Could not recommend Ideal Diamond enough. From the beginning, they were very friendly and made sure that I was educated before even looking at any of the diamonds. They made sure to know my price range and didnt try to over sell me on anything above that. The whole process was very relaxed and I never felt pressured into making a purchase. I ended up selecting a diamond the first time I visited and they helped me choose a band and got the ring to me within a week. Once I proposed, my fiance loved the ring but I missed on the size. Ideal Diamond made sure I could come in right in after that to get it resized and they got the ring back to me within a couple of days, which I really appreciated. Couldnt have asked for a better engagement ring buying experience. I was referred to Sam and Tomer by a friend who recently purchased and designed one through them, and it went exactly like he had described. After making an appointment and describing the diamond I was looking for prior to my visit, Sam had a few waiting for me when I got there. He took his time and described different aspects in detail you cant find online or in a larger retail jewelry store. After choosing and paying for the diamond on site, Tomer and I went back and forth on the setting via email, which he almost nailed the first try. Once that was agreed upon, it was just 15 days before the ring was ready for shipment. The end product was even better than I was hoping for and loved by my fiancée and everyone whos seen it, asking where I purchased the ring. On top of everything stated so far, the ring was a little large (not due to their mistake at all, I just had the incorrect size from the beginning) and I had to get it re-sized; I shipped it back on Thursday and just received it back on Monday night. Ill be referring anyone and everyone whos in the market going forward. Even though I live in Boston, the savings I received on the ring itself, plus the ease (and enjoyment) of the process, more than made up for the flight cost and travel to Atlanta. Thank you guys!
