I have never felt more offended to shop in such a dirty, and disgusting store. Everything is disorganized, all items are strewn across the floors and the shelves are like a flea market, and the new manager, Laura, was accusing customers at the front of the store of theft even though I watched her ring up all of their items. She even refused to apologize after the accusation and inconvenience to the customer after she eventually validated the purchases on the customers receipt. Her explanation was that there had been a lot of theft in the store and showed no remorse for blantantly causing a scene in front of many staff and other customers. She was trying to embarrass the customer but in the end was shamed for her careless professionalism. I am appalled by her service.

Great selection with good prices, I would recommend having adequate cashiers if possible to accommodate the long lines.

99 cents store at this store you will find everything that you could used in your house from produce, dishes, cloths, kitchen, dry food, and good brands at verry low prices.

The line is all the way to the back of the store. When I talked to the manager she stated that she was the only one here. There are three other people with 99 cents store vests on that I’ve seen. When I pointed out that I’ve seen other people she stated that they are not trained on the register. This location needs to train more people in the register so that when they get a rush they’re able to open another register and cut down on wait time.

The employees were very helpful and the girl who checked me out put a smile on my face

They have great customer service live in fresno take a longer ride because of curiosity

The store itself was great. It has everything I ever need to buy. However, there is constantly gum on the ground there for people to accidentally step on. Also, carts are always being put in parking spots by lazy customers. 4/5 stars, wouldve been 5/5 were it not for those minor details.

Love this place! Save a great deal of money here. Miss the Louisiana Gem Steak Sauce though. Its been gone for about two years now...and its better than A1.

Been shopping here for quite some time and its always been pleasant as thier staff have always been friendly and helpful. Theres always a good selection of products even for a smaller store. Seasonal stuff is always right on as you can see from the picture. I recommend this store to anyone including the frugal shopper looking for deals on frozen, canned and produce items👍👍👍👍👍

The manager is very helpful along with the staff. If you have a question they will help you as much as possible. Very pleasant atmosphere.

The male manager is flat out rude to me. Ive been going there since it opened and I liked it but now, I will no longer shop there. Im not sure what his problem is with me but he obviously doesnt like me. I asked about a job application once and he looked me up and down with this disgusted look on his face and rudely said theyre done online and walked away before checking to see if I had anymore questions. Today he watched me on the camera just to see if I was stealing anything. I have a HUGE problem with that. Im super honest (it gets me into trouble all the time) in the past few years I have found 2 wallets with $300+ in it and an IPhone, both wallets were returned (WITH EVERYTHING IN IT) and the phone was returned. So him acting like Im so cheap and such a crappy person that Id steal from a 99 cent store is messed up and really upsets me.

This location is always very clean and well stocked. Love this store!

The Manager Dayrl is rude, disrespectful, demeaning to customers as well as his employees, and why he is allowed to continue to be employed at this great establishment is a mysteryAll that is said about this is OH NO! No wonder he gets away with what he does. Its obvious you dont reprimand or hold anyone accountable for their actions.

It may be called a 99 cents only store and for 95% of the store is 99 cents but I love it you can find little hidden treasures there.

You can find name brand products for cheap they have good stuff there I go all the time to do a little shopping

The employees are friendly and the manager is super involved with his customers! Although many of the times Ive been there there always seem to be re-stocking so there is a bunch of pallettes everywhere and barely room to walk, and did I mentioned dangerous?! But overall its ok, better than others Ive been to.

Conscientious place for shopping and the people there are really nice! At least the one in Sanger is.

So many options compared to Dollar tree or even some of the 99¢ stores in Fresno. For the most part it is cleaner, more organized and the staff is friendlier as well.

I have been going to this store for about 5 months every Sunday,, but today the female take rang up my items was very unprofessional she was texting while I was waiting for her to finish before she could take of me,, when I asked for bags I didn’t get them she stated I am sorry I didn’t hear u asking for bags maybe if she wasn’t texting this would have happened did get her name since she wasn’t wearing her badge all I can say she needs more customer service training she was in register 6 I was there about 9:30am I really hope management could look into this.

950 is not 10 oclock I was turned away today at about 9:53 reason being the door was locked and I was told that they were closed even after noting the time with a clerk and reminding her that they are a national retailer she still wouldnt open the door wheres Daryl when you need him With the exception of a few clerks and manager almost everybody that works here seems to be already independently wealthy either that or theyre here by court order. But since I know neither of those things are true image of the fire customer service is easy and basic we all know how we want to be treated when we are deciding to spend our hard earned money.daryl i believe is the store manager has done a great job turning this store around keeping it clean and organized...thst being said heccant be here everyday from open to close .when I go to the register and already having a bad day I dont want to see a sour face I dont want to feel like im imposing on your zombie walk or go down an aisle and get caught in a game of tag orhide n seek between employees . when i go in with my 12 yr old daughter i dont want to feel uncomfortable due to aninapropriate conversation that shes aware of.. ive never posted a complaint not my style but i was given no choice at this hour and a. clerk with keys deciding at about 9:50 -9:53 that the store is closed is bullshit.
