The hardware man that helped us with today was very knowledgeable about the store and was able to direct us where we needed to go to find hard to find items it was a pleasure working with him and I will keep coming back to Ace because thats where I get the best service

Employees not wearing masks. Also very casual about customer service. I was told completely different things by different employees on where something was. They were both wrong... just come show me the item.

Cant find it in the disorganized or empty parts drawers or cant find help in either of the Big Box stores? Better come here in the first place!

Im 1 block away but rarely go as they never have what I need. Staff is friendly and nice but have no advice to give or assist. They cant tell you where things are in the store without a computer. Its just too small and hours are limited so I go to Dunwoody Ace instead - they have it all and its a real hardware store with same staff that knows their stuff.

I went here last week and needed help finding some tools, so I reached out and asked Rosa if she could help me out she said “she didn’t work at that department” and still didn’t manage to tell someone else to help me out the unprofessionalism and attitude she showed towards me was no way a customer should be treated at that point I wasn’t going to argue and just walked off y’all need to do something about that Employee Rosa if you want more business at that store..

The employees here are simply great. I have visited the store on many occasions and they are always so helpful and pleasant. They take the time to understand your need or problem and do their best to help you find a solution. They are consistently great!

Called before driving all the way over to make sure that the item I needed was in stock. When I got there they didn’t have the item and evidently never did. The employee that I spoke to denied having spoken to me about it, so I called the number again while I was standing there, and she answered the phone right in front of me. She was the only female employee that I saw there, so it must have been her that I had spoken to about the item that I needed. Then she tried to sell me on an inferior and unsafe product stating “this will do the job just as well.” It’s clear that she had just told me that they had the product in stock to get me into the store. I had other things that I need to buy, but I would rather spend my money elsewhere. I won’t be returning to this store.

Total wast of my gas and time. The young man with the dark hair his customer service skills are the absolute worst. Its good for emptying the trash and thats about it.

OMG I CAME IN LAST FRIDAY AND THAT EMPLOYEE ROSA IS SOOO INCOMPETENT I ASKED TO BE SHOWN WHERE THE LIGHT BULBS WERE AND SHE TOOK ME TO THE PAINT SECTION ALSO NOT THE FIRST TIME IVE HAD ISSUES WITH HER SHE SHOULD BE FIRED!!!!!!!!

Always great service!! Sometimes I dont want to deal with the hassle of going to the bigger home improvement stores, Ace always has what Im looking for and more. Their prices are competitive and the service is the best.

Sad thing you cant give it a zero star customer service was awful I was unfortunate enough to get Rosa Im pretty sure she was high she kept talking about the most random stuff

I love his Ace! Fili and Rosa are such a great team they were very helpful and just the sweetest people ever.

Alan put together a replacement pull out kitchen sink hose for me with a coupling that worked great. He took the time to configure the universal kit to my sink sprayer and made sure I knew exactly how to install it when I got home - I would have forgotten the plumbers tape and just screwed it in. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The big box stores dont carry unique couplings that I often need to deal with the older plumbing in my condo and I literally usually have to go back 3 or 4 times and spend hours trying to figure out solutions. I cannot believe how quickly Alan solved my problem - what a relief - and the price of the universal kit was cheaper than the one I found at Lowes. The front of the store has a beautiful selection of gifts, decor, Tyler candles, OXO products and a very nice Southern blonde lady to help you find whatever you are looking for.

Great store! They have a gorgeous selection of gifts as well as the traditional hardware part.The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable.

I was really looking forward to the opening of this store a couple of years ago. Then, it took almost a year, after announcing their opening, that they finally opened. Sad to say, but pretty much every time I go to find something at this store, Im disappointed. Upon first entering, you think youre in a ladys boutique.
