Company has been around for decades - great, sturdy products and even better customer service.

I went here to look at some air compressors. I wanted to get an oil free air compressor with little maintenance. They didnt have any.The owner Paul talked me into buying the ones he has available, they all require regular oil changes. I initially told him I wasnt interested in those, and the ones he was selling was gonna make alot of noise. He assured me that the one I was getting would be quiet. Those were all lies. Not only is it very loud, the air compressor produces too much condensation and water leaks out of the instruments I am using. When I called and told him about these problems, Paul kept trying to sell me different expensive things that supposedly would take care of the problems. Since he was very deceptive from the start I dont trust him. I called and told him I would like to return this new air compressor that I got from him, but he said he doesnt accept any returns. I even generously offered to pay for the cost to return it and he still would not accept a return. I dont know of any good company that does not accept returns if the product is defective or not suitable for the customer. On top of that the customer service was very bad.The products are even worse. I am pretty sure these are refurbished old compressors that got some new painting.

Surprisingly amazing service as I am not the original owner of this compressor. Small town feel service in the heart of So Cal. Wow Joanna diagnosed my problem over the phone (no parts/purchase required for the help) Its been running overtime on a large CNC router for years with the only maintenance was to blow the dust off until just a small cleaning issue ( Ive never cleaned it) caused a problem. Ill buy another Ciasons when the time comes and will be sure to buy parts directly instead of amazon or wherever to be sure they are there when I need them next time. Awesome! Tough as nails. Very poor customer service. Very poor product. I would not recommend this company for air compressors at all.

This company doesn’t stand by their word. I was told I was receiving a new quit air compressor. It’s very loud And leaks water. The owner hasn’t resolved issues and will not accept a return. Poor business and bad customer service.

The air compressors are very poor quality and super loud with a lot vibration and leaks to much water and it’s a serious issue I would not recommend.

I rarely take my time to rate companies but this company is on the low level Paul always upsells part to make money all his compressors don’t work please read reviews before buying anything from any company to avoid any discomfort about your purchase

I worked at a tool store in San Diego during the 90s. We sold hundreds of these compressors for commercial use and never had any problems. Mine is over 25 years old and still running strong. Po knows how to make a quality air compressor.
