This car-repair shop is the absolute best. I cannot tell you more how professional and friendly and amazing the staff is. Juan is incredible and such a breath of fresh air when dealing with a damaged car and repairs. I was unfortunately rear-ended and dealing with a damaged vehicle and i had no experience with damaged cars whatsoever. When i originally called this shop they were so kind and friendly and explained everything in detail and made it very easy to choose this shop over all of the other shops in Orange county. They shop was clean and well taken care of and every person i interacted with was so nice and just made this entire experience WAY EASIER than i ever anticipated. i want to say a HUGE thank you to this place, for all of your hard work, your kindness, and your communication in letting me know all the updates on my car. It is not easy to find people who actually CARE in our world today and this place made a world of a difference for me. If there is anyone out there needing a repair shop i HIGHLY suggest this place. Juan is the BEST and after my experience i will recommend anyone and everyone i come across to go here! I cant speak about the body work on cars yet, as I havent gotten the work done, but this place has very friendly people. Before I headed there I called and Armando helped me on the phone. Very friendly and welcoming. Later, I stopped by to get an estimate on a car that is old but, for sentimental reasons, of extreme value to me, and Omar took the time to check it out gave me a ballpark figure, explained why it could cost this or that much, and then I asked him about something else that Id like to fix on the car, and he also gave me an idea. I felt comfortable, confident in his assessment, and I REALLY appreciated that he didnt act like the little car is not worth repairing. For me, customer service is extremely important, so I think were off to a very good start.

I was very happy when I got my dads car back. Juan Hernandez went above and beyond to get me the help I needed. He kept giving me updates of the progress of the vehicle and answered all my questions in a timely matter. I already referred a friend based om how he treated me. He will be getting my business if I am in another accident.

Ive only had 1 accident in the 35 yrs Ive been driving. 2020 was just not my year, with getting side-swiped in Feb to then having it stolen in June.Both times, based on reviews, I chose Pacific Elite as they know how to treat a customer. Everyone in their office demonstrated excellent customer service, and they made sure I was taken care of. Michael was my case manager both times, and he always kept me informed. They took care of everything with my insurance company, so it was pretty seamless.Id recommend them with a resounding YES!!

People were very friendly and efficient; they told me what they would do and when to expect to have it done. Even offered a shuttle service! Much nicer people than those encountered elsewhere in Tustin (no names, please).

I found them to be professional and very personable. They worked together with State Farm and due to a delay at the original Pacific Elite location which caused the car to be transferred to the Santa Ana site, also paid for my car with Enterprise. They also got Enterprise to pick up the car at their location so we didnt have to return it ourselves. Our black Volt looked new when we picked it up, and they made sure even the interior was really clean.

Dont go to this place to make your vehicle! They charge me every single part of extra charges! I recommend dont go to this place! Go find something else!

Be Aware!!DO NOT visit this body shop - Go somewhere else. Be careful with one guy (he has discolored skin ) - he might be nice with you in front but he will jack you with extra cost in repair. Also, if you are repairing through insurance then be careful what you say to him. He will add his own details in your vehicle inspection report and report it to insurance company, so that he can pull money from your pocket. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Pacific Elite Collision Center was fast at repairing my side fender bender. I was happy how it came out as if I was never in a crash. Ruben was extremely helpful at answering my questions. That said, agent Jenoveva from Gieco was very professional and went through the whole process with me by inspecting my car also answering any insurance questions I had. I definitely recommend this place!

Great shop. Co-mingled w Geico & Enterprise rental car - they make it very easy to get yr car fixed, provide a rental & have the on-site Geico insurance person available anytime.Everyone there is personable. Give great service & made my experience smooth as possible.My car was fixed in a timely fashion and although I still need to bring it back to them to get an electrical part figured out, they will do that for me at my convenience & do it for free as Ive already paid for everything...Genevieve, with Geico inside Pacific Elite, is great to work with. She knows her stuff, is prompt & assertive.The others (Apologies - I cant remember their names) were just as helpful & easy to work with as well.I highly recommend this place.

If looking for a auto body shop do your yourself a favor and look elsewhere I had my car repaired here through geico and I live in a hoa community that requires a permit sticker I noticed my sticker was removed when I asked them to reimburse me the cost they flat out refused to I have no idea as to why they would remove it from my windshield when they repaired my rear bumper do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
