Today was my first time here, but it definitely won’t be my last! Staff is super nice. Food was delicious! I ordered the BBQ wrap and the coffee smoothie. You can TELL the ingredients are fresh and oh so good for you, and not just because they made it to order! I have been searching for a healthy food place, and I have found it! Thanks guys!

Im a little disappointed. I ordered the Intense One. It taste like chalk its honestly not a good balance of ingredients. It taste as though a bunch of different powerds were poured in. The size of the salad compared to the small pack if dressing you get well I ate mine dry so I wouldnt be disappointed for the lack of dressing and over priced small pack. I got through it but probably wont go back. For my super health nuts this may be the place for you. For my clean eaters or looking for something quick and healthy this may not be your place.After the owner response I definitely wont be returning. The super defense mode is what you should do as an owner. But also understand you may not be for everyone. Reviews are personal preference. I stated that they werent mine. And after reading some reviews they had some similar feelings. I didnt ask for change just gave my honest review.

I love Clean Juice but they are very rude at this location. None of the young individuals working greet you or engage with you at all. It also has taken over 30 minutes just to get order on several occasions. This is the only location I’ve been to where everyone is extremely rude and lack customer service skills. Yikes. They also mess up my order every single time I come ignoring the notes printed on the cup or bowl. Literally I have been to this location well over 10 times and my order has only been correct once. When I order add ins like pitaya, it is never in my cup but I am always charged for it and it is written on the label. When I ask for things off, they are always on. I’m not sure what type of training went into this specific location but no.

This is the juice place you were looking for. Fresh/real fruits and veggies (some are fresh frozen) no artificial stuff. Easily modified because they make the smoothies, wraps and bowls right then. Great ingredients. Really good.

My spouse and I did the Beginner Cleanse over the Labor Day weekend and we feel great! This location was wonderful and we felt like we got very personal assistance with our order. We will be back!

I visited this place because a friend told me about it. I wish I would have never visited. They open at 7am but there was a sign on the door that stated they will open at 9am. Thats cool I waited 30mins for them to open. I walked in the building at 9:02am a tall slender lady with blonde hair stated without greeting me Do you have an online order? I said no. She began saying We dont open until 9am and we are still setting up and she walked away to the back. I Waited in the lobby 2-3mins until one of the workers came back to the front. I asked another young lady should I come back? She looked at the clock and said no you are fine. The other lady came to the register and said maam what do you need .In my opinion Thats not how you take an order. She should have said How may I help you. Overall they have poor customer service and they do not smile or greet you. After the other young lady started preparing my order the lady that took my order started spraying cleaning spray and wipping down the glass windows that the fresh ingredients are kept behind. I thought that was a little bit much considering this is food they are serving and some of the eating utensils got sprayed so I didnt grab one. Luckily I had a spoon in my car.Order: I ordered the berry Acai bowl and they did not blend the frozen fruit well so I had several large chunks of frozen fruit in my bowl. For $11.80 they should take more pride in providing the best. I Was highly disappointed. Overall, my experience was terrible and I will never return to that place of business again. I felt like they didnt appreciate my business at all and that they dont take pride in their job.

A little rude. Did not greet me when I walked in. Maybe it’s the color of my skin.... who knows ? But I did notice that the ladies definitely greeted the white customers. I’ll definitely try out the other location in Marietta before I completely cross this one out.

Super Rude, late on orders, I just noticed after couple months they added 20% tip on each order without my permission. Very unprofessional

Great juice options to choose from as well as Create Your Own. Superb customer service. I called an order in from NY. Chloe helped my order reach a friend in Atlanta! Chloe made sure the juice was secure for delivery and untampered with. She even adjusted my order with a last minute change. Thank you, Chloe!!!!The delivery was made sooner than expected. Love the scripture on each cup. Hurray up and bring a Clean Juice location to NY

Everything I’ve tried from here has been refreshing and the servers are always very kind. Only complaint would be the server Zohra. Unfortunately she was not very pleasant and as kind as all of the other servers. Only reason for giving 4 stars and not 5.

OMG!!! The service here is amazing, I went in to try this place because Ive never had it before and your juicerista ANABEL made me an youthful one. I would totally recommend coming back and getting another one of those. Anabel is amazing and would love to get my drinks made by her again!!

Meatless Monday’s or just feel like eating clean. I would definitely say Clean juice is a great place to grab that healthy bite. So many amazing smoothie options and juice blends. Yasss they have Avocado Toast as well. Ooosounds delicious after a great run or workout. The staff so great and full of life. The staffers very friendly and helpful in deciding on what to get. Very clean and modern feel to the shop. Smoothie has a great creamy texture. I ordered the chocolate one but was disappointed that it didn’t taste like chocolate at all. My fiancé ordered the double one smoothie and that was much better tasting! I would give this place another try. Parking is not to difficult.

SHORT STORY: JUST YES, okay!Longer version: This is my second experience with this company, but first visit to this location. The young women working at the front were so sweet and courteous. I had “The Pumpkin One’ and the “Garden Wrap”— as a Vegan, sometimes it’s hard to get something that’s organic AND tasty, but MY GOODNESS! So happy I decided to start my morning here! For many reasons, I’ll be back!

I ordered a golden latte & a balanced bowl online. When I got to the store I was informed that they were out of the golden latte...no big deal. They offered their pumpkin spice latte instead. When I tried it the drink tasted like cinnamon & hot water. The drink was very gritty and not good at all. They offered to add some almond milk to make it more creamy, that helped a little. I didn’t drink the latte. I feel like it was a waste of $5, It really is not a pleasant taste. The salad/quinoa bowl was good. The only thing is the quinoa was a little dry & they left off an extra dressing that I paid for. When I finally noticed I was already almost back at work. It was a very underwhelming experience to say the least, I don’t think I’ll be eating here again unfortunately.

Worst salad ever. Poor quality of ingredients and care of whomever prepared it. I couldn’t eat it. Will never order again.

Why are they not open? They were closed on Monday, 8/23/21 due to staffing issues. I called yesterday to make sure they were open, no answer. I called today to see if they were open, no answer. They need to update their website when they are not open!

FABULOUS place. I was so excited to see this place opening in Sandy Springs - all organic, fresh, and run by a great group of people. The menu changes out per season and new items are introduced, all delicious and amazing! SUPER happy to see this in the area and glad to see they have a steady stream of customers frequenting their location. :)

I used to love clean juice! Maybe it’s just this location that isn’t up to par. They are very rude, not accommodating and even more slow. You can substitute a fruit for another fruit and they will double charge you even though you are actually getting the same or less produce than the original price.

The atmosphere of the store was amazing and the staff took care of me far quicker than the estimated wait time that I was given. The only thing that keeps me from coming back is that the prices are unjustifiably high. Maybe it’s great from a business owner’s POV but as a consumer, I can’t justify spending $10 on a drink when I can get fresh juices from Arden’s Garden for less than half the price. Sure there are some differences in what you provide but not enough for me to justify spending $10 on juices. I’d love to try various items on your menu but I’m not sure that I will. I’d love to give a place like this 5 stars because this is right up my alley but even as a foodie that rarely caps spending on food, I have to say this one crosses the threshold.

Terrible service! You can wait 5 minutes and nobody talk with you the team takes their time. No answer for my greetings. The products are not bad but the derive is like no service.

You should keep to your posted hours. I drove 25 mins to get there. Store hours say open till 6:00. I checked online before I headed to the store. Also posted on the door your are open till 6pm. I arrived at 5:16I walk in and they say sorry we are closed. Not very fair when you spend time and gas to get there. Not very happy with this store. I spend a lot of money at this place. Sometimes of over 150.00 a week. Very inconsiderate of peoples time. Very disappointed 😞

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff;watery açaí bowl (that didn’t taste or look like proper açaí);too costly for too little; indecent amount of granola and too-thickly-sliced bananaThey almost gave me mine without the strawberry or the berries on top; I had to call them out to put so, and they didn’t even apologize.

Clean place but the smoothies aren’t worth the price my smoothie tasted like almond milk and ice and wasn’t blended very well at all. My wrap made my stomach hurt a lot of processed meat and cheese ingredients. I probably won’t try again.

We LOVE Clean Juice Sandy Springs! Our clients love to grab a clean smoothie or juice before or after their workouts. Their Juice Cleanses are delicious and keep you full all day long. I ate a few nuts in between just like they suggested and I felt great! I even felt like i was detoxing for the next few days! The staff is friendly and accommodating, the facility is clean, and everything is ORGANIC! We will continue to enjoy lots of Juices and suggest any of their Juice Cleanses if you are looking for a delicious way to Reset!

Usually go to the West Midtown location but stopped by here. They put a lot of ice in my juice vs filling my cup of with juice like other establishments. This is the 1st time I’ve had ice in my juice. Also my avocado toast weren’t good.

Probably the least enthusiastic staff I’ve ever seen. First time here and I probably won’t be back. The people working here are ridiculously unfriendly. No hello when you walk in, they take orders by saying “ do you know what you want” and when you say thank you they don’t respond. Lovely.

I love popping into Clean Juice Sandy Springs after a workout at nearby TURN or after a sauna session at Hot Box Sandy Springs. The juices are all organic and delicious. The shop is very clean and the staff are always very friendly.

Very kind staff! My cupholder malfunctioned today as I was walking out, and I appreciated the understanding the juicerista had for my circumstance!Also everything is delicious, and the store is extremely clean.

Owner was extremely responsive and apologized for the mix up. Came back and got a bowl a few days later. Extremely yummy!! Kindness and understanding goes a long way. However cashier was still unfriendly.

Great Customer service

I have been to this location twice, probably the worst service ever both times. Horrible customer experience..... Only one person working the counter taking orders and then and making juice one order at a time, after waiting 15 minutes to place my order the young man tells me they are out of eggs needs for the avocado toast. How can a place that has such a limited menu be out of key ingredients so early in the morning? Place was small and very dirty, lousy service, I would suggest going to Whole Foods across the street or somewhere else.

On the hunt for an açaí bowl to start the year off strong and Clean Juice was located near our hotel in the burbs. I have visited Clean Juice locations in other cities so I knew what to expect going in. I opted for the cold brew banana açaí bowl with cocoa nibs added spinach and the cashew milk with Himalayan sea salt (it pairs swimmingly with coffee). Our carryout visit was swift and parking was easy just outside the shop. Unfortunately, their goji berries were stale and had a crunch versus a chew. The strawberries on the berry bowl are seasonal so we were surprised when they didnt replace it with an alternative fruit or garnish in its place given the $10.50 price point per bowl. The bottled and pressed juices are also on the pricey side at $8 per small bottle.

The staff at Clean Juice are always friendly and helpful when trying to decide on what to drink or eat. I also really love their one day juice cleanse (especially after a weekend of eating/drinking too much!). There are six juices in their one day cleanse, which are to be drank in the following order:1. Sweet Green - just as the name implies, it is sweet-ish and green colored. Easy to drink as a way to start your day.2. Orange - gets it color mostly from carrots, not oranges. It is a great late morning refreshing drink.3. Green - this one is probably the most nutritionally important of all the juices, and the lemon and ginger do their best to balance with the very strong taste veggie taste of kale, spinach, and celery. My advise on this one... plug your nose and chug!4. Yellow - this might be my favorite juice of the bunch... a nice one for your ride home from work. Lemony, sweetened with honey & spiced up with cayenne.5. Red - a hearty dinner time juice with beets as the main flavor profile that I get. Its not so beet-y though that it leaves you with a bad aftertaste though.6. White - after a long day of drinking your fruits and veggies, this is a real cashew milk-y treat that your taste buds will thank you for.Go to Clean Juice and be a healthier you! YASSSS!!! I travel and first discovered Clean Juice in NC when looking for an organic place to grab some things and go! I’m super excited that this location opened near me and frequent it often! My favorite things are the White, Cacao, Celery, Beet and Lemon drinks, avocado toast, protein smoothies and the bulletproof coffee is simply amazing!! I usually add stevia and almond milk to my coffee and I enjoy this with nothing added- it’s THAT good! The atmosphere is so clean and contemporary... the staff is fun and helpful and there’s even a jar for any prayer requests- no matter what your beliefs, it’s nice to know that someone is taking their time to pray for something important to you! :) This makes one of my top 5 favorite places in the Atlanta area!!! If you haven’t checked it out, go and see for yourself. I HIGHLY recommend it :)
