of gowns, come here!

I went here yesterday and though I didnt buy a dress (yesterday was my first day trying on wedding dresses) I had a great experience. The dresses range in price but this is a great place for someone on a budget! Just because the dresses arent pricey doesnt mean this place isnt super organized and takes pride in their dresses. Each dress is protected in a bag (as it should be) and labeled with a picture so you can see what it looks like ON before you bring it to the dressing room. Most impressive was the service. The girls who work there are outgoing, extremely helpful, and basically made my trying-on experience wonderful. I wanted to buy a dress simply because I liked them so much. Very, very impressed.

Definitely check this place out if you want a deal! They do alterations in house too so that is awesome. They list all the discounted designer gowns they have online, so you can check it out. They also have a clearance rack at the store that you can check out. I found a beautiful Alfred Angelo for a steal! Highly recommend this store!

My dress buying experience was unique, and stressful, in that I was preparing for 2 different ceremonies, 1 abroad and 1 in the US. When I walked into Bridal Sense, the 1st occasion was approaching on a tight time frame, and the second had yet to even be planned. However, the ladies there, especially April, relieved my stress from the very first visit.For ceremony 1, I was shopping only for samples, as there was no time to order. There were a few I really liked, but none that quite fit the occasion. When I ended up finding a great deal on a dress off a sale rack at another shop, I immediately contacted April to request alterations and she graciously obliged. She seamlessly remade the dress, reducing it by about 4 sizes, altering the cut, the train, and the neckline, and ensured that every detail was perfect for the location and feel of ceremony 1, all within a reasonably tight time frame.A year or so later, ceremony 2 was on the horizon. I was torn between buying a new dress or rewearing the perfect one I already had. So back to April my dress and I went. Together we brainstormed some ideas to remake this dress yet again, giving it a different look but with some of the same feel. And again, it is absolutely perfect!April has been nothing but patient, attentive, and understanding as I attempted to figure out what I wanted in a wedding dress, not once but twice. She is thorough and detailed, devoting as much time and attention as was required to each fitting and alteration. The end results were stunning, and as best I can tell, her work is that of a master of her trade.

I went here with my best friend who was looking for a dress (she found one!). ALL the staff were warm and welcoming, the selection was great and very affordable, and we were not pressured AT ALL to make a decision. We took a lot of time browsing and trying on the favorites. When my friend decided to buy the dress, she was sure she was doing the right thing! We love Bridal Sense!!

ANY response to those would have been appreciated and of proper customer service.

I have mixed emotions about this place. I loved it because there were a lot of affordable dresses, the consultant made sure I stayed within my budget which I can surely appreciate, and I never pressured to make any decisions. At the same time, I felt rushed. I made an appointment, yet I was being told multiple times while looking through dresses that you need to start trying on dresses, we have other appointments which I did not like at all. If im going to spend my money, I should be able to take as much time as I want to. With that being said, I bought my dress elsewhere.

After a couple of terrible experiences at other dress shops in the area, Bridal Sense beyond made up for it. They gave me as much time as I needed to look around, and answered all of my questions. Finally found my dress after looking for a year and a half! Perfect staff, they deserve all five stars.

The ladies in this shop was very helpful. However, if you plan on visiting, and it’s a Saturday, make an appointment. Otherwise, you won’t get much attention that day. Go during the week when it’s not as busy.

After being SO discouraged and going to so many different bridal shops in GA and MI to find the perfect, affordable dress, I was so pleased with Bridal Sense. Ophelia helped me along with two other ladies as well. They were SO helpful and so wonderful to work with. I was really trying to stay within a $500 budget and they ended up finding me a $199 dress! If you have looked at other places and have been feeling discouraged and pressured, GO TO BRIDAL SENSE! WONDERFUL WONDERFUL PLACE!

When it comes to finding a dress, I would give this place five stars. I had a great experience choosing my dress. The store has a lot of different options and their dress consultants are fabulous. The reason for my low rating is because after I purchased my dress I unfortunately chose to also get my dress altered at Bridal Sense and it is one of the biggest regrets I have from my wedding. The woman (I believe her name was Ms. Tay) who completed my alterations was very rude (which was honestly very surprising since everyone else I worked with at the store was very kind and accommodating). She was adamant that I had to add a hoop to my gown, which I knew I didnt want, but because of her insisting I ended up trying 3 different hoops. Ultimately, I still decided I didnt want to have a hoop and was very clear this was not something I was interested in. But then at my final fitting (less than two weeks out from my wedding date), I went into the shop assuming my dress would be complete only to find that Ms. Tay had hemmed my dress assuming she could still convince me to buy a hoop. Even after telling her again that I did not want a hoop she continued to argue with me telling me that at her other shops they REQUIRE brides to add a hoop to dresses like mine and she insisted I try more hoops on. So again I try on three more hoops. Im almost in tears at this point because at no point during the time that I bought my dress did anyone mention I would need a hoop, and with the hoop my dress looked completely different than I wanted. I still insisted that I did not want a hoop. (As a side note: the owner of the shop saw all of this happen during both fittings and did nothing to stick up for me as the fitting was progressively going down hill.) But because Ms. Tay did the alterations assuming I would wear a hoop my dress was about 3-4 inches too long and I could not walk in it at all. Ms. Tay does get bonus points because she completed the hem within four hours after this appointment was over. But at this point I was so upset, I decided to go home and calm down and schedule a different time to pick up my dress. Before I picked up my dress, I sent the owner of the store an email letting her know about my frustration. She was very kind in her email and told me she noticed my frustration in the appointment and had already talk to Ms. Tay about the issue. While I appreciated her apology, its my opinion that a business should not make you pay full price for a service you are not happy with, ESPECIALLY when the business also acknowledges that the service was not up to their standards either. Bridal sense offered zero discount or concession for the extra trouble for my bad experience. Even if they only offered a small discount off of my alterations cost, that would have been enough to avoid this bad review.Also one more thing to note: Ms. Tay gave me zero options for the buttons she used for my bustle. I guess I should have asked, but the buttons she ended up using are the clear, plastic buttons... which in my opinion look very cheap and take away from my dresses style. Oh well.So long story short: I do recommend bridal sense as an excellent place to buy a wedding dress, and I guarantee you will have a wonderful experience while choosing a dress. But DO NOT get your alterations done here.

DO NOT TRY TO CONSIGN YOUR DRESS HERE. The staff examined my dress closely and said it looked (to quote them) in excellent condition and should sell quickly. I received a call from the manager a few days later saying that she saw stains and they are now refusing to consign it (the small stains to the underside of the train were visible when they agreed to take it in). I already paid the fee for them to consign it and signed the agreement- now I am having to drive back across town to pick it up. This shop clearly does NOT hold up their end of a signed contract. You will be on the losing end if you consign here.EDIT: I received a very long and angry message from the owner in regards to my negative review- she insulted me (and my husband even!!- Why is he now involved??!) directly and asked me to take down the negative review. Please take your business elsewhere to a place with integrity and professionalism.
