Always great customer service! The large selection of liquor is also great. Highly recommended.

I was on the hunt for Banhez Mezcal. A new drink I came across and HAD to have it for personal use. Turns out, your average liquor store doesnt carry it. More internet searches and 45 minute drive, put me here. They had what I needed plus an extensive selection of other Mezcals to try.

The selection was very good but my experience was... 🤔 weird. At 1st all seemed great... then I started reading a couple of bottle labels, looked up & caught the cashier-fella leaned over the counter, in the front of the store watching me, & not in the helpful kind of way...as i was toward the end of the aisle.....he had to lean out because he was in the front...anywho there are better ways to watch customers such as the person that was stocking, passed a few times & nicely asked if I needed any help....which was appropriate.

I do not ever leave reviews but I wanted to in hopes that the address some issues there so that other people do not have the same experience. My shopping trip was not good at all. I had never been here before but my first time here the employees were just extremely rude. It seemed like I bothered them by entering the store. They were just so condescending when I needed assistance that I honestly just gave up on trying to get any help. I believe the employees name was Kaitlin. It made me just want to leave and not spend at that store. I would rather keep going to Tower on Piedmont so I can get a better selection and service that doesnt leave me feeling uncomfortable.

Pretty cool little place . I liked the beer selection and they have my common irish whiskeys as well as a few labels I havent tried so thats cool .. as far as the staff that everyone speaks of they are nice enough to me and my girlfriend and pretty helpful so I dont see the issue .. Ill be back for sure

Selection is better at other stores. Mostly my negative review comes from how I saw them treat a customer who simply wanted a little help. It was very uncomfortable to watch them talk down to a young girl over a little question. That’s enough to make me shop elsewhere.

1st time here...went with my Son who lives nearby. Everyone was friendly especially the young lady with the purple hair! Store was very organized and clean.

Excellent selection for such a small footprint. Covers a wide range of red wines and gins, which I am partial to. Also one of the first to carry the new King Cube clear ice blocks for whiskey. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

Best beer, liquor, & wine store near Chastain. Doug and his team are extremely knowledge able. Always helpful (including carrying your purchase to the car). Would rather shop here than anywhere else.

Easily the best bottle shop in Atlanta, drive up from East Atlanta to come here. Super friendly, helpful staff & stuff you cant find anywhere else.

Such a disappointing experience. Ive been in multiple times as I live down the street, and while a few of the staff members are always knowledgeable and friendly (the older guy with the long beard and the bald guy, namely), the other staff are condescending and seem to not even care about customer service (including a female staff member who I caught rolling her eyes at me the last time I was in there).There are a ton of other options in the area who seem to actually still care about the customer experience.

Location was convenient. Beer selection is craft but particular. A decent selection of bourbon and whiskeys but not the premium selections I was looking for. Was looking for a particular bourbon but was told they didn’t have it. I later asked about a particular whiskey and was told he never heard of it while having several other batches from the same brand. I’ve been here twice and it doesn’t seem there is an interest in human interaction.Amended: I found the Bakers and Barrel Dovetail I was looking for at a shop 5 mins up the street so I’d suggest looking around, which is what I should’ve done first.

Class a all the way around. A top notch store. The staff is incredibly smart knowledgeable and friendly and nice. The hours of operation are awesome and the selection is out of this world. I have thoroughly enjoyed the things I have purchased from this store and plan to be a customer for life. The staff there has a phenomenal taste for store picks. Great selection of spirits and wine.

Great stuff in a small space

Hands down best selection of single malt scotch whisky from around the globe. A diverse offering of craft beer and excellent wines. Prices so competitive that they frequently undercut the national big box retailers. All this, coupled with a remarkably well informed staff that makes you feel like you are Norm from Cheers.
