If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called for a quote & they wouldnt even give me the time of day. The man I spoke to was very rude and claimed he couldn’t help before knowing what I even wanted .. ? Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend to a stranger.... They do not want your business.Update: as you can clearly see by his reply, this man has no type of professionalism.. pathetic. As a business owner myself I would never speak to a potential client like that. I did not ask for services to be provided the same day. I simply asked for a quote to which he rudely responded that he had no time and proceeded to hang up. Unbelievable. 🙄

Portland glass wouldnt even call me back to talk about putting glass in my 1986 IROCZ I just painted. I called them and after them telling me they cant even schedule me in for atleast 3 weeks about when they could do it, I was pretty fustrated. I called Chris on Monday and not only was he able to get the windshield, He installed it on that following Friday. He showed up with his dog (whos a riot) and took extreme care with the new paint. He explained everything along the way (Im the curious type) and made sure the fit and finish was perfect! Im super happy with the job of the install and now I can finally move the car outside, not worry about rain and finish the rest of the car inside. Quality job! Highly recommended!

Replaced the windshield on my 04 GMC truck, came to my house he was very nice and got to replacing it right away and the price is great, hopefully wont need a new windshield or have it repaired anytime soon but if I do I know who to call! Definitely recommend

I had a great experience with Hands on Auto Glass. My 2005 Chrysler Town and Country had a smashed back window due to a rock. We called other glass companies in Maine and New Hampshire but many required us to drive there. We got our window installed for a fair price without having to leave the house and on the weekend too. I cracked my windshield and called Hands On Auto to have it replaced. The problem was, I didnt have time to take it in to be fixed. The gentleman came to my work with only a 24 hour notice and replaced it. He was quick and did a great job! I would this company again.

We were working out of state and developed a cracked windshield on our way home. We had a very narrow time frame to get the windshield fixed and get back to work. Chris (the owner) was great at working with our limitations. It was a freezing cold day and he was able to install the new windshield in our garage. He even called us a few days later to make sure everything was ok and we were happy with the customer service! I wish more businesses provided service like Chris.
