I set my Appointment with Nick to have an alarm installed on my vehicle. I called and asked about the best alarm he had to offer and he explained it to me in great detail about its functions. I set an appointment that I was unable to keep and they were very accommodating with rescheduling. I took my vehicle in an it was done roughly in the time they said it would be. Nick again explained to me excellent detail how and what my alarm would do. So far so good. And Im very pleased. Would definitely recommend this for your car security needs.

I had them install two 10 inch subs and all new speakers in my truck. Taylor was easy to work with and helped me pick out the right system. Installation was great and everything was done within the timeline they gave me.

Nick and the Techs hooked me up! Took my F150 in last week for a quote on a new sound system.. I had no idea what I wanted but knew how much I wanted to spend. Nick spent a good while explaining all of my options and number crunching. I left feeling excited. I went home and googled all the materials and found everything to be $20 - $90 cheaper than other stores online. All parts had 4.5+ out of 5 rating.. at this point I knew I was in good hands. We had to wait for a part with delayed shipping (being so close to Christmas) but Nick went above and beyond to source one locally for me and scheduled me in immediately. I dropped my truck off in the morning and picked it up same day with new speakers, tweeters, Amp & sub installed perfectly. Very clean, efficient work by the techs.. you couldnt tell they had been inside of my truck except for the new parts and banging tunes. Highly recommend!

After having a pretty terrible experience with trusting a friend to install my audio system, I was hesitant to take my vehicle anywhere else. However, it needed to be fixed desperately and Shaun was my superhero. We went to visit him at Cartunes to get an idea of what would need to be done to not only fix the wiring but also get the sound I was truly after. I scheduled an appointment and they had my car for a little over a day. I am not lying when I say, I had tears of joy when I picked it up and got to hear it. He got it to sound exactly how I wanted! My intentions were to buy the most expensive system possible, but shortly after speaking with one of their salesman Nick Mullins. I quickly changed my mind. Nick listened to me and suggested which audio manufacturer I should go with based off of the type of music I listen to and explained why instead of just selling me what I came to buy. From there I started working with their master technician/Shop Foreman John Bretttle. John assessed my car and recommended only what I needed to have the best audio experience and saved me a little money lol. John also kept in mind that I was a traveler and needed my trunk space while designing my system. He designed and built a custom sub woofer box for my spare tire compartment to preserve my trunk space while also maintaining a professional (clean, neat, and organized) look. Even when I wanted to spend more money he advised against it, saying that I wouldnt have the best experience with what I wanted. This showed me that they werent out to get the most money that they could from customers, instead they wanted to provide them with the best experience possible. Upon receiving I was given a walk through of everything that had been done to my car and how to use it. I also had a compustar theft system installed which includes the drone app. Their specialist Will installed this system and programmed it to work the way I wanted it to. Heated seats in the winter and cooled seats in the summer come in handy :-). My experience with Cartunes has been second to none and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

You can trust that they will do a clean and professional install, unlike Best Buy where you might worry about them dinging up your car. The pricing is reasonable and even though they do a lot of high end cars, yet dont treat you any differently if you come in with a Scion, like me. Willy was my installer and he did a great job and was very helpful in answering my questions and making sure everything works properly!

I took my 06 350z here for a radio install. The original owner had a tablet conversion in the dash so there was no slot for a radio. I spoke with Shaun and he got me hooked up with a custom install behind the drivers seat in a storage cubby. The installer (Pouya) did an excellent job. Everything looks like it came from the factory. Excellent customer service, and great installation. Will only take my car to CarTunes from now on!!

Went and picked up my 2016 Street Glide today. Absolutely blown away. The staff, as always, is super helpful and able to help you pick out just what you need. I got my factory speakers replaced, added two more speakers in the lower fairings, and changed my headlight. The bike has never sounded or looked as good. Ive always trusted them with my trucks in the past so I already knew who to take the bike to once it was time to upgrade. Swing by the shop you wont leave disappointed I promise.

Havent done business with them but I didnt get a good impression of the company. I have called them twice for a quote for a remote start for my car. The first time I called the guy who answered the phone said that he had to get a quote from a technician and that he would call me back. No phone call. I called again 2 days later and told them that I never received a phone call for the quote. The second guy took my name, number and email and said that he would email me the quote. Never got the quote. Not a good first impression

This company has alot of good reviews which is why I went to them. Long story short I feel as if certain customers getting treating differently which isnt much different from any other business. Another company thats more concerned with putting an extra dollar in there pocket as compared to making sure the customer is satisfied. I payed 130 an hr to get my car back and there were wires ran improperly. Along with some other issues that I wont mention but these people jeopardizeintegrity to put money in the pockets .Clearly it was a rushed job after which I make a comment about and I was told if the money right they can do anything. LOL thats a JOKE. Dont feel as if I got a 1500 job done as far as audio Installation you win some and you lose some.

Put sound back into my 2006 Kia Spectra. The once good factory radio was on a slow death over the years. Cartunes recommended a Kenwood setup that sounds awesome. We got 4 Kenwwod speakers and a Kenwood deck. It wont knock the paint off the car but it does a great job. I love the bluetooth for Alexa and the fact I can play my ipod and ipod shuffle through the radio. Also the hands free phone feature is great- especially in the state of Georgia where it is a law to have it

Had my aux cord break in the input jack and Cartunes was able to immediately tell me they wouldn’t be able to get it out without taking it apart, but Nick knew exactly how to set up Bluetooth audio with my specific car model. Very helpful and didn’t even cost me anything! Super friendly service.

I purposely waited a little while to write my review just to get used to the new equipment. I came to these guys to get a remote start system installed on my 2016 STI. Immediately when I initiated the conversation they knew exactly what needed to be done to accomplish the install and we were able to get it on schedule within a week from my call (install was around 6 hours). The installer Jon was really familiar with the system and super professional throughout all of our interactions. After the install was done I was extremely impressed with the overall quality, it feels factory in how it integrates and everything they claimed about how it functions has been 100% accurate. I cant really recommend these guys enough for anything related to car electronics, worth every penny.

Recently, I have spent quite a bit of time at Car Tunes. First they installed a fancy radio but sadly it was stolen from my car (in my garage!). What is wrong with people??? So they installed another lovely, very fancy radio in my car. Both radios were excellent!!! It was fast and easy to schedule the installation(s). They explained the radios clearly and I could actually work them. No small feat for me. Ive been back two times, once to adjust the audio on the hands-free and again to have them pair a new phone with the radio. In both instances they walked out and did it on the spot and told me (with a smile!) there was no charge, its just part of the service. They are totally professional and able to give very clear, easy to follow directions. In general, Im intimidated by these sorts of places and on first glance I was here as well. These folks look very serious, but you are greeted immediately when you go in the door and they are very interested and helpful. Im just not a tech savvy person but they were undaunted and quite patient. By the end, I felt pretty smart and competent......and there was not charge for that either! If youre in the market for audio, you cant go wrong here. I cant say enough nice things!

Wow - what a great shop!! After I was able to purchase my dream car (a convertible ///M6), I was referred to these guys by several trusted folks. Nick and Phil really took great care of me and my baby, installing an ALP/net radar integrated laser shifting and radar detection system, as well as window tint. The install was so clean and done to perfection.Theyve also been great with customer service afterwards, spending lots of time configuring the system and showing me all the functionality. What a great shop with a true commitment to serving their customers!

I was actually pretty disappointed with my system. I went in multiple times after the system was installed as I kept hearing a rattling in one of the tweeters and pink noise. Melvin and the technician insisted it wasnt blown. Melvin was extremely rude and condescending. The problem continued and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and quality of the sound. I bought a cheaper system for my other car at Best Buy seven years ago and it sounded far superior... Ive never had a problem since.After the third time going in to get it looked at, Brian assisted me. He was extremely attentive, nice and was willing to do whatever to help fix the problem. He worked WITH the technician to address all my concerns and I cant tell you how much better it sounds.Sorry to say, but I would give Cartunes ONE star if it wasnt for Brian. If you do choose to go here, ask for Brian!

They did such an excellent job at installing my jammer system that I brought my car back to have them do the whole audio system. The install quality and advice were too notch. Actually Cartunes deserves more than a 5 star rating. I am still amazed at the level of personalized services that I am getting from this company. I have now 3 cars where I have had them installing a range of auto electronics. Every time they were prepared to collect the new car at the dealership (sometimes with great effort), and the installations have been done exactly as I wanted them. There was not problem (and only a great willingness) to make changes whenever I want, even months after the install, with them coming to my home to do this. Hard to believe I know as this is definitely not the market norm, but I guess this is exactly the quality what they need to be to serve the premium auto market segment. They have even been willing to remove some of my old systems, sell the systems on eBay, and replace them with more up to date versions, all at an extremely competitive price. Whenever I need updates of software, there has never been a question - I can just make an appointment, and this is done as part of the original install. I have been dealing with both Nick and Dak, and it is a great pleasure for me to recommend anyone to visit Cartunes if they want to rediscover what the word customer service ought to be!

These guys did a great job on my Lexus IS-F. They installed some Blinder Laser Jammers and Hardwired my Valentine1 with some cut off switches. Install was very clean and everything works great. I recommend this place for any custom electronics for your car!

Really loved this place! I walked in and asked about getting a new radio installed. They took the time to show me the available models and listened to what I was interested in and helped me decide on the best one for me.
